Getting Error while saving a transaction without making any changes to it.

Hi All,
I have a page where in the advance table I add few rows and save the transaction. First time when I save it everything works fine, but when I save it again without making any changes to the fields I get following error:
"Unable to perform transaction on the record. \nCause: The record has been deleted by another user. \nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data."
In the same page if I make any changes again it allows me to save the transaction.
Please guide how we can avoid it..
I have already checked many threads related to the issue but nothing has worked. Please help!!

Hi Mukesh,
You have to maintain the Prefix numbers in the system, in tcode SWU3 --> maintain definition environment --> Maintain prefix number --- > click on execute button.
There, create a new value for your client(XXX) system to generate the workflow definition / task definition.

Error while coming out of MM06 without making any change.

I am trying to check-uncheck some flags for material deletion in transaction MM06 through LSMW. I am using the Batch Input recording method. When i am making any sort of change to the material it works fine. But when there is a material whose flags remains to be unchanged, then i am getting this error "No batch input data for screen SAPMM03G 0100". These types of error generally come when there is some problem with the recording, but had there been one then when i am changing the flags, then also this error should have creeped up.
What could be the reason? Kindly help.

What do you want at this stage?
When you process a batch input session, then you are processing many transactions in sequence, if you cancel one transaction, then SAP continues with the next transaction in the session.
Whatever you do with the usual buttons is within the transaction you are currently processing, if you want do anything with the batch input in general, then choose from menu System > Service > Batch input >....

There could be many reasons and only the server logs can explain that.
In the ACC console you should be able to see the error message or in the ACC error dialog, click on "Details" instead of Dismiss which will give you the stack trace.

Exported media file size issues Sometimes one size, Sometimes another without making any changes in FCPX?

I'm having some strange issues with files sizes from
Share>Export Media
I'm not changing anything about the video (just moving an audio track forwards and backwards ever so slightly to try and get it to the correct timing), nor am I changing anything about the way I export the video.
I am always using the EXACT same settings
Sometimes finder states my video is 1.15GB, sometimes its states its 3.8GB
But then when I close Finder down and then go back into Finder again to find the file it states its gone from 1.15GB to 3.8GB
I'm not sure if this is a error with my system or Final Cut Pro X?
By the way I'm running 10.0.5

Well, the issue has gone to press and I have upgraded to Snow Leopard and CS5. Initial tests show that the problem still exists, and that it is related to the XML tags. The problem occurs both with legacy (CS4) documents and documents created from scratch in CS5. As I mentioned before, it only seems to happen when overrides are applied to paragraph styles.
Here is a sidebar as exported from InDesign. Overrides were applied to the two headlines to modify color, point size and baseline shift:

The same file with XML tags removed, packaged and opened in InCopy:
OK. Now is when things start to get really interesting.
I thought perhaps that exporting the InDesign file as an IDML document, then reopening it, might perhaps fix the problem. But, no. In fact, when I reopened the IDML file in InDesign, the font styles were broken in _exactly_ the same places as they were in InCopy. Apparently, whatever problem InCopy is having with the XML tags is being duplicated by the IDML export. (Do these processes share the same file format?)
For example, here is a title page from the magazine as a screen grab in InDesign. Overrides were applied to the top headline on a line-by-line basis:
The same file, exported as an IDML file and reopened in InDesign:
As with InCopy, when the XML tags are removed, the IDML file reopens in InDesign just fine. Unfortunately, removing the XML tags is not a option. We need them to repurpose the content after it goes to press.
This is a real bug, and for us it's a serious one. I'm surprised it hasn't come up before. Is there any way to draw this to Adobe's attention? I'd be more than happy to share any of these files if that would help.

I am getting below error when I am creating new maintenance transaction in solution manager tcode DSWP and selecting option automatically select files
Transaction must be assigned to a Standalone Product Version
When I am choosing the option select manually ,it is working fine.

          The product version is maintianed correctly under SCM 7.0 EHP1.
          We are getting EWA reports regularly for the system SCM 7.0 EHP1 which we have installed.
          The only problem we are facing is in automatic selection of files in the maintenance transaction.

When I open a saved document in pages, then close it right away without making any changes, why does it ask if I would like to save the page or all new info will be lost?

I have a few saved documents and when I open them to view them quick, sometimes when I close it, I will get asked if I would like to save the document or all my new info will be lost. I didnt change anything so Im not sure why it asks me that. When I open the document again, all the info is there and nothing is different. Thanks

Unless they were Word documents, Pages has done nothing really, but it is updating date information in the file.
It is annoying but just ignore it and don't save.

The Unique constraint on the error log is on the table PA_EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDES and the column is EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDE_ID and we have a sequence for generating Unique id. The sequence used is PA_EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDES_S.
Please note that the error only fires on insertion of new record in the table PA_EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDES, on updation error doesn't fire.
The Constraint definition on the table is :
create unique index PA.PA_EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDES_U2 on PA.PA_EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDES (EMP_BILL_RATE_OVERRIDE_ID)

Hi,
Found a note explaining the significance of these errors.
It says:
"NZE-28862: SSL connection failed
Cause: This error occurred because the peer closed the connection.
Action: Enable Oracle Net tracing on both sides and examine the trace output. Contact Oracle Customer support with the trace output."
For further details you may refer the Note: 244527.1 - Explanation of "SSL call to NZ function nzos_Handshake failed" error codes
