Getting error aw10000c but know its not my card or incorrect details
for a while now i been unable to by things through any visa card i have even though i can use them every where else and iv even checked at the bank that there is no problem with them, i also make sure i put details in to to exactly match the card when i try to purches from blackberry world app but i just keep gretting the same message. i recently checked read a message from some one with a simmiler problem they had to send an official ticket to blackberry support to get this problem fixed as it was due to some anti fraud thing built into blackberry world
so how do i lodge an official ticket to support i been searching for ages to find out how (or a way to fix this error.
Try looking at you're password or seeing if you can get access to the blackberry ID. If u can put you're password in. I had the same problem I changed my password, restarted my playbook, then boom it worked.

i have an old ipod touch that i have not used in a very long time, and im having trouble gettign it to turn on. ive had it on a charger for over an hour now and still nothing hs changed. i just updated my itunes to the current version they haev so i know its not an itunes problem its rather a problem with the old ipod touch itself. im leaving for deployment soon and im trying to get this fixed without having to send it in. If anyone has any ideas on how to get this thing turned on it would be greatly appreciated.
Well, two thoughts.
The battery has completely discharged and will take overnight to recharge, so don't expect much in an hour.
The battery has deep discharged and is now dead. It will never recharge and should be replaced.

Yes, the store didn't properly activate the card. If the store is nearly then you could try going back and asking them to do so, if it isn't (or if they can't/won't help) then try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes

This most likely means that either the server is unavailable, or your email settings are corrupted. Try deleting the account, rebooting the phone, and adding it back.

i have purchased a 3gs and its jail broken. i tried to update it and it did get update also but it is not working, and techinal person said it is a locked.now how do i factory unlock it?
It is not always possible to return a jailbroken phone to a pristine state. Jailbroken devices can NOT be discussed here per the terms of service. As for unlocking. It was previously hacked and has re-locked to the original carreir. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Find out who that is and contact them or do as steve359 advised above and try to return it for your money back.

Yes there genuine apple earphones I have now blown down jack slot and silly enough I turned my phone off and now it's back on earphones working properly now feeling a wee but silly as such a simple thing got them working.
