Getting disheartened by lack of BB support, big Q10 problems after most recent update!!!

I am very frustrated and in need of some help.
I have a Q10 and after the most recent operating system update, multiple things are wrong.
1. The camera does not work. It makes shutter noise when using the rear facing camera, but does not save any of the pictures.
2. Will not even let me enable the front facing camera, freezes phone when I try to use it.
3. Will not let me attach pictures/files to any text message.
4. Has problem accessing text message conversations that were there prior to update, have had to delete all and start over.
5. Sends out multiple text messages by its self. resends messages that are days old and jumbles current messages went sent.
Basically, the phone is not pperating at all like it should. I have on;y had this phone 3 months and after the update, it seems to have ruined it. This is my first BlackBerry in years, I bought it in hopes that they had fixed their previous issues, this doesn't seem to be the case. Was considering upgrading to the Classic, however, I don't think I will unless this gets resolved.

There are major problems with the 10.3 update on the Q10. Many people are downgrading back to 10.2.1 until BB can get their heads out of their arses and fix the issues.

I tried to uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the 11.03 version but that didnt work either. I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). Yes, you can delete it.
But, the Adobe folder you want to remove is actually the setup for Acrobat. So, you might save it at some other location so that if in future you need to re-install the software, there is no need to download the entire product.

uninstall acrobat, clean (if windows os), Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and then reinstall.

After my recent update, excel did not save my latest copy. it retrieved a copy from over a month ago. How do i get my data from the last 4 weeks back?

Yesterday, I updated my computer. I have a excel document that I use everyday for work and saved the document prior to doing such. After updating, I had to restart the computer. Now when I open that excel document, it brings me back to a copy of the program I created over 4 weeks ago. How do I get the most recent copy which had over 4 weeks of work in it?

There is quite a difference between syncing and back-up and they are different features in iTunes, although some people combine them together.
1. The first thing that happens when you connect your device is that a photo manager asks if you want to offload your photos. I always do this because it is the most valuable way to back-up your photos only.
2. Then Itunes will come up and if you have automatic sync turned on it will begin to sync FROM your computer to your device. It's a one-way sync and is the primary way to keep photos, music and some apps managed on your device. New apps are synced onto your Itunes app tab. If you add or delete items in your iTunes folders then those changes are synced to your device. I always check to make sure my new apps are now in my iTunes library and specific device tab.
4. There is also a back-up step where you can back your device onto your computer. I think this is the step that should have been done when you got your new PC. It doesn't save the apps here but does save their setting and data. I prefer to set this up to be a manual back-up process.

5. There is also a a "Automatically sync new apps checkbox in your itunes device apps tabs. That should be checked "on".
6. If the missing apps were purchased through iTunes then I think you can download them again (make sure you use the same Apple Id). If you then resync with itunes those apps should appear in iTunes for you.

I'd rather use iCal than Office and was attempting to phase Office out altogether. Now, all of my information is on the Office calendar but not iCal. The iCloud version of my iCal calendar is not up to date. In any event, I couldn't figure out how to send that info to the iCal on my mac or my phone. How can I sync my Office calendar info to iCal? If that's not possible, how can I get my Office calendar to sync with my iPhone? All of my sync services are set up in iTunes and on my phone. This happened to me once before and I spent hours on the phone with Apple and on the web trying to work it out. I NEED MY CALENDAR!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

The other concern I have is that Office 2011 requires an Intel-based Mac and you posted in the older iMac (pre-Intel or "PPC") forums. If you have an Intel-based iMac (Apple menu > About this Mac..." will say "Intel" if you do) then I think you'll get faster and more accurate ansers to other questiosn in the Apple forums for newer iMacs here:

Unless Verizon has a special provision in this regard that ATT has never had, Apple handles all iPhone repairs and exchanges under Apple's warranty.
There is a setting when capturing photos - Automatic, On, or Off for the flash when capturing photos.
If there is no flash when set to On or Automatic in a dark setting and no change after the standard troubleshooting steps which in order are:
Power your iPhone off and on.
An iPhone reset.
Restoring your iPhone with iTunes from the backup.
Restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
Your iPhone has a hardware problem. You can call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby.

Photos are meant to be uploaded to your computer for archival and storage. Certainly before doing something as major as a software update, you've done this, correct? In this case, your photos should be residing safely on your computer and you can just synch them back.

Just did the most recent update, now I get no notifications with messages

Just updated to ios 7.1.1. now when I get text notifications in messages, I get no notifications, no sounds etc. Have checked all the settings and they are correct.
If I want to go back one update, whats the best way to do it with out loosing my info etc?

It's too late now, if you want to use the iPhone, you need to restore.
It's very Important to backup iif you have important stuff you want to keep, do it more often, especially a IOS updates.

I just came back from a family reunion and took SOO MANY pictures. When I came home I just decided I should update my ipod touch but I didn't realize it would restore. So without saving my pictures prior the update its all gone. I REALLY need to get those pictures back.Any help?

On the computer go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. Is there an iPod backup listed with a date of when you started the update? If there is then restore from that backup. But first go there and turn off autosyncing, other wise that backup might be overwritten when you connect. To turn off check the box that says prevent iPods...syncing." If not then there are likely gone unless these work:
