Getting imported pics off the ipad 2.  HELP!

I used a camera connection kit to import pics from my Digital Camera to my iPad 2.  Now I have a ton of pics on my ipad that I want to put on my computer.  I have a PC with Win 7.  How can I do this?  It gives me too many warning questions in iTunes for me to try without asking the community first.  The last thing i want is to lose those pics.
Thanks in advance.
