Getting multiple line responses to show up in their entirety in the PDF

I am using a form created in Forms Central that contains numerous multiple line text boxes. When I create a PDF of the responses received the multi-line responses do not show up in their entirety. Is there a way to do this?

You can make those multiline boxes bigger in the Design Tab so that it would fit the whole text then generate the PDF for the responses (this will also change the field size for the form fillers).
The other workaround is to print the Detail View of the response (View Responses Tab : View > Detail View). The print button is at the bottom of the Detail View.

That will depend on installing a proper driver for the scanner that is compatible with the respective version of PS. But if you really mean a 12 year old PS CS1, it will be nigh on impossible to get this working with a brandnew scanner... Anyway, you wil lhave to provide more info about your system and clarify the points in question.

If you've not done so unpower and restart it after 30 secs or so.
`You will presumably have checked all your credentials and password are correct.
If still playing up I'd probably go to Settings menu and reset everything - you'd need to then enter all ID credentials etc again.
If that still failed I'd factory restore via iTunes with a microUSB cable.

Why do I get white lines surrounding PSD or Tiff transparencies when exported as a PDF for print - Indesign Version 9.2?
I recently upgraded creative suite - now I am having issues with white lines surrounding any tiffs or PSDs when exporting for print.
I initially thought it was an acrobat viewer problem, but it seems to be effecting print. Please let me know if anyone knows the answer to this problem. thanks!

Thanks Bob, to date I have simply used the High Quality Print default, which is actually Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3) - I have never had issues before - until now when I upgraded my software..

How do I get multiple lines to print for a blank text field so that it can be filled in by hand?

I have to design forms that are fillable electronically and by hand. The problem that I am running in to is supplying multiple lines that will print for people that are hand filling the form. I have tried to add an image of lines behind the text field, but these would get in the way when the form was filled in electronically.
I am using LiveCycle Designer ES2 v. 9.0 on a Windows machine.

Ok.
Take a textfield
Go to Object | Allow multiple lines
Go to Layout | Height | activate "Expand to fit"
Go to the initialize-Event or readyform (You have to change the _ for your textfield)     this.rawValue = "___________\n___________\n___________";
Go to the enter-Event   this.rawValue = null;
Go to the exit-Event
          if(this.rawValue == null)
                this.rawValue = "___________\n___________\n___________";
          }else{}
With this solution you can simulate the same as pattern see above.

I have been designing a report which has a description field which has more than 100 characters.I have tried to set the property of the field so that I get the description in multiple lines.But all my attempts have failed.It would be nice if I could get the solution.

Show bookmarks by default when opening the pdf file

I made a document with a TOC and bookmerk for pdf which worked great.
I have some pdf documents that when I open them, the bookmark panel on Acrobat are opened by default. In my document, that panle is not visible, I need to click the Bookmark icon, so it shows the bookmark panel, and so I can navigate in the document.
Is there a way to configure InDesign so that the pdf file makes Acrobat open the Bookmark panel by default, like those documents I have? It looks like to me that this is a very common resource in pdf files, most of the pdf I have opens the bookmark panel when the document is loaded.

Yes... at the moment, PDF final view control via InDesign is lacking... in fact it isn't there at all. This has to be done from Acrobat. However, it is possible to make actions in the action wizard so the process isn't so tedious. I have written about this elsewhere: See it at the final size – view size and Acrobat | Colecandoo!

Thank you very much for your reply and I apologize for getting back to this so late. I started using your suggestions today and I did have some success! The "shadow" button is very clever. Now, I think my lack of javascript syntax knowledge is keeping me from getting it all correct. I experimented with one field, a date field and I created the shadow button as you suggested and it worked perfectly!. The successful code I used for the click event for the gray button (see image below), was:

I know that <codeblock> is designed to represent lines of program code and that line endings and spaces must be preserved. However, my line endings are not being preserved; turn into a new <codeblock> leaving me with line after line of <codeblock> elements like this:
<codeblock>Do forever.</codeblock>
<codeblock>Say "Hello World"</codeblock>
<codeblock>End</codeblock>
Rather than like this:
<codeblock>
     Do forever
          Say "Hello World"
     End
</codeblock>
These are my Text format rules in my EDD:

Hi Marsha...
The key is in your r/w rules file. You need this ..
element "codeblock"
writer line break is 99999 characters;
reader line break is forced return;
The "writer" rule ensures that the lines don't wrap inadvertently when written to XML (99999 is a bit extreme, but doesn't hurt).
The "reader" rule preserves the line breaks.
You'd insert the codeblock element, type your line and press SHIFT+ENTER for a linebreak, then type the next line. Save and reopen the file and it should be all good.
The only problem (in default FM is that if you want to use elements within the codeblock for formatting on inline content), if the end tag of an inline element "touches" the line break, that line break will be lost on save (or open). You have to manually insert a space between the close tag and the line break mark. (As you might expect, DITA-FMx automatically fixes this problem.) Also .. if your inline tagging wraps to a new line, you'd need to include a r/w rule for that element as well in order to preserve the line breaks within.
Re-reading your post, I'm wondering if the actual problem is that you're pressing ENTER at the end of each line rather than SHIFT+ENTER. If so, that will end the current codeblock and start another. Try SHIFT+ENTER instead.

Is it possible to have multiple lines on a phone but only have one of the number ring on that phone?

I have a client who has four number on his phone. Extension 4709 is the clients number. He also has 4715,4725 and 4712 on his phone. Is it possible to make it so only 4709 will ring on his phone? The client is running CME 10.0

Why do I get multiple tabs when I go to my home page and the all display server error

When I click on my home page link 3 more tabs appear and say connecting very briefly then all the tabs say server error. My home page loads fine but always get the extra tabs when I click on it.

In my project I am using SharePoint Online 2013 and there is a custom list with two content types. While creating a new item in that list, can we show the content type drop down list along with other columns? While editing an item I am able to view the content
type dropdown in the edit form associated with the list. Can we enable the same for the default newform as well?

Imported CAD file..multiple line on top of eachother...selecting only the top "layer"

I have imported a CAD file and after closer examination it seems that the file was created with redundant lines on top of each other. Is there a way I can select only the top "layer" of lines?
I say "layer" in quotes because this file has no actual layers.

You can implement mouse listener for panel and you can identify buttons in the panel with the mouse event of panel using MouseEvent.getComponentAt(MouseEvent.getPoint()) instanceof JButton or not.
