Getting an iPhone UDID through Safari

Question

I read this discussion and successfully get an UDID from the iPhone.

However, it failed to redirect the screen back to the mobile website, and showed "Invalid Profile".
I read Over-the-Air Profile Delivery and Configuration document over and over.

There should be something that I suppose to send profile configuration.
Do you know why I get "Invalid Profile" message and failed to return screen back to mobile website?

Your answer completely contradicts what the apple store employee told me. She told me there will be iPhone 4s available for walk-in customers as soon as the store opens and that it would not be contigent on pre-order customers not claiming theirs. Also, Walmart didn't even sell pre-orders, yet there are numerous press releases saying they'll be selling the iPhone 4 on launch day. So I imagine you saying that all iPhones have been "sold out just from pre-orders" just an assumption, which we all know what happens when you assume.
