GI not show in Document Flow

Hi Expert,
When display a Service order in IW33, normally can view GI at the document flow
But my user facing problem where Document flow shows Operation, Confirmation, Sales order, Billing except GI
This happen for a new Order Type that just implemented.

In case of service order . There will not be any delivery doc . Billing will happen on the basis of Service order. So there is no chnace of PGI.
See during normal sales process While maintaining copy control between the doc says from sales order -> delivery -> Invoice . Please check the check box saying update document flow . This will keep track of all preceeding doc created .
If in ur case deliery doc is there ( Which is not generally there in service cases) please check the check box Update doc flow (In copy control between the delivery and invoice ) Because PGI generate a Material doc No. and hence if u check this box it will keep track of this doc as well.

I need a help from you. When I selecting document flow for a particular Sales Order then sales order number and invoice numbers not showing complete number. Example, my Sales Order number is 0000006690 but in document flow it is showing 000000669.
How can I resolve this problem?

Dear Experts,
No, I didn't modify anything and not even worked in user exit. For some document type it is showing total 10 digit numbers and only two order type it is showing less.
Any idea why this is happening?

GL Line item not show reverse document

Hi Guru !
I have problem about GL account that assign account management to be line item so when post entry and reverse entry by use this GL account ,when I see report on t.code FBL3N-GL line item ,they did not show indicator of reverse entry so it difficult to check so I would like this report to reverse indicator or there are some report that can show it . thank you very much.

Check the Layout of FBL3N Report
1. Change Layout Ctrl+F8)
2. Add the Reversal Indicator field
3. Save the Lay out settings
Check the Reversal Indicator. If any Key is there It means Reversal document.

Revenue Document Not visible in Document Flow of Billing Document

Hi Friends,
I am facing the below issue Only in Quality System.
From with in the Billing Document when click on "Accounting Overview Button" (i.e. Shift + F4 Key), list of Accounting Documents are Displayed.
In Development:
I am able to see 4 Documents when I click on the "Accounting Overview Buttion" :- Accounting Document, Profit Center Document, Controlling Document and Profitability Analysis document.
In Quality:
I am only able to see only 2 Documents when I click on "Accounting Overview Button": Accounting Document and Profit Center document.
In Quality System, when I checked KE24, I could see that Profitability Analysis Document has been created but the same is not visible in the Document Flow.
I did not check the Controlling Document, because I was not aware how to related it to the Sales Doc or Billing Doc.
I have also checked the following OSS notes: 877921, 453772 and 545505. Correction suggested in this OSS note are already implemented.

based on the sample coding I think that some more data needs to be passed in parameter lt_files. I would recommend you to see the BAPI description in transaction BAPI for the DOCUMENT_CREATE2 BAPI and made sure that the necessary data for
BAPI table DOCUMENTFILES are also handed over correctly.

TOC is not showing in document

The TOC is not showing up in the Document Inspector. I have no way of actually creating one. Help.

A TOC is made up of paragraph styles that you specify in Inspector > Document > TOC
This screen shot shows Heading 1 as a TOC Style. Heading 2 is greyed out because there are no paragraphs with that style in the document.
View > Show Styles Drawer to apply a style to a paragraph.
The TOC searches downwards. Click at the top of the document then Insert > Table Of Contents. It is highlighted in blue because it is selected. You can add more chapters later. Click on the TOC to update it.

Mr11 not showing Purchasing Document

I have a scenario where the purchasing document is not being shown in MR11. The GL view that is FAGLL03 shows this particular document but this is not revealed while mataining GR/IR account in MR11. This document is also shown after running MB5S that is list of GR/IR balances. Can anyone let me know the reasons of this not being shown in MR11.

Image not showing on task flows in ADF Library

I have a application which uses carousel showing images from blob column. I am using imageservet to show images in carousel component.
I deployed this app as ADF Library jar and reference that task flow in other application as region.
All components are working fine except the images on carousel.
Any ideas ?

Hi,
Goto VTLA, and check the UPDATE DOCUMENT FLOW in the copy control
If it is already set , then directly from sales order you can find the Proforma invoice .
Goto the sales order in VA02 and enter into the overscreen and from there check the document flow ( F5), now you can see the Proforma invoices.

Does not show anything in Flow tab in Interface

I am new in ODI and doing File to File data transformation. I have done this successfully.
But here I used Global Context.
Instead of Global Context of I used my own Context that I have created in the Overview tab of interface the source , staging and target is not separated in the flow tab.
in overview tab of Interface if I select Optimization Context : my_Own_Context instead of global context and selected SYNOPSIS_MEMORY_ENGINE , in flow tab I got following message and Source, staging,target does not exist here:

Grag objects from the navigator here to model them. Alternatively, use the component paletter to create new objects.
Could you tell me why I getting this problem & how to resolve it.

Hi,
optimization context is used by ODI only to determine if staging source and target are the same or not. If you want to execute in another context you don't need to change opt context, but execute-> select context.
By the way you should have similar architecture between your context. Map your logical schema in your new context, close your interface and re-open it

Crystal report paramater not showing all document number in parameter

Hi,
Customer is using Crystal report 2008 add on. The DO is having Doc Number in crystal report parameter. Eg DO in system had reached #1000 but it crystal report parameter user can only view DO up to 800. Is there any limitation in Crystal parameter if the records are many? How to resolve?

DO=Delivery Order in Sales A/R module.
Customer is using Crystal report to print Delivery Order. DO DocNum is parameter in Crystal report for user to select which DO to print out but the selection list did not show all DO No.
I saw similar question in forum. I had added "MaxRowsetRecords" ='99999999' into registry but the parameter still doesn't show all the DONo.
I am using Type=REG_DWORD, value data=99999999 in registry and in crystal report the DocNum parameter is having "Dynamic" type.
Don't know whether the setting is correct. Sorry I am not a Tech guy.

Preview not showing pdf document.

Preview 8.0 has stopped showing some of my pdf documents when opened. the documents show up as thumbnails but not on the main document space which is blank. it will temporarily show but then goes blank in a second. i recently upgraded to Yosemite 10.10 on my iMac.
Used the Preview 7.0 on my MacBook Pro OS X 9.9 on the same documents and have no problems.
does anyone know how to fix this.

Do a backup.
Quit Preview.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Remove the following.
Containers/com.apple.Preview
Preferences/com.apple.Preview.LSSharedFileList.plist
Preferences/com.apple.Preview.SandboxedPersistentURLs.LSSharedFileList.plist
Saved Application State/com.apple.Preview.savedState

SXMB_MONI is not showing any messages flow

Hi,
I am sending a request through SOAP adapter to SAP system. My scenario is executing fine. One strange thing I have seen is, in RWB, Message Monitoring I can see my outbound message and inbound message but in component monitoring I cannot see my SOAP adapter and RFC adapter are active.
Note: one more thing is I can not see anything in SXMB_MONI; no message flow is showing
Can any one tell me whats happening?

Finder does not show new documents or images

Hi,
I have a new macbook pro (10.5.6) and installed the official Office 2008 for Mac on it. For weeks now I have the same problem that when I create new documents (word and jpg) and save them in the chosen folders in 'documents', they don't show up when I check the same folder in the finder window. While they are there for they show up when attaching them to my mail.
Then, as soon as the documents are a couple of days old, they do show up in the finder window. Does anybody have this problem or/and know how to resolve this?

Just a couple of thoughts:
1) Run Disc Utility and Repair Permissions on the hard drive
2) Grab a copy of MainMenu (Free) and once installed select 'Other Tasks' then 'Remove .DS_store files' then Reboot.

Uploaded document via windows application does not show in document library, but as checked out Document

A windows application uploads document to a document library programatically. Although they get added to the document library but are not shown there. Only when I go to the "Managed file that have no checked in verison" I see all the documents.
This happens even though I have set "No Versioning" in the library settings. This is probably happening because I have added a few custom columns to the library.
How can I avoid this situation and get to upload document which can directly be seen on the document library rather than first taking control of the doc and then checking it in?

When uploading files without filling in some required columns, the files would appear in “Checked Out Files” page.
To avoid this situation, you can modify that windows application to force users fill in the required columns or just define default values for those columns.
