Getting lyrics for songs - not a widget

I have "sing that iTune" widget, and it's great getting lyrics for my songs, but is there a program that will do this for all the songs in my library, without having to manually skip through them all?
Perhaps even do this automatically for new songs that are added, but then again, you can't have everything!

Thanks guys, I downloaded one of Doug's scripts and got lyrics for over half my music
But it took a good few hours to work though my library with over 4,000 songs.

You may find that the file is Read-only, which means that it cannot be altered.
However, you can change the Read-only in "Properties" using your file manager.
1. The location (for the next step) of a song is found by looking n the Get Info/Summary>Where: of each song. Make a note of the location.
2. Go to the location (on your computer) of the song, right-click it and the last item on the pop-up menu is Properties. Go into Properties/General>Atributes and turn off the tick in the box named Read-only. Now go back to your iTunes Library and try that song again. The Lyrics tab should now be there.

Get info for songs after importing?

Is there any way I can get info for songs in my library after I import them? I have a data CD that I would like to import and have iTunes get all of the information for me. Is this possile? Also if not is there anyway to check to make sure it got every songs, or to see what songs it couldn't get info for? I am using Windows.

Are these MP3/AAC files?
They should have the info in the ID3 tags already.
If the songs were RIPped using iTunes, select the Album, then Advanced - Get CD track names.

Getting Album Artwork for songs NOT in iTunes and ONLY on iPod

Am I missing something obvious here? I am struggling with the album artwork feature for use in the coverflow section of the iPod Classic 80GB. I do NOT keep all of my songs in iTunes as my laptop hard drive is just not big enough.
My problem is that highlighting the songs on my iPod once I've connected it to iTunes then selecting Get Album Artwork simply doesn't work. Only trawling through countless forums on various websites I've discovered that possibly the artwork is only updated for songs you have in the iTunes library or only for songs bought on iTunes. I have 1000s of CDs I've uploaded onto my iPod (surely lots of people do not keep their music in iTunes for the same reason as me - small hard drive?)
There MUST be a software fix for this problem that could be issued out? Or if not, somebody should come up with a fix on an independent website. By the way, all of my tracks on the iPod have had their info obtained from the Gracenotes system used through iTunes so not having matching info to iTunes cannot be a reason for the lack of artwork can it?

Correct. It's meant to access your iTunes library and add artwork from the iTunes store.

Nothing that I know of because it's meant to work this way.

No, because as I say, it's meant to add artwork in the iTunes library (although even this can sometimes be an issue if the album info obtained from Gracenote doesn't match what's in the iTunes store.)
If an iPod is set to manage the songs manually, then it's possible to add the artwork to the songs directly onto the iPod (when looking at them through iTunes) without adding it to the songs in iTunes. Just copy paste an album image from (say) Amazon into the artwork box in the bottom left corner when looking at the songs on your iPod through iTunes.
However, I have found that if you are adding artwork directly to the iPod via iTunes and not to songs in the library first of all, then some (or all) artwork may not display correctly.

Not sure what you mean. The Apps Stores for the iOS Devices and for the Mac are completely separate. You cannot purchase a computer app for an iOS device or an iOS app for a Computer. There's a Sketchbook Express for iPad that is free, and a SketchBook Pro for iPad that is $4.99, but no Sketchbook in the iPad app store that is $59.99.

Getting Lyrics for iPod touch

I wanted to get the lyrics for a song. I have it onboth my ipod and my computer. I went on google, got the lyrics, pasted them into the lyrics section of "get info", and dragged the song onto my ipod. For some reason, when I tapped the song while it was playing on my ipod, it didn't show the lyrics. Does it have something to do with me already having it on my ipod or did i do someting wrong?

Maybe it's because the games are made to utilize the click wheel? There aren't any games for the iPhone either right?

Job getting cancelled for 'Chain not processed for date-2007031920070318' ?

Hi All,
We have 2 process chains running only on weekdays - one for sales and the other for billing. A cancelled job is created for one of the process chains with the job log message as 'Chain not processed for date-2007031920070318' for the not run days whereas the other does not have any issues though the same monitor job program runs for both. The difference is only in the variant but nothing much other than that its maintained for 2 different chains.
   We also debugged the monitor job program. It basically does nothing other than displaying messages depending on the status of the chain log.
Please let me know your suggestions as to why it happens.

How can I automatically or easily get lyrics for iTunes songs?

I need a program that either automatically finds and puts lyrics into Mac iTunes song files or else does it so that I can do it manually, but quickly(maybe has an easily accessible database).
Anyone have any suggestions?

My favorite if MpFreaker by Lairware (www.lairware.com). I don't recall how much it costs.

"Show in Windows Explorer" option for song not working

I have the latest verson of iTunes 11.0.1 but have had this problem for awhile
Whenever I want to delete a song from iTunes, I usually delete the file as well. To do this, I'll right-click on the song & select "Show in Windows Explorer". However, the majority of the time I get the error message saying:
"Location is not available
C:\....\....\My Music is not accessible.
Access is denied."
Every once & awhile it will work fine though & send me to the song in the Music folder. Any idea how to fix this?

A system restore fixed the problem.
I'm guessing the problem was caused by installing and uninstalling replacements (file browers) for Windows Explorer. Even though they were uninstalled and Explorer was running fine, iTunes had this problem.

"Share on Facebook" for songs, not entire albums

When I select "Share on Facebook" next to an individual song in the store, what appears in Facebook is the title and link for the album. If I instead do "Copy Link" next to the track and then paste the link in Facebook myself, the URL again gets rewritten to point to the album.
"Share on Twitter" keeps the link for the individual track unchanged. How do I do the same for Facebook?

I can't believe this is the intended behavior (well, perhaps it's the way it's been coded, but it's not the behavior the UI implies).

How to see lyrics for song playing?

I've got lyrics entered in most of the songs in my iTunes library. I notice that on my iPad 1, when I play a song on the iPod app, I see the cover image but no lyrics. A found a web page that said I'd see the lyrics if I tapped the cover image, but that brings up a different thing - a black background with some meta-data on the song. What's the right way to get a lyrics display on the iPad?

How do I get refund for App not performing well? Report problem link takes me to these discussion boards

I downloaded this App for ringtones (Ringtones 500.000) , purchased a full version of it, so I should be able to download unlimited number of ringtones. The problem is, it won't let me download any ringtones after 10, which is how free version of this App performs.
I have contacted developers, but they keep sending the instruction book to me with step-by-step inforamtion, which is out of date itself, but that is not a problem, I think in my case.
When I try to report a problem to Apple , using hte link on my receipt, it just takes me to a page with discussion boards and FAQ.
I would like to get $1.99 back instead of troubleshoot this any longer, because it seems App help support people are not understanding the problem.
I did try re-loading the App -didn't help either.

Charged for song not downloaded...what do i do?

um i got a music card for christmas with 15$.i redeemed it and downloaded 2 songs.i tried to download another one but it said i had no space left on the disk or something.it didnt download it but took $1.07 off my account...what can i do to get that money back or get the song downloaded?
