Getting delivery date for material number i PO...
Hi,
I am Smartform associated with PO in ME22N:
Now I need to get the delivery date associated with Differnet Grid items in a material.
So if I go to some material and then if I click on Delivery schedule:
I see columns for delivery date, sat. del da, Grid value, etc...
But I want to know the table or function module we need to use to get Delivery date associated with
prticular Grid item of a material in PO.
Please help me out.

Check out for BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL.
In this BAPI,
fill parameters : PURCHASEORDER with PO number
ITEMS with 'X'
SCHEDULES with 'X'
Then in tables PO_ITEMS you will get Item details and
in table <b>PO_ITEM_SCHEDULES</b> you will get required details like delivery date

and here the logic to find the latest records values:-
-> get the data in an internal table
->Sort the internal table data based from date descending
-> Using READ statement , we can read the first record of the table which is nothign but your latest record.

Hello Experts
I have program called ZFSFSF(following), in the output Its showing multiple requested delvery dates per line item.
But We need to show the requested delivery date for each different line item.
Any code is highly appreciated. I wud appreacite if you cud bold the added code.

After I run an initial load data into the InfoCube 0PUR_C01, I want to check the InfoCube Content by the following path:
RSA1 -> pick up the InfoCube 0PUR_C01, right click it and select Manage -> Get to Content tab -> Click InfoCube Content button -> Deselect all selection, only tick the 1st column checkbox next to 0Material, then hit enter, get a small window titled as "Cancel" with a red STOP msg sysing "Settings for material number conversion not found" with an "Exit" button and a question mark button, click Exit button leads to SAP Easy Access screen, if clicking the question mark button, another window pops up with the msg showed above, click Technical Information button causes the original window short dump and the short dump msg shows below in between two dashed lines:

Can any one shed some light on following inbound PGI IDOC (SHPCON) Error from 3PL.
"Serialization not possible for material number XYZ"
Message no. IO205
Diagnosis
The serial number profile of the material does not allow serialization for the operation you have chosen.
Procedure
Maintain the serial number profile.
Additional info
1) Serial number profile is maintained in the material master
2) Serial number populated in the idoc E1EDL11 is not used in any delivery or assigned and it is valid serial number and has equipment master record
3) If i use the same serial number from the IDOC and post PGI manually via VL02N , I am able to post the PGI without any problems and I don;t get the above error
4) IDOC has all the info required , Delivery number,Valid material # , qty,UOM and Line item number of the delivery .

I am trying to solve a problem and would appreciate any help! Im on BI7.
The user will input a date for the schedule line delivery date via a variable.
From this date I need to go forward 12 months exactly and display a key figure (outstanding value) by months but the first and last months must only use the days in that month i.e not the whole month if not selected by the user.
I.e if the user types in 13.05.2008

So I neen to restrict the key figure (Outstanding Value) by Schedule Line Delivery Date and display as above on a 12 month forecast basis from the day (sch line delivery daye) entered as a variable by the user.
I also need the first month to only show the dates in the month remaining including the date entered as a variable. The last month must go up to the day before exactly a year in front.
I have created the 12 months as a structure and can include the key figure and the schedule line delivery date. The schedule line delivery date for each period needs to be restricted. How can I do this to achieve the above?

Check "OVLY" and "OVLZ" and If the sceduling is active for he shipping point /sales document type. Check "OVXD" and see If the Loading time/ Pick/pack time is determined from it. If they are getting determined from shipping point check the shipping point calender in "SCAL" .If it has saturday and sunday as holidays ,then you may have to change them. And check If the customer has goods recieving hours assigned to him (In customer master unloading point). If he has only 5 working days and If he accepts only goods at 8 am in the morining then system would propose like this.Kindly please let me know If you need any more Information on this.

we can resrict the PO to have a single delivery date in all the line items by means of giving a error message or overwiting the delivery date keyed/determined in the line item.
You can use the BADI -> ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. In which you need to implement the method PROCESS_SCHEDULE.
(for technical aid - This method will be called for each and every PO line item, From the imporing parameter im_schedule we can get all the details of current PO line, even we can change the data in the current PO line. )

How to Get Missing Dates for Each Support Ticket In My Query?

I'm really baffled as to how to get missing dates for each support ticket in my query. I did a search for this and found several CTE's however they only provide ways to find missing dates in a date table rather than missing dates for another column
in a table. Let me explain a bit further here -
I have a query which has a list of support tickets for the month of January. Each support ticket is supposed to be updated daily by a support rep, however that isn't happening so the business wants to know for each ticket which dates have NOT been
updated. So, for example, I might have support ticket 44BS which was updated on 2014-01-01, 2014-01-05, 2014-01-07. Each time the ticket is updated a new row is inserted into the table. I need a query which will return the missing dates per
each support ticket.
I should also add that I DO NOT have any sort of admin nor write permissions to the database...none at all. My team has tried and they won't give 'em. So proposing a function or storable solution will not work. I'm stuck with doing everything
in a query.
I'll try and provide some sample data as an example -

Then concatenate it with 22 zeros. i.e. '0000000000000000000000000000'.
For example:

v_zeros(22) type c. value '0000000000000000000000000000'.

I have created an MM pricing routine RV65A092 in VOFM. So when creating PO(ME21n), this routine will trigger..
Now the problem is I need EKET-EINDT for grouping condition. It was mentioned to call program SAPLMEPO and get EKET data.
Please help me how to get delivery date in that routine which is filled in Item level during PO creation

For SD you have the SAP Note 531835 - Using field PSTYV in the condition access. For MM is simmilar, although you must use the enahncements. Instead use the userexits that note says, use the enhancement LMEKO001 (EXIT_SAPLMEKO_001) to populate fields ZZ in KOMK and LMEKO002 to populate KOMP.

m doing STO for intra copmany code(plant to plant stock transfer),I have done all STO setting ,maintain material with plant and storage condition,loading groups , maintain customer with storage condition,created vendor with supplying plant.setting is done for supplying plant and receiving plant .
Supplying and receiving plant combination with document type UB.delivery type NL and checking rule RP.Also maintain sales area for both plant.
But when I m creating PO in ME21N below error is showing..

problem got solved but in different way ,STO setting was wrong.
I didn't maintain delivery document type(NL) on plant level It was maintain at storage location that's why system couldn't determine shipping info for material.

But when looking at the Delivery date for the Purchase Requisition in the Sales order, the delivery date is always the creation date, which is incorrect, the correct date should be calculate based on the planned delivery date in the material master.

Material X Delivery Date 20.12.2006
Material Y Delivery Date 27.12.2006
If I group them together I expect the delivery date for the group to become 27.12.2006 however it is picking up 20.12.2006.
If anyone has some thoughts regarding this they would be most appreciated.Yeah got ur point i was mapping the table configuaration for ur reference.
This grouping is supposed to make sure that all materials are delievered at the same Date (VBEP-EDATU) and must use the last date in the delivery group.
say materials X -- DELIVERY DATE 20 12 2006
Y -- DELIVERY DATE 27 12 2006
so the matnrs are avalaible in VBAP along with for the VBELN and POSNR values now pick the delivery date for this material from VBEP ,,
Now once the itab is sorted by delivery group and EDATU descending .
so X and Y are present in for delivery group 001 say .
X -- DELIVERY DATE 20 12 2006
Y-- DELIVERY DATE 27 12 2006
after sort by date it will be
Y-- DELIVERY DATE 27 12 2006
X -- DELIVERY DATE 20 12 2006
which will pick up the latest date (or max date)
