Getting Error on installing Dialog

Hi, Expert
i need some solution about my problem
i am installing a Dialog instance on different host. we are using ECC 6,0 with MSSQL server 2005 on 64bit
on the New Server i installed J2sdk1.4.2_09 and SQL Clinet
after that i start installation for Dialog instance using sapinst.exe
it is asking {sapglobalhost\sapmnt\sid\sys\profile\}
i mentation this after that i creat two user on OS LEVEL
Sap system Administrator
Sap Service user
after assigning the OS user password when i click Next
it gives error like that

Unable to get information about path
sap1\sapmnt\ using GetVolumeInformation. Operating system error message: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.
Please kindly help me on this issue

Also with error you posted I guess it is a known issue .You need to install below package and then continue with fresh installation

Try this - Disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update.
After you install iOS 5.x, the next update can be installed when connecred via wireless.

SOLUTION: solve the CAUSE and extract the archive manually. change permission of extracted file to '(bd0adm,USER,=rwxo)(sapsys,GROUP,=rxg)(Everyone,GROUP,=rx)'.Afterwards,skip current step and restart the installation.
SAPCAR: could not open for writing/sapmnt/BD0/exe/disp+work(error 28).Text file busy.

Ok - let me summarize.
You have installed a CI and you want to install a second dialog instance with the SAME NAME on the SAME SYSTEM to install IGS? This won't work.
IGS is installed by default, I don't understand the purpose of what you're doing there... please clarify

It seems you downloaded Service Pack 2 for SQL Server 2005 alone, that download does not install a SQL Server 2005 instance.
You might have to download and install SQL Server 2005 and then proceed to apply service packs related to that version of SQL Server.

we have generated our .exe file by adding prerequisite in setup project and prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express
sp2 (x86)) works for windows xp. But we are facing an issue while we install prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86)) not working in windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit operating system. We have added prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86))
using visual studio 2010.While we install prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86)) in windows 7 we getting error like " Prerequisite check for system component SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2 (x86) failed with the following error message:
"This version of SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (x86) is not supported for the current processor architecture."

". We need only sql server 2005 express edition to be installed but not sql server 2008 express edition to be
