Getting Error Excise Invoice already caputred in another purchase order

Hi,
I'm facing error while making GR. It's a Stock transfer scenario, where one plant transfers material to another plant. The supplying plant create excise invoice after 643 movement type. The receiving plant first creates GR with 103 movement type then does 105 and captures and posts the excise invoice. I get this error while doing 105.
Can any one explain the reason. I have checked, but it is not been captured any where else..

hi Nikhil,
The error clearly states the the excise invoice is already been captured in some other po. Kindly check it up in either J1IEX or table J_1IEXCHDR

We have a scenrio, transfer the material from debond plant to mfg plant after imported material in kept in Bonding area. STO po is raised to from imported plant to mfg plant with Imported duties as delivery costs.
Bill of entry is provided for all the materials as one. While capturing the excise amount at line item level is difficult so, captured at first line item level as total because material is Same (Material is Split valuated materials with 3 batches). First GR is done properly but next GR for 2nd and 3 rd line items are refered with earlier Bill of entry, system promprts the error message "Excise Invoice is captured with another Purchase Order".
Please do the needful.

Please be informed that for one a GR document wrt PO only one excise invoice can exist.
Ex PO-4500000010
GR no 5000000010
only one excise can exist and if the same excise invoice is reffered to another GR with the same PO system will throw an error message. Please let me know the exact business requirement in detail.

Capture Excise Invoice w.r .t Without Purchase order

When i try to post J1IEX i.e Capture Excise Invoice w.r .t Without Purchase order i am getting the following error message :
Balance in transaction currency
Message no. F5702
Diagnosis
A balance has occurred in transaction currency 'INR' with the following details:
Exchange rate '00', amount '            1.000-' and currency key 'INR'.
The data in the transaction currency were transferred from the calling application.
System Response
Your data cannot be processed in FI.
Procedure
The error is probably in the calling application
Please help me to solve this issue

check in cin-basic settings- co code settings , there will be a check box "Rounding duty on procurement" , pls tick mark this and check it..
otherwise check in debit / credit selection for EWPO trans type . as per blw in - Logistics General  Tax on Goods Movements  India  Account Determination  Specify Excise Accounts per Excise Transaction
EWPO           Credit     CENVAT clearing account
EWPO           Debit     RG 23 AED account
EWPO           Debit     RG 23 BED account
EWPO           Debit     RG 23 ECS Account

Excise Invoice is captured with another Po -During MIGO- Only refer Excise

I have did a PO with two line item say Material M1 and M2..
step1- We did J1IEX with capture excise invoice option for material M1 and M2.
step 2- We did GR for material M1 only where i have selected my excise tab as Only refer Excise
step 3- Now we are trying to do GR for 2nd line item material M2, where we getting error msge as
*Excise Invoice is captured with another Purchase Order
Message no. 4F278*
I have searched in forum and found related info in the belw links
CIN related error at the time of GRN
GR for Import PO,
where experts are suggesting to apply a note 843490 &994052. seems these notes for older version.. my client version is ECC 6.03
Please let me know if any note available or any other methods to solve my issue (we don't want to put the excise invoice with suffix of * or /1).

Hi,
System takes only single excise invoice in system.
here i suggest wat u can do ( very tricky)
for first goods receipt excise invoice is 123
then u cant give same for other GR it will give an error at this time u can provide excise invoice as (123.).
Means one dot at beginnig or at the end.
Note : Hence forth for same excise invoice u should have only one GR.

Excise invoice already exists error in J1IS

Created the Subcontracting PO , and Issue the material to vendor ( mov type 541) with payment of duty, after this created the Excise invoice with T.code J1IS, system was generated the Excise entries in table J_1IEXCDTL and J_1IEXCHDR.
After that we have reversed the excise entries, so now we got "R"Indicator in status field in above said table J_1IEXCDTL.
Now system should allow me to create one more excise invoice with same Material document number but sytem was giving error message that "excise invoice already exists"
Why system was allowing us to create new excise invoice?

you can't create another Excise document with same Material Doc.Because for this Material document already Excise document exit even though it is reversed.i think you have to delete Material document from J_1IEXCDTL and J_1IEXCHDR. then try to create new

Item or object?
For "Object already exists" or "Access denied" errors when installing try opening Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates then checking for Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2918614). Uninstall if you have it, then reboot and try installing again.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Excise invoice has two mat. type items... ROH and capital goods and hence the error is reflecting........

we have split the GR.......again create PO for two diff. materials.........?

Check your excise material type in J1ID, you can not maintained two material type there. Ofcourse you can change material type at the time of J1IEX.
I am not understanding what u are trying to do. Please explain in commercial language.( means business senario)

You has a other Adobe ID in Adobe Digital Edition by the First open of the eBook....or you have open the eBook with empty authorization. When has used a other adobe id should change the adobe id, if not the eBook are looked with the empty authorization. In this case need a new Download of the eBook of his reseller.

It sounds as if you are trying to set up family sharing starting with an Apple ID which someone has already used to start a family group. Presumably this person is within the family group you want to share with. One solution to this issue would be to ask to join this family group. See this article -

Can't reinstall itunes on windows 7 comp. Get error message "object already exists"

Difficulty reinstalling itunes on Windows7 machine. Despite uninstalling everything apple, I constantly get error message: "object already exists" and the install fails. I have gone through hard drive but can't find anything itunes or apple. Uninstalled everything apple in control panel. What am I missing?

Try opening Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates then checking for the Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2918614). , Uninstall if you have it, then reboot.
There is a strong hint here that it should resolve this issue, although personally I have that update installed and have been able to remove and reinstall iTunes without any problem.
Click for more on KB2918614 which is an update to the Windows Installer Service released July 12th 2014. The timing and nature of the update suggest a connection with the "Object already exists" issue which affects other installations as well as iTunes.

Getting error DeviceInfo Name already exists Parmeter Name:deviceInfoName in SSRS

We are Getting error "DeviceInfo Name already exists Parmeter Name:deviceInfoName" when click on report.From ASPX page we are calling the reports.ASPX pages hosted in IIS and Reports are deployed in report server.
Some times only click on any report we are getting the above error message.Closing the broser and click on the same link it is working fine.This issue is heppening for some times only.
Please let me know whether i need to set any property in IIS to recycle or Report server to resolve this issue.

According to your description, when calling reports in ASPX page, sometimes it throws “DeviceInfo Name already exists Parmeter Name:deviceInfoName” error message.
I would like to know which version of SQL Server you are using. In SQL Server 2008 and later versions, SSRS doesn't use IIS anymore, although it does use the same driver (http.sys) as IIS to manage connections.
In Reporting Service, it control Recycling by setting RecycleTime . The default value is 12 hours. Garbage collection runs continuously as well as when application call the GC function. When the application use garbage collection, Reporting Service is blocked
and waiting for garbage collection to be completed. During this time, Process Monitor misunderstands that Reporting Service is stopped, so Process Monitor stops Reporting Service really and create a dump file.
In configuration settings, ProcessTimeoutGcExtension can affect Reporting Service when garbage collection is in progress. So in your scenario, I would recommend you to modify the RSReportServer.config file to add the ProcessTimeoutGcExtension key. Configuration
settings for Reporting Service are stored in the Reporting Services configuration file(this file locates at xx:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rsreportserver.config). For detail information about how
to add the ProcessTimeoutGcExtension key in Reporting Services configuration file, please refer to this article:
When you use SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services, the ReportingServicesService.exe process may stop responding during CLR garbage collection.
