Getting oracle db 10.1.0.3 patchset

Question

I need to install the oracle database 10.1.0.3 patchset.. but i can't log into the site of metalink coz i need a CSI... does anybody have an idea how to bypass this??????
NEED IT BADLYYYYYYY

save the below lines as rhel3_pre_install.sh and run it.
