Getting CD information

Hi,
I recently went through the bad experience of Itunes 5. Currently I am back to Itunes 4.9 and everything is great, except for one thing. When I insert a music CD, store bought, Itunes cannot locate title information for it. Regardless of the cd that I place in the cd-rom the result is the same. I receive a message saying that Itunes could not allocate memory. Anyone know how to fix this?

that 1st link I pointed you at told about the dangers of going back as now a later version has looked and altered quite correctly some files and you have gone back ... the older program did not know about these future changes and has tried to correct things ... then when you have upgrade things get messy from there on in ... I have dealt with a number of other cases like this recently and the only way out I know is a complete re-install of the OS on a fresh Boot Drive... don't copy any preferences etc.... start from scratch and make it a brand new install... your data files should be Okay as long as they do not know about a different framework out of sequence..

This VI includes a two-step process: acquire data at low rotational speed to extract even angle reference; use the even angle reference to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run the VI.
2. On the DAQ Configurations tab, specify the sample rate, samples per channel, device and channel configurations, and tachometer channel information.
NOTE: You need to use DSA PXI-447x/PXI-446x and PXI TIO device in a PXI chassis to run this example. The DSA device must be in slot 2 of the PXI chassis.
3. Switch to Extract Even Angle Reference tab. Specify the number of samples to acquire and the # of revs in reference which determines the number of samples in even angle reference. Click Start to take a one-shot data acquisition of the vibration and tachometer signals. After the acquisition, you can see the extracted even angle references in Even Angle Reference.
4. Switch to the Remove Slow-roll Errors tab. Click Start to acquire data continuously and view the compensate results. Click Stop in this tab to stop the acquisition.

My question is: How is the synchronization produced at the time of the compensation ? How is it possible to eliminate the errors in a synchronized fashion with respect to the surface of the shaft bearing in mind that I am acquired data at a low rotation speed in order to get the "even angle reference" and then I use it to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation. In this application both operations are made in different acquisitions, therefore the reference of the correction signal is lost. Is it simply compensated without synchronizing ?
Our application is based on FPGA and we need to clarity those aspects before implementing the procedure.

How to restore deleted playlists to an itouch after syncing with wrong device. Tried to search for device to restore under devices and it completely removed it as a device on itunes. Is there anyway to get the information back?

To start we have several users and devices on our itunes account....Several weeks ago I was using my itouch to create playlists for a few aerobics classes that I teach. Right before I was about to unplug the itouch I got a notification that my itouch was full and didnt have any space left. Since I was done with what I was doing at the time, I unplug my itouch and figured I would delete unwanted songs later to create more room. A week later, I went to sync my itouch into itunes and over the devices it told me that it was named another device and wanted to know if i wanted to sync the information to my itouch I had just plug in. I had never seen this message before in all the other times I had used it, and at the time I didnt realize that it was giving my device the name of another user in my house. Without realizing it itunes started to sync the new information to my itouch. I immediately unplugged the usb cable stopping the process. I then replugged the usb cable in, hoping to get done what I needed to get done on my itouch thinking it might have just been a strange glitch. Also, since I hadn't notice any change on my itouch from the incorrect syncing, I continued to start itunes again. This time it asked me the same question as before "did I want to sync the information from another ipod?". Since I didnt notice any changes before I just let it do the syncing not realizing at the time that it was earsing all the info I had on my itouch and replacing it with info coming from the other users ipod.
I contacted Apple and they gave me infomation on how I could go look for my itouch under devices and get the information back. When I did this my itouch was no longer there under the devices and it was replaced with the new name that itunes had given my itouch. This device is one of the first generation itouches and has never been backed up that I know of... So my question to you all is...Is there any way of getting my playlists back???? I spend countless hours creating these playlists for my classes and have been completely out of my mind trying to figure out how I can possibly get the infomation back. Please let me know if you think there might be a way to do this!!!

The devices that are listed are: 2 under the name of the device that synced incorrectly with mine and then 3 others that are not associated with my itouch. The name of the ipod, before the incorrect sycning is no longer under devices. It has been replaced with the incorrect one because I can see the serial # of my ipod under the wrong name.
The playlists that are in my itunes library are from an ipod that I used a few times before I took this one over... Which happens to be the ipod that took on the ID of my itouch.
Both of these ipods used to be my kids.. I used my sons a few times and then switched to my daughters. They each had their names attachted to their particular devices and now it just says my sons, which is the ipod that itunes was connecting to when all this happened. The really strange thing is my son doesnt use his ipod any longer and now uses his phone for music...So, it had been a while since that particular device was even synced to itunes!

That is good. In that case, your one and only account has not changed, just the login credentials you use for it. All your previous purchases will remain associated with that account, and the new login.
In essence, an AppleID is an email, but it has two parts. One is the login email address and password everyone traditionally thinks of as an AppleID. But that in turn is linked to an account with Apple. As long as you use the manage Apple ID portal to just change the email address and/or password for your exisiting AppleID, then the internal account tracks along with those changes as well.
However, on your iOS devices, you will need to log out and then log back in with the new login credentials:
settings -> iTunes & App Stores - tap your AppleID, and choose log out. Then log back in with the new email address and new password.

You can set up more than one device on your computer, and iTunes will remember the settings for each of them:

But you'll have to use your Apple ID to sync bought media to her device. Disable all other things you don't want to sync like photos, contacts, etc.

How can I get RTE information in operator interface (LV) from TS API?

I have operator interface in Labview and use TS API to run tests.
I would like to eliminate RTE dialog and to show error messages directly in front panel control.
I have created callback for TS Application Manager BreakOnRTE event.
It works good and I can lock dialog apearance.
But if I try to get ErrorObject from event parameter (execution) is is empty (has no error information).
But this parameter is real execution which contains step with RTE.
When I allow the dialog appearance in this callback, it contains RTE information.
Where can I get error information from this callback or get it any another way?

I have found the way to get RTE from callback BreakOnRunTimeError of ApplicationMgr.
This way is:
Execution->GetThread[0]->GetSequenceContext[0]->GetRuntimeErrorMessageEx().
It was not clear for me: all Error fields in step and Sequence are not filled yet on callback time.
Only the context method can return error message.

You might profit from a visit to a Minneapolis Apple store. With a brand new Mac, I think they will be most helpful - not just with transferring files, but with other advice as well. And I strongly recommend you invest in a back up drive. The Apple folk can help with that as well.

No. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

First, back up your old iphone manually:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your phone without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your old phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.

Getting the information from a harddrive

My mother board burned up, so I had to buy a new computer,(tower only), however I havre lots of my business information on my old hard drive, which I did have a friend remoce from my old tower. When I called Staples to ask about buying a box to place the the hard drive in, so that it could be connected to my computer, the person on the phone said I would probably not be able to access the information on said hard drive. After reading the posts here, it seems to me that I should be able to access the information. Can I get the information on the harddrive onto a thumb drive?

You just need an enclosure. I'm guessing it's out of a desktop, and IDE interface. You need this.
If it's a SATA interface, you need this.

When i have a paid account is it than possible to get the information from the different forms send to seperate emailaddresses.
Who dont have a account from formscentral but just need the information directly in there own inboxes?
Because we're looking for a good and simple way to make qoustion & complain forms. But these need to go to different people in the company.

You can have notifications sent to multiple email addresses, but each will need to have a FormsCentral account. They can be free accounts. What you do is create your form and set up the email addresses that you want the information to go to to be Co-authors or Contributors. The co-author/contributor accounts will then need to log into FormsCentral, go to the Options tab and check the email notifications checkbox.

It also creates an empty filter condition when drilling down: *sawx:exprsawx:comparisonequal is equal to / is in [missing value] [Edit Filter]*
Also notice the extra equal sign in the generated query which is causing the problem.
The time hierarchy is set up correctly in the repository (with keys on the levels, etc.) and no preferred drillpath or anything special.
If you have any hint or solution for this problem please let me know.

I found out this occurs when you have 'double column' columns (columns with a Descriptor ID set in the repository) in your report. When you try to drill down on any dimension you will get this error. I reproduced this on the Sample App installation. This seems like a bug.

How to get timesheet information in a javascript (Project Server 2013)

In Project Server 2013, I'm trying to customize the Timesheet ribbon. This far, I've been able to add a new button and tie an event to it. All is working well. This is all done using elements.xml and a javascripts.
Now the problem is that I want to get some informations about the timesheet (the Guid for example) and, for now, I've got no success. I know that there is an object called PS.TimeSheet, but when I try to use some PS.TimeSheet's methods I get an error.
Note that i'm in the page http://servername/pwa/timesheet.aspx (there is not Guid in the address) and all the treatments should be done in the javascript (no call to another aspx page)

Finally, I've found the solution.
My goal was to add a button in the timesheet ribbon to launch a special report showing some data about the timesheet. The report has the timesheet Guid as parameter.
To customize the Sharepoint ribbon, you have to do it via an xml file and a javascript (a lot of explanation is available in the internet that explains how to do it). So I had to call a function in the javascript to launch the report (which is a SSRS report).
When you are in a javascript you have access to many global variables. When the timesheet.aspx is displayed, there is a global variable called "timesheetComponent".
Using this variable we can call the method :
timesheetComponent.m_consumedApi.get_Impl()
to get an implementation of the current timesheet. This implementation has an attibute that has a lot of nice stuff about the current user and the current time sheet. This attribute is
_headerInfo
_headerInfo is a structure that includes tsUid which contains the timesheet Guid I was looking for.
Finally, the function attached to the button goes like this :

You could use a LOGON TRIGGER so every session insert its own environment into your client_info table.

How do i get my information and data back onto my 4s?

Let me tell you how it happened and see if you can find an answer: I was going to the computer that i use to put music on to load some music on to my 4s. when i opened itunes, it said "set up as new iphone" or "set up from backup". i chose the "from backup" because i had an old 4s, but the speakers wern't working, so i got a new one, but the last backup to restore it from was from a couple of months back. i chose it, and it synced my iphone, but i hadn't done anything yet. when i checked my iphone, all of my contacts, notes, email accounts were gone. im desperate and how do i get this information back on?

Thanks for replying. I had to do this process in order to get ICloud activated so I don't have it there. I do have an external backup of the Itunes library, but it sounds like that would also restore the restriction password that I don't know.
Why would ICloud be different (if I had backed up there?) Does it only save data?
And It sounds like I need to keep my contacts in another source .... such as? ... No, I don't use email much and my contacts arec the phone numbers I've captured in my phone. After I have them backed up to ICloud, do I also need to make sure they are somewhere else to where I won't run into losing them again?
