Getting conversion PDF to MSWord? paid subscription but did not get activation - What to do?

I paid the subscription price of $19.95 to enable conversion of an Adobe PDF file to MS Word. But it never shows up as active in the Tools list. How do I get Adobe to retrieve and activate? I do not see any e-mail way to contact customer support.

Which service exactly did you sign up for? If you go to My Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/ you can select My Subscriptions and Services to see what you have signed up for.

Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription does not require a serial for Activation. Please use your Adobe Id under which you have purchased the subscription to activate the product.

Thanks for the question. Start with completely uninstalling iTunes and all of it's components in the order specified in the article below. Once this is done, download and install iTunes.

If you receive any errors when uninstalling any components of iTunes, try the steps in the article below for each component that gives you an error.

HT1725 I purchased a album of various artist, however some of the songs did not download, an error message saying something about not having proper information to download??? any thoughts on how I get the songs I paid for but did not download?

After purchasing a album of TV Theme songs, during the download some of the themes would not load, an error message came up saying to the effect I did not have the correct info to download. Does anyone know about this issue & any thoughts on how I aquire the themes I paid for? The themes that did not load still show up in the music list but are greyed out & have an "!" exclamation mark beside the number of the item in the list.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Can somebody tell me if Adobe will email me the activation key or is photoshop CC for photography automatically activated? I have downloaded the PS trial version through CC. Thanks.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Did you download a 30-day trial of Acrobat? What are you trying to do with that trial? Did you want to convert PDF files to Word/Excel, for example? Or some other task? The 30-day free trial is just that, and there should be no prompts to buy anything. Once the trial is over, either you subscribe at that point if you want, or just stop using the software.
I would love to help--let me know what I can do.

All apps just shut downs after few seconds/minutes. I have reset Ipad but did not help. What next?

- Have an Ipad 2 with IOS 5(01?) installed.

Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If that doesn't help - try downloading another app - any free app will work. See if that helps.

You'll have to connect the your ATV2 to computer via micro-usb port on the back. Open itunes and put the ATV2 in DFU mode by holding down the menu and play button for 7 seconds. Itunes should recognize the device. Once it does press the restore button,itunes will then download the latest software and reinstall it on the ATV2. You will then have to go through the setup process again. If that doesn't fix the problem take it back the store you bought it at.

Below is a copy of an 8/7/2013 email from adobe. I prepaid a one-year subscription, and, until I recently upgraded to Windows 8, I was able to make several dozens of merged pdf documents. I seem to be no longer able to use the merge feature that I had successfully and repeated used. When I search for the merge feature I end up with a request that I pay for an upgrade monthly subscription to use the merge feature.

Please try the below mentioned steps
1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
2) delete the opm.db file*
3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.
*On Windows 7, the opm.db file is located here:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
*On a Mac, go here:
[Userdir]:Library:Application Support:Adobe

I have had not been able to use it since. Each time i open it , afer a few seconds i get the spinning wheel of death and Aperture is frozen. I have to force quit Aperture to shot down mycomputer. I have re-installed Aperture 3 times with th e same result. I have iphoto on my computer as well is this causing the problem? I want my money back!!! Can anyone help?

You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
