Giant keynote presentation - download from ipad

Hello to all

The best thing to try is to connect your iPad to your computer using the provided USB cable.
Once this is done, open iTunes on your computer and check if you see your iPad appear as a small icon in the upper left corner.
if so, click on it and proceed to click on the "apps" tab on the left where it shows you the content on the iPad.
Among the list of all the apps installed on your iPad should be Keynote. Once you click on it you should be able to view your Keynote files. You also have a [save to] button that enables you to get your file copied to your computer.
There is another option that only works if you have iCloud enabled on your iPad. On your computer, go to this website: https://www.icloud.com/#keynote
If you're using iCloud to sync your files and data, your giant keynote files should be here as well. There is a gear-icon in the top of the page that enables you to download the Keynote as a file to your computer.

Can't upload my '08 keynote presentations to my iPad 2 '09.

I have multiple talks that I've made using my MacBook 2006 running snow leopards and keynote '08. I would like to have my presentations on my iPad 2 for several reasons - it's easier to carry around my iPad 2 and the talks are more accessible on the iPad; they open more quickly.
I've connected my iPad to my MacBook and added the talks under apps successfully, but when I go to the iPad Keynote app to copy the presentation from iTunes, it starts to download, but then I get a message stating that only presentations saved in iWork '09 can be imported. Now here's the rub. I decide to update keynote '08 on my MacBook to '09 by going to the App Store, but when I try to purchase the new app, I get a message stating that keynote '09 is only compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 aka lion. Ok. I go to download lion, which I learn has been updated to mountain lion (I know I'm a little behind, but I really use my iPad 2 more now), so I go to download mountain lion, but I get a message that it's not compatible with my MacBook. It's compatible with MacBooks made post 2007. So, I've actually been contemplating buying a new MacBook, but as mentioned, I really want to use my iPad more. The main reason to buy a new MacBook would be to be able to use keynote '09 so I can save my keynote '08 talks in keynote '09 so I can get it onto my iPad 2, which would then negate the need for a MacBook. WHAT SHOULD I DO!

Buying a MacBook purely to convert some files does not appear to be an economic investment.
There are many friends and colleagues would convert the Keynote files for me, my local Apple dealer would also do this fro free.
Ask around and see if the files can be converted, then import to iPad and save on the MacBook purchase.

Problems putting a keynote presentation on 30 ipads for sales team

I need to put the Keynote App along with a keynote presentation on 30 separate iPads from sales people around the country. They are all synced to their personal accounts. When I sync to my computer, their apps get deleted, and then when they re-sync to their computer, Keynote and the presentation is deleted. Is there a workaround?
Also, most don't have email set up on their ipads, so I have to install the keynote presentation through the iTunes App window. All are PC people too.
Ugh! Got to be a way?

Why didn't you do it properly from the start and have them pay for the Keynote app via their own iTunes account (which you could have reimbursed them for) and then just email them the presentation/place it on a website for them to download so they could sync it to their iPads via iTunes?

Keynote presentation stuck on iPad

I used to have a lot of keynote presentations on my iCloud account. I have since deleted them all, but there is still one that shows on my iPad as if it's still updating. I cannot select it to delete it or to anything with it. I have even deleted the keynote app from my iPad and reinstalled it, but the file keeps coming back. It doesn't show up on my iPhone or on iCloud.com. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I see that this is a very old questions, but I just saw it this morning while looking for a solution to my own problem. After logging on to iCloud.com, I was able to delete the two presentations that seemed to be stuck on my iPhone.

If it will all fit in memory read the file as you are doing now appending everything into a StringBuilder. Then use the reverse() method of that class to obtain your output.

Deleting TV downloads from iPad 2

When I delete TV programmes downloaded from iTunes from my iPad2, it still displays the cloud symbol. The programme still plays, is marked in iTunes as downloaded, and is blocking my storage. How can I delete them properly? There is no black delete cross...

Thanks for that but it's not my purchase history. It displays in the Videos section of the iPad. Some delete properly when I press the black cross and will not play again until I download them again. The ones I'm talking about have had their delete crosses pressed, but the picture remains, the programmes still plays, it is still registering as 'downloaded' on iTunes, and the picture of the programme displays a white cloud symbol. Any suggestions?

Numbers app downloaded from iPad doesn't show in apps when syncing with Macbook Pro

I purchased an iPad mini today and updated to version 8.0 so I could download the Numbers and Pages App. When I plugged into my Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.5 to sync it shows all the apps I have from my iPhone, but the Numbers and Pages app weren't there. I had to download again from iTunes. It then shows to be on my iPhone where I don't want it. Am I doing something wrong? Can I eliminate from just my iPhone? I don't want to keep data in the cloud.

Cancel that, I've just seen the iphone icon on the itunes tool bar. all done.

Only 1 song downloaded from ipad to iphone

I downloaded 5 songs from itunes using ipad.Only 1 of the songs automatically downloaded to iphone.Can I transfer the rest to iphone without connecting to pc and itunes?If so,how do do it?I am new to iphone and ipad.Also,can I transfer photos from on device to the other without using itunes?

For photos, make sure you enable PhotoStream on both iPad and iPhone.

Is it possible to advance a Keynote presentation (running on iPad) using a bluetooth keyboard?

Hello, I figure I must be doing something wrong, as this is such an obvious feature.
I have a bluetooth keyboard controlling my iPad. I have Keynote on that iPad. Is it possible to hit RIGHT on the keyboard causing my presentation to advance one slide?
This is driving me nuts.
Failing this, is it possible to use Keynote remote on iPhone to control an iPad presentation?
I've convinced my bosses to use & buy keynote/ipads and now I'm panicing.

I recently downloaded Mavericks for my iMac, and opened up Ibooks. It syncs only the books I purchased on my iPad, but not the PDFS I downloaded on my Ipad. It shows the collections, but they are empty. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem and apple needs to fix this - but in the mean time you can manually select the vertical photos then "import - import selected" and you can get your verticals. We need a better fix. THIS IS A BUG!

Log into your iTunes account on the Mac. Do a sync with the iPad. You should get a dialog to transfer purchased content to the Mac.
