We are getting following error when we are trying to Reset Client Under settings tab in the Mobile Device.
Anyhelp would be highly appreciated.

I am getting error -2147221219 when trying to execute OpenMsgStore API on Exchange Server 2007. I have created the Public Folder also on the same server. Keep getting error 4002 when trying to update Genius

I haven't seen anyone write about getting error 4002 when trying to update genius in itunes. I select update genius and it gathers information and sends it to the itunes store I assume. And then waits a few seconds and then I get the following message "Genius results can't be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (4002) Please try again later." I've been getting this message for well over a month and I keep hoping they'll be an update or somehow it will magically be fixed, but nothing has changed. Anyone have any insight on this one?
The current ituned library it 123GB and is stored on external drives. It should also be noted that when I first turned on genius when it was released it went through this whole problem without a hitch. I just can't update Genius with any of the music I've added since then. I can't even get genius to recognize music that I got from the itunes store since I've had the problem.

Be careful - this was a disaster for me. Once I did this, I got a different error - an error 4010 and in trying to recover, caused a lot of library issues that forced me to go to a backup to fix. You'll find a lot of people having the 4010 problem. Basically iTunes Genius is a disaster and Apple isn't fixing it.

I am having the same issue on my iMac. It occurred after the last iTunes update. Apple support offered no real solution. They tried "clearing" my Wish List, but that didn't work, and advised me to re-install iTunes. However, I tried clicking the "My Wish List" link on the right side of the iTunes Home page, instead of the one I usually use under the "Manage" column near the bottom of the screen - and it worked! Furthermore, my Wish List was still intact even though they had supposedly cleared it. So, in my case, the problem appears to be the iTunes site, and not my computer. My solution: Try accessing the Wish List from a different link within iTunes.

Install errors have nothing to do with activations. Otherwise nobody can tell you much without proper system info and other details.

1. Restart your computer.
2. Install the latest version of iTunes.
3. Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. iOS devices require the following minimum version of Windows:

4. Download and install any available software updates from Microsoft.5. Connect the device directly to your computer; not to an external USB hub. Find out if your computer has USB 2.0 ports.6. Check that the Dock Connector or Lightning Connector on both the device and cable are clean of any lint or other debris. If possible, connect your device using a different Apple 30-pin to USB cable or Apple Lightning Connector to USB cable.7. I have been trying to fix this myself and just found a way tonight. This started happening after I downloaded a new version. I tried several other approaches and was unsuccessful until I was directed to the support website. I searched for 5002 error. I chose specific conditions and alert message. Then chose "Error 5002" which gave a little detail.
Basically I had to go to the above site and change my password and some other account information. It didn't work when I tried in my actual ITUNES application. I think because my account was so old and they upgraded some security items like stronger passwords etc., so the old stuff was no longer good enough. I have now redeemed two gift cards. I hope it helps.
