Getting Blank Image while trying to capture MPMoviePlayerViewController view using UIGraphicsGetImageFromCurrentImageContext()

HI All,
I have an requirement to capture iPhone screen when my app is in foreground . I have used UIGraphicsGetImageFromCurrentImageContaxt() for this it works in most of synerio but fails when video is playing by using MPMoviePlayerViewController or AVPlayer and gives back black image with player control.
Probabely My guess is MPMoviePlayerViewController rendering frames using OpenGl and method UIGraphicsGetImageFromCurrentImageContaxt() is not able to capture the image ??
I am missing something or is there any alternative soln available to capture iPhone Screen while app is in foreground ??

Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.
I ran a concurrent request and tried to open "view output", and there is a separate window is getting open, but no data found.What request is that? Is it a seeded or custom one? Does the request complete successfully?
I am using IE only (Mozilla and google chrome is not possible to connect, because some missing plug-ins).Is the issue with all clients?

I am trying to reinstall itunes and i am having an issue. I keep getting an error while trying to install and I keep getting very far but I always seem to end up with this.

I was attempting to reinstall due to an error message appearing when I opened itunes
"Itunes requires a newer version of Apple Mobile Device Support Please uninstall
both Apple Mobile Device Support and iTunes, then install iTunes again."
I have tried a few solutions and for the first error when installing one was an attempt at editing a registry file which I do not think succeeded because I am running windows 8 and was being directed for windows 7.

This is an easy Q: to set - but there is no simple and plain answer only a lot of more or less plausibly suggestions.

Can there be any external hard disks - if so How is/are it/they formatted ?
If so it Must be Mac OS Extended (hfs) if used for Video.
UNIX/DOS/FAT32/Mac OS Exchange - works for most but not for VIDEO.
What this means in Your situation is above me.
• free space on internal boot hard disk 11Gb is on the limit to work when You select Export and might be it.
Video used - there are several video formats/codecs and iMovie can not use all of them, they evolve to fast.
• So try to find out by opening a raw video in QuickTime-player and then open Inspector (cmd+I) and read
Video Format/Codec: nnnnnnnn
What does it read ?
Pictures
• in what format ? .jpg, .bmp, .tif, else ?
Audio
• from where/what format ? iTunes, .avi, .mp3, .aiff, else ?
I convert all audio to .aiff - in iTunes I burn out as an Audio-CD .aiff (not .mp3) and use the files on this in my movie projects.
Some times it's needed to trash the "com.apple.iMovie.plist" file in You USER-Library/Preferences (not Library on Root level (when opening Macintosh HD) - but the one in Your home folder.
Many users has not observed that there are TWO libraries.
• Library - at root level
• Library - in user/account folder - THIS IS THE ONE to look into

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

Safari seems to get "stuck" especially while trying to download in itunes

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but my Safari connection keeps getting "stuck," especially while trying to download podcasts and TV episodes from itunes. It's like everything stops for a few seconds, then resumes (though I've yet to finish downloading the TV episodes from itunes because doing so seems to exacerbate the problem). It's not an issue only with my computer, because it's happening on my ibook G4 and on the Macbook. I thought at first it was trouble with the wireless connection, and unplugging and replugging the modem in seems to work, but only temporarily. I tried using the internet earlier tonight with itunes closed, or even open with the downloads on pause, and things were fine. But when I tried to resume my downloads, I'm having the same problem. It's like everything just stops for a minute or two, and then the page I'm trying to get to will load. Has anyone else had a similar problem in the last few days? Is it an issue with Safari, itunes, or should I call the cable company? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Safari doesn't download anything from iTunes; that's handled by iTunes itself, so your issue seems to be with iTunes, not Safari. In that case, you need to start a topic in the iTunes forum for help with that.
