Getting error 114 and how to fix this

Hi,
I have a backup server and took snapshot of PeopleSoft app and oracle client. But when I try to start PSNTSRVR, it doesn't come up at all. Also tried executing PTPEMAIN via command prompt and then it threw error 114. This is second time that it happened. Without scrapping the server, rebuilding and installing PeopleSoft from start, is it possible to resolve this.
Appreciate any suggestions or help.

I was searching for PSAPPSRV.CFG in appserv folder and did not find one. Also just ran psadmin and it gave out error TUXDIR variable is not set. Are these files important for PeopleSoft version 7.06...maybe I have to create a new domain with template, so these files will be generated. Just confused what to do next.

I found the solution to my own problem by using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, it turn out that the site i was trying to get into is an old site using proxy servers that Firefox doesn't read properly giving me the XML parsing error:not well-formed.
Its not Firefox's fault its just letting you know that this could be a problem site if it lets you in.

Your Windows friend should ask in a Windows forum why his email client won't open attached jpg files. We have no idea what email client he is using or how his Windows security is configured.

I have the same error code when I went to update my son's 3gs to ios 5.1.1. started the update, then suddenly failed and asked to do a restore & update. selected yes, then got error 29.
many of the forums seem to mention battery and battery board error, and sometimes associated with use of inferior OEM batteries. this has not had a new battery, and only happened at software update.
after going through all of the options in the Apple support section, none of them worked. I have tried on 3 different computers, all the same (the Apple support section goes on about security system issues with your pc/mac and its security software).
anybody managed to find a true fix for this?

Have you tried converting each of these 8 tracks to a different file format and seeing if they will then sync to your iPod. See this Apple support document for information and instructions on how to convert a song to a different format.

Have you tried restarting or rebooting the iPad and then see if the volume control will work again?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

I tried to update ITunes to 11.2 on a Windows 7 computer. It failed several times. I tried downloading only and installing manually and I get an error 2324 message. Any ideas on what this is and how to fix it? Right now, I can't open ITunes at all on my computer. Apparently, the update worked well enough to knock out the old installation.

I just bought a 60GB Ipod and so far iam pretty pleased with my purchase. I had one question though.
Before transferring any songs to the Ipod it is showing only 16.68GB as free space out of a total of 60GB? i have now transferred even a single song? Any ideas how to fix this problem pl?

That certainly shouldn't be happening. Try restoring it using the iPod Software Updater in Programs\iPod\Updater
