Gift card for new school day

Hello Apple staff,
I bought a iPad mini retina display with a $50 gift card for new school day. I received the e-mail saying that the gift card has been sent. However, I have not really received any gift card code to redeem yet. So I'm here to ask help about the issue, please?

This is a user to user tech support forum. Apple is not here. Apple does not answer questions here. You need to call the store directly to get answers to your questions about a purchase that you have made in a store.

(for 1st time purchase) I know the questions are not what I chose because I wrote the questions & answers down when setting up the ipod. Any ideas??!!!

If all else fails:
1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
3. Then choose iTunes Store;
4. Then choose Account Management;

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

Can i use my "back to school" gift card for both itunes and app store?

I received the $100 "back to school 2011" gift card from apple when i purchased my mac book pro recently, i was wondering if i redeem this gift card within itunes would i still be able to use it to buy apps for my computer in the App Store? Will the gift card balance be put into my account for use on both stores, or will it only apply to itunes OR app store?

Setting up two iPod Touches on one account with gift cards for app and in-app purchases

I have multiple devices on one account - 2 iPod classics, one iPhone 3G and two recently acquired iPod Touches for my 8 year old boys. They want to make in-app purchases (for Dragonville). They each have their own gamecenter ID. I want to set up each of them with gift cards for their purchases. Is this possible?
If not, what is the recommended approach to manage all devices in one place while allowing individual devices to have a seperate payment mechanism?

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

Use the new ID on her iPod but only for:
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>GameCenter
and Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Continue to use the same/common Apple ID for Settings>iTunes and App stores so you can share purchases.
To make sure you only sync the media yoo want, configure iTunes syncing so that only checked media is synced to the idevices.

I got two iTune gift cards for a gift, but when i try to redeem them, they say that an error has occurred. i havent used them before. what should i do ?

I've recived two iTunes gift cards for the holidays from a family friend in the mail.
When i got the cards i scratched it off, to get my pin number. When i put my pin number into my phone / laptop.. both of the cards said that there was an error with the card.. which i dont understand since they were new. I dont know how much money was on it all i recied were the 2 cards.

DId not receive Gift Card for a cancelled order

Hello,
A month ago I placed an order for in-store pickup at store 536 in Manchester, NH. The store had an issue with the order and sold the item instead of holding it for me to pickup. I called the CS line and after explaining my frustration the order was cancelled and refunded and the customer service representative agreed to send a $5 gift card for the trouble, even providing me with a confirmation number. He said the gift card would arrive in 8-10 business days. It has been a month now and the gift card has not been received. I would like this issue to be resolved. I have the confirmation number as well as the order number it is related to and would be happy to provide this info to a Mod.

I was just denied the LG G4 gift card for my purchases.

Hello, I had just purchased two LG G4's.
I just called the 1888BESTBUY line and was told, when I asked when my 2 $100 gift card would arrive, that I do not qualify for it. I tried to explain the many posts here already about it, that I do qualify for purchsing an unactivated device, and was told there is nothing she can possibly do to help me get the card, and said I needed to post here if it is working for others.
Really? Well, can someone help me what the terms and conditions say I should get?

i would like to know if i can use the gift card receipt by e-mail also in a retail shop.

The standard policy is 14 days return no questions asked.
The Original Poster got someone on the phone who knew how to "play" the system to get around that and squirt out a gift card "for customer satisfaction". The person you talked to was less familiar with how to play the system, so simply restated the standard company policy.
If you really did buy it 14 days ago today, take it all back to the store and politely insist that you get the gift card you feel are entitled to. Exactly how they process that transaction, and whether you leave with the same computer you brought in, is their problem.

After you restored it to factory settings, did you restore as new or from a backup? If it was from a backup, I'd try restoring as new to see if, without any of your previous data, the issue persists:
