Try the following in the ERP backend system:
Standard Hierarchy Inconsistencies
Issue: one Cost Center is repeating in more than one node in Cost Center Standard Hierarchy.
Update from SAP Global support, the following was the email received:
in transaction KSH3 please run both the ambiguity and completeness check(Menu -> Extras -> Check and Help functions).
If you think that your standard hierarchy is inconsistent you can check that as following:
Run transaction Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Test. The result shows you if there are in consistencies. If that is the case run also Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Comparison.
Alternatively, you can run the report 'RKCORRH1' (TN SE38).
Run both the Hierarchy->Master data->test and the
Hierarchy->Master data->comparison.
As stated above inconsistency message showed after Test. Run the comparison and you get a similar message.
Once the above two are run, again when you go to test, the inconsistency disappears.

How does a workflow get triggered when we create a Shopping cart

In SRm how does a workflow gets triggered when we create a Shopping cart...what i mean is that in r/3 we use changedocument object or function modules etc..likewise in srm how the wf gets triggere...can anyone help me.

yes i accept that in SRM also workflows are all started by event...what i mean is in R/3 we go for Change document object(swec) or some other method for event creation...like that in SRM what is there?Just whenwe create a Shopping cart How the workflow is trigerred...suppose if it is trigerred using fm swe_event_create where they might have called the function module.

It worked when typed in from the command line. Doesn't when its pasted in from Text Edit, rtf or txt.

Requisioner is not getting change button in fully approved shopping cart

Hi Experts,
I have problem in getting the change button in fully approved shopping cart which was not created purchase order in the backend due to faulty account assignment.It needs to be changed the account information by the requisitioner .
Requisioner is having LOW in settings of BBP_WFL_SECURITY in personalisation tab.

Thanks for the reply but as per our client business requirement, requisitioner should get the change option to correct his shopping cart as the follow on document (purchase order) was not creating due to incorrect acccounting structure in the shopping cart.How should requisitioner get change button in fully approved shopping cart to correct his accounting structure.

Get the confirmation number of a shopping cart based on its po number

I have a requirement where i need to find the confirmation number based on the shopping cart number .
I have fetched the po number from BBP_PDBEI table .
How do i further proceed to get the confirmation number of the shopping cart ?

There are no of ways:
Based on PO ;
If your PO is in SRM (and replicated into R/3), and the GR is created directly in R/3, then there is no reference of this R/3 GR in SRM. The only way to get it it to read the backend PO history.
To do this, you can try to call the BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL is SRM, with I_READ_BE_DATA = 'X'.
You will get your R/3 reference (R/3 material doc number) in export tables E_HEADER_REL and E_ITMLIM_REL, and actual item values in E_ACTVAL.
Also you can query the tables BBP_PDHGP and BBP_PDIGP to get the refernce doc no for PO and then use FM BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL to get the details fo a particular confirmation.ALso you can search confirmations by "Reference Document", use BBP_PD_CONF_GETLIST, with parameter I_REF_DOC_NO, and then use BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL for the found confirmations.
Based on SC:
You can use the FM 's BBP_PD_CONF_GETLIST to get the list of confirmations for SC's and "BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL" to get details for a specific Confirmation.
Also you can directly query on table BBP_PDHGP.

Error while transferring the Shopping cart to ECC system

Hi,
I am getting the below error in classic scenario, while trying to transfer the shopping cart created in SRM (v 4.0) system to ECC (v5.0) system.
"06313 Material differs from material & from t he info record"
I have a valid inforecord in ECC for the material and vendor entered in shopping cart.
Please help me to find out what could be the problem.

Hi Arun,
Its difficult to tell what is the issue exactly with the information provided by you but neverthless check the following observations :
1. Did you refer the correct info. record while creating shopping cart for that item ?
2. Check for the detailed description of error in Application Monitor using RZ20 txn. and also in SLG1 for any error logs.
Also check in BBP_PD for the status.
3. Also try to craete a P.R and P.O in R/3 for that material by referring that info record. This is one of the best ways of trouble shooting as you can nail down the issue thats causing this error.
Please check for the above observations and get back to us for further help.

Error 5002 when accessing shopping cart

Hi:
I keep getting the above error message when I try to access my shopping cart.
I am able to access the iTunes store, and all other sections of the software, but when I try to access the shopping I get a connection timeout and the above non-specified error.
Can anyone help me? I would really like to get back to buying some music and videos.

This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will work.
Another user reported that the problem occurred when his credit card expiration date needed updating. Log into your iTunes Store account and check your credit card information.
If neither of those suggestions helps, you may need to contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web pageand explain the problem to them.

Termination Error when Changing Rejected Shopping Cart

Hello All -
We are on SRM 5.0 Classic scenario. If you try to change a shopping cart that has been rejected, if the section that you want to edit is not open before you click the change button you get a termination message that says "error processing your request" and a bunch of other stuff underneath the message.
Has anyone encountered this? I have looked on OSS but haven't seen this problem mentioned. The only way to get around it is to expand all the sections where you might want to edit data and then click the change button. That seems a bit strange. If you realize you didnt expand a section that you need to change, you get the error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Music Store Error followed by entire shopping cart accidentally purchased

Was trying to buy just one of the songs in my shopping cart. Got the error everyone else is getting about the store not working. Tried again. Then I got a message saying the song was already purchased and did I want to start downloading purchased music. OK. I was a bit surprised when I noticed the first song dwonloading was something from my shopping cart that I hadn't elected to purchase yet. Looking at my purchase history I was shocked to see my $.99 purchase had become a $110 purchase of the entire cart. So be very wary right now of buying select shopping cart items if you have a cart full of albums you want to purchase later. I halted the download and sent a message asking Apple to cancel the order and refund me the money. We'll see what happens.

Error 5002 - Cannot open shopping cart

Every time I try to get into my Shopping Cart, I get the following error: "We could not complete your Music Store request. An unknown error occurred (5002)."
I could get in a couple of weeks ago.
Can anyone help? Suggestions?

Most people get this error message when they add a song to there cart and the store changes something about the song, like its location, size, date ect ect causing songs to get "Stuck" in the cart you will have to contact the music store by email on this so they can fix it on there side. Enter a vendor error message for catalog shopping carts

Hi Viewers,
I am facing problem while creating PO in backend R/3 system by using catalog shopping carts.
Procedure:
I have created catalog shopping cart with vendor.
when i click on order button shopping cart has been created successfully.
But when i see the history in BBP_PD transaction it went to error.
I can see the error message in RZ20 transaction under SAP B2B Procurement - Monitors -->Shopping Basket as follows:
"Shopping cart 3000841126 (PO 2000251272): 06 049 Enter a vendor"
Is there any config settings missed out or anything else need to do for the same.
while transferring data from shopping cart to banckend system vendor is initialising.
Please help me how to fix the issue.

This is very strange, please check if any of the following BADI's
are active, if so please temporarily deactivate them and retest. These would be the most likely cause of this as there are no notes about this. Also very few other customers with similar issue.

Can you confirm if the "Extended Attributes" of the user's position in Org Structure has the product category maintained for the appropriate backend system?

Getting syntax error while executing keyfigure routine BI 7.0

I am writing a very simple keyfigure routine to calculate sales revune using sales quantity and sales price, I am getting error as follows
- I am in 'Rules Details' screen and I have selected 'Routine' as the rule type. I enter the following code in routine
     RESULT = SOURCE_FIELDS_RULE-/BIC/IO_VB_QU *
     SOURCE_FIELDS_RULE-/BIC/IO_VB_PRC .
- I hit the check button on the routine page, it says no syntax errors
- Now I am back in the 'Rules Details' page and I hit the 'Check' button it gives me the following error
Rule(target IO_VB_REV, group: Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
Please tell me what is wrong. what should i check

Here are the details
- I am loading data from flatfile to an Infocube with 3 keyfigures: IO_VB_PRC (Sales Price) , IO_VB_QU (Sales Quantity), IO_VB_REV (Sales Revune). Getting values for IO_VB_QU and IO_Vb_PRC from flatfile and calculating for IO_VB_REV using routine
- I created Transformations, and under Rule Group: Standard Group box I see 'X' sign against 'IO_VB_REV' field, meaning not mapped to any datasource field
- In rules detail screen, I add two source fields of Rule , IO_VB_QU and IO_VB_PRC. I see IO_VB_REV already added under 'Target fields of Rule' section
- I then add the only following line to routine
RESULT = SOURCE_FIELDS_RULE-/BIC/IO_VB_QU *    SOURCE_FIELDS_RULE-/BIC/IO_VB_PRC .
Clicking on check button it gives no syntax error message. I save and exit back to Rule Details page.
- I specify 'USD' as the Conversion Type and then click on check button it initially gives me 'Incorrect Input' written in an information message box and then error that Syntax error in routine
Let me know what is that I am missing
