Getting TF42008: The test case management package could not be loaded. Verify that Visual Studio Test Tool is installed and try again.

We are trying to run unit tests in TFS server.
Below is the System Configuration:
Visual studio version: VS 2013 Ultimate
TFS: TFS 2013
For this we have created a build and able to run the build successfully. And build page showing one link for Test result. When we click on this link, we got below error message.
"Getting TF42008: The test case management package could not be loaded. Verify that Visual Studio Test Tool is installed and try again."
And below is the screenshot of the error message. So please let us know is there and thing else we need to do to solve this issue?

Yes, if you want to open and view test result on your laptop, you need install the VS 2013 on your laptop as well.

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

I have tried and tried to install itunes on my mums zoostorm windows 7 64-bit pc and it comes up with this message "this installation package could not be opened, verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package" i have tried everything that i have been told to do and nothing has worked but then i try to install it on her toshiba satellite pro windows 7 32-bit as she reset it back to factor settings she has done ALL updates she had itunes on her laptop before but when we went to install it back on the laptop it cam up with the same message as it did on the pc i would really like it if someone can please help with this problem as i am getting so annoyed with it. Firstly make sure you save it to your hard disk, and then run setup from there.
If it doesn't help, you may also try to unregister Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer and check if it helps. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Press Windows Key + R
2. In the "run" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.
3. Press Windows Key + R
4. In the "run" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.
Besides that, You could try to create a new user to download and install the application.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Try the following:
Uninstall iTunes and Quicktime
Reboot
in the task tray right click the quicktime icon and click exit.
navigate to the folder in program files and remove the quicktime directory and all its files.
Reboot.
Now try install iTunes and quicktime and it should work

this error comes up everytime i try to install itunes or any apple product in windows 7. I have verified everything with windows and its registered and still there is no success.

If you are not already doing so, install from an Administrator account.
If you haven't already done so, download the iTunes Installer from:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Then right click on the installer and select "Run as Administrator." (Even though you are using an admin account).
If that doesn't work, try creating a new administrator account and installing from there.
