Getting Prices to Downgrade - Impossible

I have been trying for 2 months to obtain Pricing to either downgrade or break up the bundle. When I call or message, and they hear "downgrade", I'm referred to websites that do not have current prices (New Customer info only). Because of consistently BAD service (phone drops, TV pixelates) there is no reason to pay constantly increasing prices (techs no longer show up, they are aware of the inferior service in this area). One supervisor came close to helping tonight. But after reading a list of current "deals", when I pressed for non-bundled service pricing it became "I'm sorry if you feel I can't help you". I guess with this company it's all or nothing. Time to start looking elsewhere.

Yes, the bundle is the thing unless you want to pay out the nose, at least a 'basic' bundle. Try calling and ask for the Customer Loyalty dept, they help me, but you have to make sure you really get sent there, don't buy the "I can't help you" from the regular billing CSR. Do this in the billing dept and don't press or say 'downgrade', just go right to a human and then ask to be transferred. If they won't transfer you to that dept, ask to speak to a supervisor. I haven't had the problems you speak of, although I only care about broadband; might be different with cable/phone, and I am even a 'special' customer who doesn't use cable TV (except what I have to have to lower my internet bill, grrrr), so if you think this is discrimination, report it! Hope this helps,. There ARE options for phone service. Skype is my land line and dirt cheap for calls to any phone and there are other, similar services. Their phone service is very outdated and expensive and has always been bad I've haven't had the Comcast phone/TV/Cable bundle in forever and have gotten by fine, although seems like you have to have at least 2 of those to get good pricing, which is nuts, esp if, like me, you only use one. The Customer Loyalty thing has kept me going for quite a while, although they just really messed up my bill when it was time to get a new 'plan', plus charged me $70 for a visit when I have the protection plan which they verified when I scheduled the service call. Crazy. Hopefully they will fix me up in the morning or I won't be able to afford the internet, which I rely on heavily. Argh. Why does a commodity like cable/broadband INCREASE in price constantly when all other tech goes down? Greed and few other competitive choices and there you have it. Bad situation for sure.

Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/">iPhoto Library Manager</a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

How to get price list line id for service contract line(subline)

Does some one know how to find a price list line id for service contracts line (sub line)?
There is actually a column in table okc_k_lines_b which is called price_list_line_id, but it looks like it is never used (all columns values are NULL). I have tried to investigate reprice API's which are used in contracts authoring form, but they are too huge and it didn't lead to nay result. There is a way (bad hack), by calling OKS_QP_INT_PVT.COMPUTE_PRICE it is possible to get price list line id by which contract line is priced, it would be kina fine if I would need to find line id for some rows, but it wont work for thousands!
Is there some proper way how could I get price list line id by which is service contract line priced?

How to get price in basket.inc.jsp

Hi All,
Could someone let me know if I can get the Gross Value (Total price) in basket.inc.jsp
When I tried to display the value of price in this jsp I get 0 GBP because
SalesDocument instance (salesDoc ) which is available in basket.inc.jsp is giving false value for below Boolean fields.
     boolean isTaxValueAvailable = salesDoc.isTaxValueAvailable();
     boolean isNetValueAvailable = salesDoc.isNetValueAvailable();
     boolean isGrossValueAvailable = salesDoc.isGrossValueAvailable();
Also item.getGrossValue() gives 0 price.
The reason is the at this stage, in SalesDocumentthe Gross Value is not available.
Is there any way to get the price at this stage itself?
I am currently able to get the price in checkout.inc.jsp this is the next file which gets displayed after basket.inc.jsp.

We are using JAVA basket.
There is absolutely no errors in Pricing.
We are getting price in checkout.inc.jsp which is next screen to basket.inc.jsp
The reason is, when program control comes to basket.inc.jsp, the price is not yet calculated due to the reason I think SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE RFC is not yet called,
Thatu2019s the reason, the methods in basket.inc.jsp which return price is this screen, give 0 price as the values are not yet set.
It has been this way since beginning, also we checked in Sapu2019s standard code as well, basket.inc.jsp shows 0 price due to the fact, price values arenu2019t set yet.
Now the scenario, we have new requirement to get the price value in basket.inc.jsp itself.
Do you have any idea how this can be achieved.

Getting Price from KONV table for Purchase Order

Hi All,
I have to use the KONV table to get the Net Price for the Purchase Order Line Item. I am confused over the field KONV-KBETR because for Currency 'JPY' it shown a wrong figure. This is how I read the KONV table;

The Correct figure should be 3,000 but it shows 30. For all other currencies it works fine. What should I do to arrive at 3,000 simply I could always multiply KONV-KBETR by 100. But this would affect for other currencies.

Can't get Firefox to "downgrade" Java JRE version

I recently allowed the Java updater to update my Java JRE from 1.6.x to 1.7.x. However I have a critical web site that will not run the applet unless it sees a 1.6x "only" JRE. (yes, it is a dumb site) . Anyway, I removed the 1.7 version, and re-installed 1.6 but Firefox still shows the 1.7 version in my add-ons and I can't remove the references or get them to update to 1.6x.
I still can't get the web site to launch the applet that I need from FF because it thinks I am not running 1.6x. I am NOT having this problem using IE8.. it seems to have downgraded just fine.

You can set the plugin.expose_full_path pref to true on the about:config page to see the full path of plugins on the about:plugins page.

It is best not to leave that pref set to true as it exposes that full path to web servers, so reset that pref to false after you are done with the about:plugins page.

Corporate cell phone can't upgrade, get support, get price

Verison supposedly just let me upgrade one of my business lines. We have been waiting as the old phone is being to be unreliable , shutting off by itself. We placed upgrade order online, as it was cheaper by $100.00 dollars than picking it up at the local verizon store - which has 6 of them in stock. This was done on our corporate Platimun no limits card. Within 5 minutes we got an emailed order confirmation. Within 30 minutes we got an emailed "order cancelled". The order was not cancelled.
We called business support. They told us no problem they'll fix it... 1 hour later on hold and waiting we're told they can't match the online price. Their price is as same as in store pick up. The only way to get that price is to order online. 30 minutes later after being passed on to Business Support Supervisor we're told he can't do anything either - his price is the same as support persons's price - only way to get the price is to order online.
Go back online to My Verizon. Try to upgrade the same phone line. The area for this phone is greyed out - why you ask? Because Verizon's website says its already been upgraded but not activated. This is the phone we ordered tried to pay for and had Verizon cancel without our knowledge. Keep in mind this is a Corporate account not a personal one.
Verizon seems not to take its business customers very much to heart. They made no effort whatsoever to fix the situation. We have been getting the same on-going treatment from them for years - They are unsupportive. Unresponsive and really don't seem to be much of a customer satifaction company.
Wouldn't you think that someone would be authorized to either 1) let me pick up the phone at my local Verizon Store for the same price as online (to keep a satified customer)
2) Allow the Suporvizor to adjust the pricing through customer support because of Verizon's screw up.
None of this should be this complicated. They just really don't seem the least bit interested in keeping customer or corporate business. I think this should be cause for my being able to canel our corporations contracts and Monday I'm talking to legal about it. There are plentyof cellphone companies out there who would probably like the business.

I actually might be able to get the phone from Fedex today, so never mind.

IPC Settings to get prices from R3

I am working with SRM 7. We have a requirment of getting the fixed prices of materials in the "Internal Goods" option. The prices for catalog material are fixed. Hence, we need a similar case for internal goods.
We have materials created in ERP, then being brought to SRM using middleware. We have also got the prices also. But, we need to display the same prices in SC also while shopping.
Kindly suggest if this can be done using IPC. If yes, then what are the settings required.
And if the requirement cannot be done using IPC, then what is the method to get the same prices passed to SC.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, the requirement is that the "Internal Goods" should display the prices that have been brought form R3 using the report "EBP_GET_BACKEND_PRICES". Also, if the same material is existing in the catalog, then when the material is selected from the catalog, it should display catalog prices.
I have got the option. Instead of using the IPC, (for which I needed the settings), we can use the BADI, BBP_PRICEDATA_READ, activating the implementation: BBP_PRODUCT_PRICE.

EBP_GET_BACKEND_PRICES - Get prices of Service masters from backend

Hi guys,
Via report EBP_GET_BACKEND_PRICES one can get the prices of materials from SAP R/3 backend system.
If I use the same report for prices of service masters, it doesnt work. (error E50 BBP_VENR)
How can one get the prices of the services from the Backend system to SRM 5.0?
Is there another report or is there something wrong with the report Im working with?
Does one have to create a program to upload these prices in the COMMPRO1 for services?

I have this trading platform from Interactive Brokers, called TWS. Inside TWS there are two columns that I really need to get into my excel sheet. But the DDE stuff doesn't support these two columns, and all I can think of is to use some kind of Java to get it out of TWS and make it ready for Excel. I need the Open price and/or the Gap% value.
I dont know anything about Java, but I have been told from others that it shouldn't be very difficult to make.
Is there anyone that would be nice and give me a hand? I will try to explain in detail how it works, if you are not familiare to Interactive Brokers system.

Need standard Function Module for Get price from KONP

I need to code for the following logic
1) Select access sequence code from T685 (field KOZGF)
2) Using this code get an access sequence tables from table T682I(field KOTABNR). There is a number in this field which is a table name if to add letter 'A' before it. This table name is a table where you can find condition records. Every condition table has got field 'KNUMH' which is a reference to condition rate table.
3) Select condition rate from table KONP (field KBETR)
4) Select scale rates if you are using them from table KONM (field KBETR).
Just want to ensure, if there is any standard FM which can help in above logic.I got a FM 'SD_COND_ACCESS'. But not sure, how it can help me?

I do have Access Sequence with me, it is Z011. here i am writing more details, I do have material number.Here article means Materail number.
o     Determine the merchandise category for the article in the list from MARA-MATKL
o     Determine the department for the article from first 3 characters of MARA-PRDHA
o     Determine the vendor for the article from EINA-LIFNR where EINA-MATNR = article in list and EINA-RELIF = X
o     Now use the access sequence Z011 (table T682I) to determine the A tables and sequence in which in these table must be read for determining the condition records.
o     Use table T682Z to determine which fields must be used to read the A tables above (in T682I).
o     The A tables must be read using condition types Z006 (margin) and Z007 (discount) where the Order Book effective date is between the valid-from and valid-to dates in the A- table, and in the sequence according to table T682I. When a condition record is found, the program must stop reading the subsequent tables, and determine the discount or margin from table KONP-KBETR, where KONP-KNUMH = A table-KNUMH.
     If the condition type is Z006, KONP-KBETR is positive. For condition type Z007, KONP-KBETR is negative.
     Divide KONP-KBETR by 10 to give KBETRX. Retain sign in KBETRX.
     Calculate the discounted / price with margin as follows:
(1 + (KBETRX/100)) * wholesale price.
Is it possible to get above logic by standard FM.

Does Verizon plan to get price competitive with up and coming t-mobile?

With all this competition from t-mobile, who has cheaper pre-pay plans for services, does verizon have any plans to make their service more affordable? I love the service and the coverage but hte bills are very high for my family. I know someone with a t-mobile phone, same brand as my android. They get talk, text and internet for about $20 less per line. I prefer Verizon for the coverage and customer service but the prices are tempting. Any news that V may get monetarily competitive?

Verizon was never one to be in the competitive pricing market so it's doubtful.
With that said, they did just come out with a new data plan on the share everything and there is speculation that could lead to changes in pricing for higher tiered data plans so we can only hope

Log into appleid.apple.com and verify that both the email addresses you use do not show up there in the same account. My worry is that you might be mistaking a login alias ([email protected]) as a separate account which it might be one in the same. Either way, if you are having issues downgrading your storage you will need to contact Apple for more assistance.
