GI/GR Slip Issue

Hi Techies,
I have some issue regarding the printing of GI /GR Slip using the MIGO transaction.
All the required output types for GI & GR are configured, driver program & forms have been developed.
Now when I test the developement by performing a GI or GR against a material document no spool is getting generated.
Can someone help me out in this regard ?

NACE-Select ME Click on Condition records- Select WA02( As you want)-Trans/Event Type-"WA" Print Version " 2" and Execute it
In the next scren P-1, medium-1, Date/Time-Select 3 as you want), Language EN and enter,, Now select the line and click on the communication and there enter the output device if anything specified for you,, and save it,,
Now check in MB02, enter the material document, and double click on the any line item, Click on the messages do the same process for this document as above and save it and try MB90,, surely it wil work and for the future docs,,
Finally-- At the time of MIGO/MB1B check that Indiviual/Collective slip is Enabled or not,,,

Log and transfer MTS file and audio slip issues

I'm having 3 issues with a 30 minute project in FCE HD.
1. When I create clips in log and transfer, sometimes my footage chatters when I watch in in the viewer or place it on the timeline. It didn't chatter in camera, I checked, and it doesn't chatter in log and transfer. I can re-cut the clip in log and transfer but I'm trying to save time!
2. When creating a clip in log and transfer or just transferring a full clip, FCE trims the last 3 to 4 seconds off. I need these 3 to 4 seconds!
3. When trimming and razoring a 9 minute+ clip on the timeline, the audio begins to slip and continues to slip the longer I trim.
If anyone has answers to my three issues, please help. This project is frustrating in content and now it's frustrating in editing!

Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. Again, thank you for taking the time to help me.
Your first question, these clips came from my Panasonic HMC 150 camera. I filmed at 24 fps. I downloaded the files from my SD card to my laptop, then use log and transfer to bring the clips into the project.
FCE only offers 25 fps or 29.97 fps. So, there is a discrepancy there. I'm not sure how to fix that when I want to stay with 24 fps. Yes, I can film at other frame rates, I just prefer 24 for what I generally create. Is there a plugin for more frame rate choices in FCE? Or is that just available in FCP?
Your second question, I always use insert. I only use overwrite for my title cards.
And finally, your third, I am aware of the destination tabs. I understand how they work. My issue with having so many tracks is that I am working on a laptop without a mouse and sometimes when I move a clip the timeline jumps and creates the extra tracks when I place the clip. I just need to be more careful when moving clips.
Now, as to my final issue and that is the trimming of the clips through log and transfer. FCE trims off the first and last couple of seconds and will not allow me to bring them into the project. Is this a setting problem or just inherent of FCE?

Print GR/GI slip issue.

Dear Experts,
I am not able to print GR/GI slip during GR or GI (in MB1B and MIGO)
I have maintained condition records in MN21. Still the problem exist.
Print indicatiors are maintained for Movement types and T-codes in SPRO
What could be missing ?

Premiere Pro Audio Slipping with AJA Kona LHI

I have noticed that when I run Premiere Pro CC (Latest updates) My audio playing back on the Kona and on the desktop will progressively slip out of sync when my Kona LHI card is enabled through the video output options. The sync issue goes away when the card is unchecked. The initial release of PRCC did not have this problem, but when the updates were issued soon after, the slipping issue cropped up. Anybody have these problems? Any suggestions?

I realize this is a year old but was this issue resolved?
For what its worth I've had/have similar problems with Premiere Pro CC and the AJA Kona LHi card. Just call AJA support 1-530-271-3190 and speak to their tech support gurus. Their folks are awesome. I just tell them what I'm trying to do and they will stay on the line and help until you can get things running again. No fees for customer support, nothing to register for... just call them and ask for help and they will!
I wish more companies operated this way.

In the GR slip, ' Issued By : ' is coming as SAP LOgon name .
I need this as the name of person which will put against this LOgon name .
Can anyone tell me the table and field for this to pick ?

Each use will be assigned with "Person number" (field name PERSNUMBER) and that name against person number will be available in table ADRP. Also you need to filter out for Person group = BC01 (SAP User)

Unable to view Payslip

We are facing Pay slip issue on the production server with the some useru2019s.
When they click up on the Salary Statement Link they are getting pay slip I View but there payslip is not getting display
Its not showing any error or any dump u2026its not showing any thing just black..
We have check the data in the back end system the payroll is run for the employees and in the back end we are able to see the Payslip also.
Now I have replicate the same scenario in the Quality Server there things are working fine u2026..
I have check the ADS connection and other settings they are well set..
We have check authorisations or forms or data available all r well set .............its not coming for everyone ...........
For some employeee only ...............

The setting is 15 minutes per the Administration guide. As I said before, the timer itself cannot be changed only enabled or disabled via the settings selectesd. If you find this to be inaccurate, you need to first verify the NTP configuration and sync across the CWMS VM hosts to ensure you don't have time sync or slip issues. Secondly, compare that source to your reference when you are testing. If you find this to be behaving incorrectly AND there are no NTP issues then you should open a TAC case. I've done a couple of larger CWMS deployments and have not found there to be an issue with this particular item.

Mountain Lion is not so good...

Mind you I have 3 different macs - 2 MB Pro laptops and a desktop - all slightly different configs so this is not a hard drive/ram/whatever user error. Since upgrading to Mountain Lion I have noticed:
-Spinning beach ball all the time - in nearly EVERY app - at random times - just enough to be annoying - especially in MAIL and several typing apps.
-Safari is SLOW - way slower than it used to be - with lots of beach balls.
-Apps take longer than usual to open AND close - I mean CLOSE? What the **** is that all about? CLOSE the app! Bye! I have to force close apps half the time.
- Quicktime has this weird random slipping issue - where it randomly slips or skips. Not all the time - just some times. never did that before.
I like to give Apple the benefit of the doubt here - and I like to support new software updates but come on guys - fix this stuff already.
And yeah - on my main work station I have to boot up in the previous pussycat version 10.7 or whatever it is - where it seems to work without a hitch. I'm not that naive.
So far I see no benefits of pussycat 10.8 - really it is sort of a dud.

I think you read that wrong - I have 2 (two) MAC BOOK PRO laptops. They are decked with 4 GB of RAM in each. I have 10 GB RAM in my tower and an upgraded ATI 5770 video card in that one with several internal boot drives of various OS in case one fails. I have had intermittent issues with all of the computers when running Mountain Lion - and - the main problem is that they are non repeating beach ball issues and hard to nail down or predict. A lot of it seems centered around iTunes, Safari and Mail. It is not an internet connectivity issue - trust me - it's not. I did delete lots of unnecessary programs and shut off all extensions in safari on one laptop which cleared it up for a few days - then apps started taking forever to open/close again - so go figure. I'm pretty on top of it and have a capable understanding of the basics though I am not a programmer or code guy. Still getting the spinning beach ball every now and then. Nothing that is killing me - but it can be a PITA waiting for the logjam to free itself. I do still have to force quit apps at least a few times a day just to get them to shut off. I just recently noticed that they took away the ACTIVITY menu in Safari - which bums me out. I have been watchign the Activity Monitor as suggested - but when the computers go screwy - so does the AM. This is more of an annoyance than anything. On my main desktop I just have been using my Snow Leapard boot drive and it works like a charm and is overall faster than Mountain Lion. I am confident that Apple will release an update in teh coming weeks that speeds up whatever it is. If it was mission critical - I would consider reverting back - but it is not. Just annoying. There really is no major enhancement to my day or my workflow for using Mountain Lion. It seems they took away some cool stuff I did use and this is a prep OS for the new iphones. That is just my opinion based on MY experience owning macs and troubleshooting them since 1997. No need to get nasty kids. I appreciate all of the advice. I'm not a huge fan of this OS... so far.

At the time of paying cash to any employee (the purpose may be for travelling from one place to another business place or to meet any expenses like stationary, printing etc..) without knowing the purposeu2026. They are giving one slip to the employee and employee filling the details like --- amount received, his ID, date and time etcu2026
And accounts clerk put this u201Ccash slipu201D in the cash box and they are treating the same as cash issued. Here physical cash at hand at this point of time is
= opening balance u2013 (known expenses met + cash outflow according to slips issued above)
The amount issued based on u201CCash slipu201D is treated as suspense amount.

1. Scenario -1 Payroll is implemented
You need to assign a suspense account for cash journal in T Code FBCJCJ2. In this case the accounting entry that would be generated would be
Clearing Account Dr
To Cash in Hand
Then when you settle the claim through payroll assign the same clearing account, which would then be credited. The accounting entry that would be created would have the personnel number field also populated.
2. Scenario -2 Payroll is not implemented
Create all employees as vendors in the system and process the Transaction through cash Book

please can you help in the creation of manual creation of transport request for the customizing activity "Define Number Assignment for Goods Receipt/Issue Slips": settings for assigning goods receipt/issue slip numbers upon goods movements (MM) or deliveries (LE-SHP)?
Customizing for this functionality is composed by the following points:
1. functionality activation at plant level
2. number range group/interval code assignment
3. Groups and intervals creation
4. Plant / Storage Location / Movement type combination assignment to number range group.
Customizing request is automatically created for points 1, 2, 4, but NOT for point 3 where you have to create Groups, Intervas and assing each others.
You receive a message from SAP that you have to insert the relevant object manually into transport request.
Please can you tell me exactly what I have to put into transport request as object:
- Program ID (I think R3TR)
- Object Type
- Object name
and any other relevant information with all the details.

You need to create the transport request by selecting the required number & clicking on the trnsaport icon, then a prompt for transport request will be displayed, there you can create the request & move it to production.

No print of goods issue slip for one user

Hello gurus,
normally, when any of our users posts a goods issue (e.g. for a cost center), a goods issue slip is printed automatically.
Now we have a new user and no such document is printed for him. When someone else logs in from his workplace, everything works fine.
I do not get it. Print control in that area is not user-specific, or is it?

it was no authorization problem either.
In IMG -> Materials Management -> Inventory Management and Physical inventory -> Output Determination -> Printer Determination -> Printer Determination by Output Type/User there was no condition record for the user and that particular output type.

Picking List / Material issue slip

Kindly let me know the process of printing a Picking list / Issue Slip for a material issue from a DBM Service order.

There are no standard actions delivered to print any picking lists along with DBM 6.0.
An event call be built in (to print the list) which could be linked to Confirm event as a subsequent event. So, as soon as the order if confirmed, the new event can print the list for you.
