Getting into my iTunes account

I cant seem to get into my itunes account. Ive changed the password and my Apple ID but everytime i get back into Itunes it doesnt seem to accept my password.

Sign out of old Apple ID and sign in with new.
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID

    Take a look at Apple's document for authorizations -> iTunes Store: About authorization and deauthorization.
    You can deauthorize all computers from iTunes. All you have to do is click iTunes Store, click your account name in the upper right corner of iTunes, then deauthorize all.

    First, please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are we your fellow users. iTunes Support will never respond to posts made here.
    As to your issue, confirm with your bank that they do not block access from on-line services or otherwise have restrictions on with whom a card can be used. For some company cards, such blocks can be set up. If you confirm that no such restrictions are in place, post back and we'll go from there.

    Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help.  Thanks Apple for such a crappy update!  I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone.  Sheesh!  If someone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.

    It sounds like you are tapping the Game Center app to open it, but the screen is blank. I recommend signing out of your account:
    Go to Settings > Game Center, where you can:
    Sign out (tap your Apple ID)

    Then close all the running apps:
    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

    "This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
    Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

    I have a ITunes account for many years, but suddenly it does not let me log on. I did it both ways to get in: The email version, which does not send me any email. I tried it about 50 times over the last 2 month, never made it into my inbox. Also, I tried to recover my password with my birthday, which was also not working.
    Yes, I opened a new account for right now, but I have lots of purchases that where made through this account and would love to get them back.
    Please anyone help me...I don't know I am getting older, but this os very poor customer service chating instead of talking with a real human being.

  • I can't get into my iTunes account.

    I have had an iTunes account for quite a while. A few months ago, while signed into my iTunes I tried to change my charge card in my account. A dialogue box came up asking to me reenter my user name and password and did and it happened again and again and again.
    I have changed my account name multiple times, my password over ten times and it still happens. It recognizes and welcomes me, but won't let me into my account information or allow me to purchase.
    I have gone through support "multiple" times and no matter how often I tell them what I've been through they only offer changing my password and/or user name.
    This has been going on for months. I now buy my music elsewhere and have decided that I'll just have to lose the two song credits that are in my account.
    I am so discouraged that there seems to be no solution to this elementary problem and no willingness by the iTunes support staff to give any real counsel.

    There is no phone support for itunes.

    It seems that you may have an issue with your input source on your Mac since you can use your iTunes account on your iPad and iPhone.
    On your Mac, go to the system preferences > language & text > input sources > check keyboard & caracter viewer
    Now on the top right corner of the menu bar, you should have a new icon, click on it > show keyboard viewer.
    Go to the iTunes store and try to connect to your account. The keyboard viewer will show you if you type correctly your password. Please be careful with capital letter and numbers.

    To anyone who can help,
         I set up an iTunes on my computer so I could buy songs from a bigger screen. Which exactly what I intended to do. I enter in my hard earned 50 dollar gift card ready to start jamming to much needed new songs, when it says not only do I need my password but also to answer the security questions. Dang. This account was set up by my sister a long time ago, it's now used by everyone, I don't know the security question answers. I was so excited to start rocking out to my new songs that I just start guessing instead of waiting a day to talk to my now moved out, sister. Wrong guess after wrong guess and I get locked out. No big deal, I will just reset the questions through the email, but remember how this account was set up by my sister? She used her email as the account ID. Well, I ask her to open the email account and sort this whole mess out for me, which is when I am informed she stopped using that email a long time ago and can't log in anymore. So, I think maybe the safety email will have the information I need but there is no email from iTunes in that account either. I am at a loss of what to do. I love iTunes, and use it a lot, but that doesn't mean that I can afford to pay 29 dollars to get this sorted out. I could really use some help, life is so dull without my music!!

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

    Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...
    Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...
