Getting music from your iPod onto your hard drive?

Hey,
I am trying to transfer some music files from my iPod on to my hard drive. I have tried dragging them on to the hard drive and I went through all the options and configurations and yet I can't seem to figure it out.
Can someone please help me out and tell me how to get music from my iPod on to my computer hard drive?

You cant drag your music from your ipod to your computer, you have to use a third-party program to do it. There are many you can use, so try searching it on google. Some i can rememeber are yamipod, and copyipod.

You don't.
You sync music from itunes on your computer to iphone.
Everything that is on your Nano should be in itunes on your computer, as that is where it came from in the first place.
Just sync whatever you like to your iphone.

If you forgot your AppleID, you will not be able to get that music into iTunes or onto another iPod.

now i got a macbook pro and want to import all the music from the ipod onto my itunes on the macbook. can someone tell me how i can do that?

You can't take music from your iPod and put it on the computer. You can re-download the songs from iTunes (I think its free to re-download the song if you already bought it, but im not sure) or you could transfer all your music from your PC onto a flash-drive and then take the music from the flash-drive and download it to the Mac. Then on iTunes, you update your library and it should locate the new music.
