Getting error on status symbol in service desk

Dear Expert,
In my service desk when i m using the T.Code crm_dno_monitor.On clicking on transaction data tab and after that on action tab in status symbol is coming red (incotrrectly processed) and message getting Find support team responsible ,when message created. I m new for service desk.
Kidly suggest me why its coming...

Thanks for your reply,I m having doubt regarding Service Desk.Our senerio is such a manner that end user will raise a issue from satellite system then message processor is forward this issue to relevant consultant .So when using the T.Code crm_dno_monitor in transaction data tab
there is Action tab (what is exact function of that tab) in this tab i m finding error. i talk to person who did service desk in our company he told taht its related to mail)So i m confused in that as i m getting six red light there as error.
Three message are coming :-
1.Find support team responsible when message is created.
2.Send message to SAP.
Please suggest me i m get confused.

Hello Everyone,
I have installed Solman 4.0 on windows 2003 server and oracle database, I am starting to configure solman for different features like service desk, solution monitoring, sdccn etc
after i configured service desk from SPRO when i create a message i am able to fill all the fields excect for the field component i am not able to see any components inside the drop down list and without specifying this it is not allowing me to proceed further to create the message (notif_create)
and also how do we create a message from the other systems that we configured in solman through the RFC's.
Can anyone please reply to this message. I will definitely reward points. I need to configure the solman ASAP.

Interesting... so you won't be able to download (and apply) any necessary notes or get the documentation or necessary BC-Sets that are attached to notes...

You either doubleclick on the SAP icon in the upper right corner in the SAPGUI or you use the "help - send support message" menu.
This is all covered in the documentation.

Getting Error User Status DPND is active

Hi Experts,
I am getting error User Status DPND is active , during saving User Decision.
I am getting this error only If i am doing Defect recording in QE01.
Without Defect Recording there is no error ....
Plz let me know what is this error & how to resolve it ?

Hi Dheeraj,
With Defect recording, system creates Q Notification based on the Notification type assignment to the
Inspection Type in Config step QM>QN >Defects recording
This assignment is at client level, not advisable to change
There is one more setting at Defect Class level, (You assign Defect class for Defect code while creating catalog Type 9) In defect class if you uncheck "Activate Q-Notification" in the "Next fuctions in results recording section" system will still genrate QN but will not be activated
QM>QP>Basic Data>Catalog>Define Defect class
This Notification will be Automatically closed, while UD
For existing Notifications already created while DR , you can go to QM02
Select the item created, go to Task, create new Task and Mark that task as complete, the status of the notification will change to ATCO , complete the UD after this, it will mark the QN status to NOCO and complete stock posting

Getting Error - Cause: Status of the batch is not 'Completed' in OIM 11g R2 during Trusted Recon

Hi All
I am new to OIM 11g R2. I am trying to create custom connector for trusted recon. The case is to migrate the users from 10g to 11g R2. The recon event is created but it is in Event Recieved status and when I re-evaluate the event, its giving error - Cause: Status of the batch is not 'Completed'.
I saw in some posts to change the recon batch size parameter to 0 and restart the server. I have done that but still I am facing the same issue.
There is no child data in the attribute mapping and user login is set as key.
Any inputs are welcome on how to get rid of this error.

In Web Console Job Scheduler, I had one Recon "LDAP FULL Recon" which has a property
"OIM Employee Type" which was before "Full-TYpe" i changed it to * & it worked.Now I am able to generate events.
It seems like value of Employee Type has an Issue in OID, please correct me ?

Try to log in with your Adobe ID (email address) and password
Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to convert a file

when i tried to use pow() & max() in my jdbc programme i got compilation error "cannot resolve symbol".
even i have imorted java.math
this is the sample.

all of above are double.
and with max();
pr=max(pr1,pr2);
all of above are double.

as i have already posted another probleme which i have with selecting 1000 rows 1 by 1 from a table & manipulate 1 by 1 on that and then store all manipulated row to another table.
when i tried to do so i am able to select only 600 rows and manipulate them & store them.
i did not get any exception or any error.
can this possible that microsoft access driver has not that much capacity to provide 1000 rows or it is problem with jdbc.

Getting Error ID 4625 when one service tries to access a shared path on another machine

Hi guys .. I have a scenario where there are two machines involved, both of which are using
Windows Server 2008 Standard. One is called the IS Server (has IP 10.1.1.89 and machine name bxtwmistv1) and the other is called the
MWS Server (has IP 10.1.1.88 and machine name bxtwmmwstv1). They are both part of the
infosix.root domain. Their users are also part of this domain. On the IS server, there is a drive, R:\, which is shared on the network through the UNC path
\\bxtwmistv1\R. On MWS server, there is a service called
MWS Service, which is supposed to access that shared folder \\bxtwmistv1\R. The MWS service is running using a domain username to start itself:

I've tried my best to try and figure out what's wrong here, but I can't. Can someone tell me what might be the problem ?
Also, I tried logging into the MWS Server using the [email protected] domain user account (which the MWS service is using to start itself), and I was able to access the shared folder, and write to it as well.

Getting error when testing a web service through WS Navigator

I am using PI 7.1
I am getting the following error while testing the web servicefrom WS navigator
com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.server.additions.exceptions.ProcessException: No operation found using soap keys [],
I did the following developement
1 created service interface in Integration repository
2. generated java bean skeleton on NWDS
3. deployed it on JPR
4 created Endpoints
Pls suggest some solution to fix the problem.

How to stop spooling and get error or status of the statement

Hi All,
I am using the bellow in .sql file to generate a spool file which is called from a shell script.
The issue is whn i kill the job the .csv file is still generated and doesnt thow any error.
Could any one please let me know how to stop spooling if the script end in between or catch the status of the error and email if spooling stops in between.

In getting error in field symbols

your attempted to assign a field to a type filed symbols but the field dose not have the required type.
iam getting runtimes error like this what should i do for this.

Do not assign any particular data type to your field symbol definition.
field-symbols: <fs> type any.
assign p_matnr to <fs>.
assign sy-datum to <fs>.

Golden unit functionality... incomplete getting error on status..

Hello Experts,
I have created a golden unit..
when i try to test this unit I am getting the error as the "Cannot re-start a done SFC (Message 13031)"
I supposed if the unit is marked as golden unit then it bypasses the step status and we can process the unit at any stage irespective of changing in it's step status..
I have already checked the help documents which don't have much information...
I want to test the golden unit without changing the status from done is it possible..
what would be the process if not possible (then is this golden unit functionality really helpful?)

In our testes we generally test the golden unit to validate that tester is working fine or not and after that we process the other SFC...
I was in perception that if we test golden unit tester will not save changes against this particular unit and ultimatly will not update any data in SAP ME.
as per the quality process we have to 1st test golden unit followed by the other unit... in in logs we can show that the golden unit was tested.. but due to the above error we need to bypass the testplan which send data to SAP ME as the status doen't get validated.
I understood from you post that we should not work with the golden unit can you guide me what we can do in the above senario.

I think you missed some more fields. Check this:
Field OUTL_IND is used to flag a line as an outline line. The service lines are assigned to the outline lines using the fields PCKG_NO (for the service line) and SUBPCKG_NO (for the outline line).
The outline hierarchy is mapped using the fields LINE_NO and HI_LINE_NO. Field HI_LINE_NO links to field LINE_NO of the hierarchically superior outline.
I found the above data in the Documentation of the BAPI which can be seen in se37 tcode.

It cannot happen that GW is throwing EMPLOYEECOLLECTI_GET_ENTITYSET is not implemented even after you have written code in that method by redefining it.
I could see that you are raising an exception in the code shared by you here . i.e.,
RAISE EXCEPTION TYPE /iwbep/cx_mgw_not_impl_exc
    EXPORTING
      textid = /iwbep/cx_mgw_not_impl_exc=>method_not_implemented
      method = 'EMPLOYEECOLLECTI_GET_ENTITYSET'.
Please remove above code and return your response as below.
copy_data_to_ref( EXPORTING is_data = et_tab CHANGING cr_data = er_entityset )
where et_tab is your local table where you would have stored the results which you intend to send back to GW. i.e., et_entityset in your case
Activate DPC class and check.
This should resolve the issue
