please look into my issue
when i started my installation from installation master
in central system screen i selected pre requests and select next button but the system shows error please check in below
child /tmp/sapinst_exe.958672.1284391332/sapinst (pid 852188) has crashed. Executable directory is /tmp/sapinst_exe.958672.1284391332. Contact Support.

From the error you pasted here, we can know that definitely your OS is a certain Unix/Linux platform, as the file name is:
/tmp/sapinst_exe.
It is hard to identify the root reason without an OS expert, but what I would like to suggest you is:
1. check the intallation guide again, and especially the OS prerequirment section, to make sure all the requirements have bee
fulfilled.
2. there should be some notes also regarding the version/platform you are installling, please check the notes if there is any similar
issue discussed.

Getting error while clicking on System Monitoring

Dear All,
I have confirgured EWA in Solution Manager 4.0 for ECC6.0 Servers. EWA is getting generated without any issue. I have to monitor the Satellite Systems from Solution manager, so when i tried to click System Monitoring/Administration, it is giving error as "http://solman.srhouse.com:8001/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/graphic/solmangraphic.htm call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.".
ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:009-u:SOLARSERVICE-l:E-i:solman_ESM_01-v:0-s:404-r:NoExtensionFound
If any one has come across this issue, please help to resolve this issue.

Your Portal service is may not running.
Logon with <sid>adm and start jcmon and check if all server processes are up and running.
If jcmon is properly running, then try using the following link and check what happens.
http://solman.srhouse.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!
The above url pattern is from integrated ITS server, for this to work you should maintain FQDN - fully qualified domain name.
The url should be
http://<host>.<domain>.com:<port>/sap/bc/gui......

also, uncheck the "show friendly error messages" check box from the browsers tools->internet options->advanced tab to get more details error messages thrown by the server instead of just "the page cannot be displayed"
And also make sure that you have activated the services, virtual_host, sap , bc, gui, sap, its , in transaction SICF and also did you publish SYSTEM and WEBGUI services to site INTERNAL.

Hi.
I guess that Windows won't recognize long path names (this usually happens when you are running a installation on non-server version of Windows).
Try to place jce_policy-1_4_2.zip into the root of your disk (D:\) or extract a content of the archive into corresponding folder of JDK. You may face the further similar problems, so avoid placing source files under a long path names.

The following Environment variables were set to the previously defined oracle home.
SHLIB_PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Hence OUI tried to pickup the files from previously defined Oracle Home in the linking phase of installation of the 10.2
Solution
Log on as oracle owner
Unset the following environment variables.
SHLIB_PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Then Install again

Excel service and OWA - getting ERROR while trying to open/edit Excel documents

We have configured SharePoint 2013 with Excel Service and OWA (Office Web Apps).
After configuring, we are able to view/edit Word or PowerPoint documents from the browser (as OWA is configured). But we are getting errors while trying to open/edit Excel documents.
We are not able to view/edit the excel workbook from the browser (through OWA).
To open the excel in the browser, decision has to be taken at the farm level on what to be used – Excel Service or OWA Server? Is it possible to do setting at site collection level?

I have the same issue while opening the file , i have checked every thing twice. but unable to fix this thing . can any one help.

While trying with connection test... I am getting like this:
SAP Web AS Connection
Test Details:
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Checks the validity of system ID in the system object.
2. Checks if the system can be retrieved from the PCD.
3. Check whether a SAP system is defined in the system object
4. Validate the following parameters: WAS protocol; WAS host name
5. Checks if the host name of the server can be resolved.
6. Pings the server to see if it is alive.
7. Pings the WAS ping service; works only if the service is activated on the ABAP WAS.
8. Checks HTTP/S connectivity to the defined back-end application
Results
1. The system ID is valid
2. The system was retrieved.
3. The system object represents an SAP system
4. The following parameters are valid: Web AS Protocol (http) Web AS Host Name (<FQDN server name>:8001)
5. The host name <FQDN Server Name> was resolved successfully.
6. The server sapdwh01 could not be pinged successfully.
Test Connection with Connector
Test Details:
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Retrieve the default alias of the system
2. Check the connection to the backend application using the connector defined in this system object
Results
Retrieval of default alias successful
Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly
It seems that the portal is not able to ping to R3 system. I tried to ping to R3 server from portal server by command prompt. I am able to ping. Also under SICF, I can see ping service as in activated state.

I created a SAP Transactional iView for transaction SE80.
Also, I tried from under System Administration -> Support -> SAP Transaction. It is not working.
Got portal Runtime error :

b.Duplicates of Cost Centre T10063 are defined in SRM (Item Testing SC )

Try the following in the ERP backend system:
Standard Hierarchy Inconsistencies
Issue: one Cost Center is repeating in more than one node in Cost Center Standard Hierarchy.
Update from SAP Global support, the following was the email received:
in transaction KSH3 please run both the ambiguity and completeness check(Menu -> Extras -> Check and Help functions).
If you think that your standard hierarchy is inconsistent you can check that as following:
Run transaction Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Test. The result shows you if there are in consistencies. If that is the case run also Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Comparison.
Alternatively, you can run the report 'RKCORRH1' (TN SE38).
Run both the Hierarchy->Master data->test and the
Hierarchy->Master data->comparison.
As stated above inconsistency message showed after Test. Run the comparison and you get a similar message.
Once the above two are run, again when you go to test, the inconsistency disappears.

We are getting error while we are installing MSSQL 2005 SP2.
It gives me the following error
No Qualifying Product

I am pretty new to MSQL. Any help to solve this is much more appreciated.

Hello,
It seems you downloaded Service Pack 2 for SQL Server 2005 alone, that download does not install a SQL Server 2005 instance.
You might have to download and install SQL Server 2005 and then proceed to apply service packs related to that version of SQL Server.

Once you get the error, please go to SM37, put user ID and appropriate dates and Execute
System will show all jobs submitted by the user id, check if there is any job which is cancelled, select the line and click on Job log,
In job log please let us know what is shown there..
