Whlie confirming Goods in "Confirm Goods/ Services" user is getting Error " System Status INCM is active ( confirmation 7300012896)
Can you please tell how to rectify this error message and confirm goods against PO.

there many other error message thrown at bottom side
any user locked of for network / PM order order in the PO
some message will be thrown
share taht message for more help.

User is getting the below error while trying to create confirmation in SRM for some of the PO's.
Partner XXX not found
System status INCM is active (Confirmation XXXX)
Partner not found XXX (Item 1)
The version is SRM 4.0 (Classic scenario). We have already checked the user profile and it is consistent in the system. The BP record for this user in table BUT000 is all fine. User is able to create the confirmation for other PO's. Also we have checked the G/L account for any posting period issue. Everything is fine. The error is coming while user is trying to do the confirmation for some of the PO's.
Any help is highly appreciated.

The error is coming while user is trying to do the confirmation for some of the PO's.
Check these POs to see if any of the partners are invalid. You could do this through "process purchase order" transaction. Sometimes this error occurs when one or several of the PO partners no longer exist, e.g. left the company, etc.

MR11 error message system status CLSD is active

MR11 fails with error message system status CLSD is active . How to clear the PO line item which gives error message in MR11 system status CLSD is active .

If you are using an account assigned PO then possibly the order(PM order, internal order etc) to which your PO refers might have status as CLSD.
Check and reverse the status.

System status INCM is active

Hi all, I am working in SRM 4.0 and when I try to do a confirmation, the system throws this message:
System status INCM is active
Transaction CO Through-postings from FI has been locked
I check all periods in FI, CO and MM and all are OK.
What can be happened?

Sorry! the problem was solved, there is a period in CO that have problems and it was locked....

System Status INCM

Hello,
1. My Shopping cart is ordered and approved by the Approver as expected.
2. After approval the system attempts to update to update the shopping cart with the 'approved' status and release the shopping cart for follow on documents to be created.
During the step (2) while releasing the shopping cart for the follow on documents to be created the system raises error 'Unable to set status RELS, system status INCM is active'
Any idea what could be the reason? When I try to set release this manually it flows through successfully.

If you are generating the orders from a sales order line item and a user deletes the line item or rejects it, the service order will automatically be locked from further processing. The action log will display the end users name as the one who locked the order, but the transaction code will be VA02.

System status CRTD is active

I am having a problem with a service order. When i am tryin to book time on it using CAT2 i get an error message "System status CRTD is active."

In general if the Order is in CRTD State then you can not post any thing on that.
So, make the Order to REL (Released Status) and Try..

I have created one process order but while realsing it system gives error.
"System status APNG is active".
and while creating this order system gives error
Master recipe XXXXXXX xx has not been approved
why these errors are coming and and how to solve.
As far for realsing the order i have tried with option individual approval but No authorization for that

Hi All,
While Iam trying to do physical count MI04 system thorwing this error message
{System status PIAC is active (EQU 10000001)
Object EQU 10000001 has system status PIAC (Inventory Active). According to this status, transaction 'Physical inventory' is not allowed.}
This material have activated serial management. In MI04 physical count I had entered Qty. and system will pop up new diallog box enter serial number I had enetred serial no. still system is throwing above error messge.
Please any one can help how to fix this error messge.

May be your MM person has posted the physical inventory for adjusting the stock for your material with serial number ,kindly consult with MM person on this.which may forbid the order for issuing the components

Hi All,
I have an issue while technically completing the process order.
I have an order which was released and control recipe was also released when going to complete the order technically syatem throwing an error as "System status CRCR is active".
Please guide me solve this issue.

Problem is still Control recipe (Pi sheet) are not completed and if completed then Process message for Completion PI_CRST2 or PI_CRST is not sent from CO54.
So do one thing go to CO55 or CO60 and complete (if not completed) the control recipe of that process order then go to co54 and sent Process Message regarding completion of control recipe.Once messages is sent status of process order turns to CRFI from CRCR.

VL02N, system status EDEL is active(EQU 10006188)

My user was receiving the RMA and performed VL02N and used the same serialized SAP batch # , system threw the above error message " system status EDEL is active(EQU 10006188)"
To troubleshoot this issue I was trying to replicate the error with the user but under VL02N> Post goods Receipt button has been grayed out.
Please help and advise how to resolve this.

I want to understand how is this system status (NMAT) getting activated? and what is the purpose of this status?

Hi,
Generally system sets the NMAT status at Order header level when you create an Order without any material assignment.
Try adding a material component and see if the status gets reset.
Else you can check the settings in tcode OPJK. Tick the "No Check" check box and run your process again. You should not get this status now.

Reprocess the PO using BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC.

When I go and check the Item or header it is not marked for Deletion. Is there any table or field which indicates that it is marked for Deletion.
