Getting wrong payment method when purchasing apps

All of a sudden, when trying to purchase apps, it tells me "wrong payment method info dosen't match bank records". I tried three credit cards and it is always the same. I haven't changed anything.

If you haven't solved this problem yet, I had the same one and it was because the new bank I'd just changed to had used a wrong zip code for my new checks - even though the package they mailed them to me in they had used the correct one?! Hope this helps at all?

    Hello, Okay so I bought tickets on StubHub and when it asked me how I would like to pay, I checked my PayPal account. But it never said which payment method from PayPal it would charge. I have my PayPal Credit as my default payment method so I assumed it would have been my PayPal Credit account that gets charged. But now I see that a hugh amount was debited out of my bank. I wanted to use my PayPal Credit account to pay because it's such a hugh amount. My question is; can I transfer the payment to my PayPal Credit account and get the money credited back to my bank account? I would like to pay incrementally and I can't afford to give up such a hugh amount all at once. I'm afraid I'll have to cancel the payment if I can't do that. Please help!!! Thanks!

  • Does anyone know how to change a payment method to purchase apps and music.

    JUst need directions to change creditcards for purchasing apps and music.....the one on file is expiring and i need to add a new one. Could someone at least tell me what area to go to or something.

    Yup, I'm a Kiwi, living in sunny Blenheim. Just seems odd that I can use Amex for purchasing in the Apple store but not in the iTunes store. Perhaps the higher charge set by Amex is not  economic for small purchases? Anyway,
    I know now what to do now - buy an iTunes gift card and enter the activation code to redeem and sign up. Sorted! Thanks Kappy for taking an interest in my query.

    Welcome to the Support Communities!  If you are having trouble logging in to the App store on your iPad, I would first suggest you restart the device.
    Then go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click “Manage your Apple ID,” and try to sign in with your Apple ID. If you are unable to sign in, follow the steps provided there to reset your Apple ID account password.
    Then in the iTunes & App Store settings, sign out of your account, sign back in and try to purchase or redownload the app again.

  • FB60 payment method when splitting amount

    We have a problem in transaction FB60. When a document is created using this transaction, we need to implement a check
    on the payment method. To achieve this, we use a FI substition (OB28) on field BSEG-ZLSCH. But when we split the amount (strip 'Amount split)', BSEG-ZLSCH is cleared and we cannot made the check. How can we fix that? Which field(s) contain the value of the payment method when amount is split?

    use GGB1 - create substitution with type EXIT - U300 - ask to write code for cumulated value of all line items total amount (amount split line items wise) in FB60
    Program make copy and ZRGGBR000
    and activate in OB28
    it will work

  • I can't change iCloud payment method when App store uses different ID.

    Apple is emailing me telling me to change my payment method for iCloud storage.  This does not seem to be possible as it tell me to go to "iTunes and App Store" on phone or do it through iTunes but in both those cases I am using a different ID than the one I use for iCloud.  How do I change it?

    Never mind.  Sorted it out by signing out of buying ID on App Store and signing in with iCloud ID.

    I have been trying to purchase apps for my BB8520 and I get both code errors: 13000 and 11000. I already tried switching CCs, have called the bank and is not on their end.
    I really don't want to set up a paypal account just to purchase a 2-5 bucks app. Is there anyway to solve this?
    When I have downloaded free apps in the past it's worked smoothly. Is there anything that can be done?

  • Wrong Apple ID when Updating App in App Store

    When I try to update some apps on my iPhone through the App Store, it's requesting the password for the wrong apple ID. The apple ID it is requesting the password for belongs to a family remember.
    I tried the following suggested solution:
    1) Logout of App Store & iTunes
    2) Delete the app that is requesting credential for the wrong apple id when updating
    3) Go to App Store and reinstall the app using the correct apple ID
    This solution only works temporarily. When in the future if the app has an update again, it's requesting the wrong apple id again.
    I think one possible issue could be that I am syncing the iPhone to the same computer that of my family member.
    *Please note, do NOT ask me to sync to another computer. This is not possible .All iOS devices in my family are manged, backed up, and sync on one computer.
    *My iPhone is iPhone 4S running iOS 7
    *Other iOS devices are iOS 8

    You'e got a mess on your hands. Let's see if this helps.
    First, that app, and possibly others that you might not have noticed, were downloaded with a different Apple ID that the rest of your apps. Of course, apps and other content are forever tied to the apple ID used to purchase or download them. You didn't say where you are deleting the app, but it sounds like you're doing so on the device, but not on the computer. If that's the case, when you sync with the computer, you may be replacing the app on the device with the other from a different Apple ID.
    I would suggest deleting the app completely from ALL devices, including the computer. Be sure you are logged in with the Apple ID used to download all the other apps and get it again from the App store through iTunes on your computer. Then sync it back to all devices that use it.
    In general, this can now mostly be avoided if all your devices run iOS 8. Read about Family Sharing: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/family-sharing/

  • Default due date , payment method when posting invoice with Special G/L

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a question is when I am posting an invocie to a vendor (FB60), Due On date, payment method  are automatically calculated based on the defaulted baseline date and the payment term in the vendor master. But when I am posting the invocie to the same vendor with Special G/L indicator, Due On date, payment method are not automatically calculated and system are expecting me to enter this date manually. Is there a way we can default this Due On date, payment thod based on payment term like it happens when posting to other invoices without Sp GL indicator ?

    Dear Ngog,
    In general, special G/L transactions are used to map special processes
    to be stated separately in the balance sheet.So if you use special GL
    indicator, the fields relevant to payment terms (including baseline
    date) are not displayed. This is not controlled by field status.
    To make the fields You need ready for input for posting
    with special G/L indicator, the following Customizing setting is
    necessary:
    Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    ->Business Transactions -> Outgoing Payments -> Automatic Outgoing
    Payment-> Payment Method/Bank Selection -> Configure payment program ->
    All company codes -> double-click on corresponding company code -> under
    Vendor -> 'Sp. G/L transactions to be paid' you should enter the special
    G/L indicator A,B, etc.
    As explained in SAP note 4683, the only standard possibility to get the
    field payment terms on creating a posting with a special G/L indicator
    is by setting in the payment program configuration (trans. FBKP) for
    'All company codes' for customers/vendors 'Sp. G/L transaction to be
    paid'.
