Getting swf movie report n the output window?

i am getting a swf movie report in the output window and nothing else, cant get rid of it help please?

when i test the movie the output window just displays a list longer than my arm with the title
swf. movie report in the output window meta data or something?
and no eror reports.
sorry cant be more specific but im about to shoot my pc.

i want to create a fullscreen site like www.danwheldon.com or
www.highlandspring.com where the movie expands to the whole of the

ive made my movie 1024x768 and just copied the html source
from the pages just to test it but my movie just appears as
1024x768 in the top left of the screen and doesnt reach to the far
corners.
when that didnt work i checked out loads of tutorials and
spent a whole day trying to figure out how to do it but to no
avail.

Hi Mark,
First thing: in the HTML tab of the publish settings, set the
dimensions to percent and choose 100 for width and height.
Depending on your content, you might then need to play around
with the scaling of the objects on stage. There's some info in the
online help about this:

I'm trying to print halftones to a wide format Savin 2404 WDP printer. I can select the halftone desired in the output window and select Separations. I don not get a halftone dot output but instead I get shades of grey. HELP.

That worked really well (Resolution and Halftone screen Lpi, Angle and Dot shape).
My only issue now is when art is created in Illustrator CS6. I can't get those results for gradients.
I guess I would need to bring those files one color at a time back into photoshop.
Keep me posted if you have any other thoughts.

Can't see the output window in Ultiboard 2001 SP2

I have been running Ultiboard 2001 for many years, as it is adequate for my needs. I recently had a HD crash on my old laptop, and had to re-install the UB 2001 software on my new laptop (Dell E-series, Windows XP, SP3). All is basically OK, except that I cannot get the Output window to disply, so I am unable to see any DRC checking info, connectivity errors, etc. The Output window is checked in the View menu, but checking or unchecking makes no difference. I have Ultiboard 2001, SP2. All other windows & toolbars seem to display correctly.

It is possible that the Output window was dragged outside of the Ultiboard screen. Have a look at the attached screen shot, notice a small Output window outside, if you see something like it, drag it back inside.

How do I get my tabs back into the main window?

I've had a problem with an add-on displaying a small extra window every time I open a session for some months now: I know you're supposed to try disabling and re-enabling every add-on you've got to find out which one is responsible, but this is a work computer and with all the add-ons I have, it would take too long, so I've just closed the extra window every time and got on with my work. However, for some reason today my forty-odd tabs have all opened in the small extra window, which has no tab bar, navigation bar or menu button. How do I get my tabs back into the main window of Firefox, or alternatively get that window to behave like a normal Firefox window so I can use it?

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Making the font in the output window bigger

You know when you run a console application and you're looking at the output in the output window at the bottom, the typeface is a little small. Is there a way to change that to a bigger font?

I don't think there is a way to make just the font in the log window bigger - but you can increase the size of the font used in JDeveloper by editing the ide.properties file.

RH 7 - How can I get .swf movies to work inside CHM output on Windows 7

Hi RHelpers,
I'm using RoboHelp Html (RH 7, latest patch) on my Win 7 64-bit machine to provide a HtmlHelp (CHM) output.
Now that we're close to releasing, I've been doing some testing, and I've noticed that my SWF movie files do not play inside of Windows 7 when viewing them inside of the CHM file. It keeps asking to install the Adobe Flash Player. But I've already clicked Yes several times to that message, and it still doesn't play the file. I've even manually downloaded and installed it as an administrator, restarted my system and still no go. It just shows a red X in the container where the movie should be playing.
However, viewing the same topic inside of RH's preview window (or inside a browser) seems to work fine. Also, I've copied and pasted the problem CHM onto a virtual machine running 32-bit Vista, and the movies display fine there. This tells me it's something to do with how how compiled files are handled in 64-bit environments.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions out there?

Also I verified that our software does use the 32-bit hh.exe so I'm only seeing this when running the help by itself, outside of our software. That's good news.

Hello, Erica and thank you for the followup.
To test, I had stripped down my app to consist of just one
FLA and one script file as the document class for that FLA.
If I drag a ComboBox to the stage or create a ComboBox using
'new', the error is reported. The FLA is empty except for that
ComboBox (if dragged in) and the script has only an empty
constructor except for the call to 'new ComboBox()' (if created on
the fly). The error is reported twice if I drag in or
create-on-the-fly a second ComboBox so it definitely seems to be
originating from that component.
This isn't a big issue as the ComboBox seems to work properly
but simply reports the error.
Perhaps some files were not properly overwritten when I
installed AIR into Flash?

Please suggest me i have a link to another layout on one of the layout in our report. When ever i click on the link in the layout it opens a new window.
i don't want that to happen can i have it in the same window?

What is your report template type? Is it RTF or XPT (Layout Editor)?

Viewing HFR reports in the same window via task list url link

Does anyone know how to render an HFR report inside the Planning application or even in Workspace when referencing the report's url through task list? This is with version 11.1.1.3. It doesn't seem like this version allows the task list to be built to pull up the report within the Planning application window, or even as a separate Workspace tab. I also want to be able to switch from pdf or html preview when viewing the report, but this option isn't allowed when opening the report via task list. A separate pop up appears for the report, which isn't what I want.
Anyone know of a fix or workaround?
