I gifted it twice they are not getting an email
Your cousin needs to check for the email in any junk/spam filters that may be catching the email from Apple. You both must also both be in the same country using the iTunes App Store for that country.

Gift Apps not being e-mailed after purchase
Anybody else having trouble with Gift e-mails being sent?
This is the second time I have sent a gift to someone and had the recipt delayed, or never show up. In this case, I purchased an app as a gift on the 7th of July and the e-mail was never sent to the recipient, or at least they never received it. The e-mail address has been confirmed known good and working. I re-sent the gift twice today (7/12), and neither e-mail showed upfor the recipient again.
What's going on here? Is anyone else having this problem?
The e-mail address is a GMAIL account, could that have something to do with it?
Or is gifting Apps and movies, etc. generally flawed? I've only just started sending iTunes gifts, so I don't know how reliable it is. But I must say, so far I'm not impressed.When I send them they arrive in seconds.
Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -
Iphone mail app not receiving e-mail from 1 sender
The Mail app on my iPhone 6/iOS 8.3 is not receiving e-mail from one sender sent to my Outlook e-mail account. This sender's e-mail address is "[email protected]". It is a notification of digital magazines available from Zinio. I know the mail app is not receiving the e-mail because Outlook 2013 on my desktop and Outlook.com do receive these e-mails. How can I get the mail app on my iPhone to receive these e-mails from this address?
Initially it sounds like something with your backup data caused the issue with your new device but if you restored your device again without using the backup and the issue still exists it wouldn't appear to be the issue at all. Since the problem seems to only be with one person are you sure it's not an issue on their end and with their network that is stopping you from receiving the messages? Have you tried *228 option 2 to see if that helps?

Kindly look into the matter and obligeBhai for all that I know your problem may have been an internet connection time out. I'm nit sure what a perfect solution would be but you should try checking once if the app is still available on the app store. If it's there then try downloading the trial version of the app, and then put the license code when they ask ask for the upgrade.

$ 100 Gift Card - Not Received - Frustrating !
I upgraded one of my phone - using the TRADEIN Promotion....BASIC to SMARTPHONE.
I had to call three times and finally speak to supervisor.....to get the textcode.
After submitting the textcode I received a brown envelope - I did everything mentioned and personally delivered the basic phone to the Post Office.
Called verizon to verify receipt - they kept telling me they dont have the phone.
Finally they said that they would give me the $100 gift card in the mail - this happened on Nov 15th 2011
Nov 28th 2011 - No gift card received - Called back again - was told to wait three weeks - till Dec 7th 2011.
Called back again on Dec 7th - was told - the delay could be because of Thanksgiving Weekend - wait 5 more days
Today Dec 13th 2011 - No sign of Gift Card.
I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years....
Verizon should keep its promise - the way they want their patrons to fulfill the contract.

I bought an itunes gift card for me thru my iphone but I have not received my redeem number
no worries, I found the certification number in my own account. Still really strange that the email was not immedicately sent to the designated recipient. I might just have to purchase iTunes cards through retail stores.

i Sent a iTunes voucher to a friend of mine for his birthday, as of yet he has not received it (over 1 week ago). I looked at some forums and found that there is a way to resend the gift card, why would i need to do this? Logic would indicate that the gift card be sent and received immediately after purchase.
Your friend has checked the spam folder on his account as well as his inbox ? There may have been a problem with Apple's or his email providers servers when you sent it and it may not have arrived, or your friend may have accidentally deleted it - you could try resending it and double-check that you are sending to the correct email address.

I have the notificatiosns set to "Banners and badges" yet, no new notifications come up. I've already restarted my itouch & got one notification from another app.. but nothing for Textnow.

Facebook App - Not receiving notifications
Since yesterday, the facebook app on my phone(8530 curve) worked fine. I would always recieve notifcations when friends woul message me, comment on status', pictrues, etc. but yesterday for some reason, my facebook started to get buggy. It would tell me that it wasn't able to fufill my request and would display an error code at the end of that message. After 100 times of trying to log in, eventually it would let me, but then it would sign me out right away.
I was told to take out my battery & put it back in, and that worked. However, today I am not recieving notifcations. Half way through the day, I got a message that appeared on facebook when I logged in & it said something about my push notifications not being on and I would recieve a message telling me when they were working? I have no idea what that means and I have no idea how to turn push notifications on?
I checked my settings on my computer for facebook, and everything is fine. I receive facebook notifcation e-mail on my hotmail(no spam) but the notifications just won't appear on my phone.
How can I fix this? I have tried reinstalling facebook already.Hello stephyamanda,

I sent a app to a friend on my iPad and she never got it
Ask the person to check their Spam folder. I gifted apps and for some reason all redemption emails ended up in the recipients Spam folders.
Surely not a plot to encourage "re-gifting" of the same app multiple times?!! Heaven forbid! -

12 days of gift app not installing on my iPad.
I can't install the 12 days of gift app. It shows a black screen when I click the app link.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

I ordered a macbook air 13" via the education store, which meant I was meant to receive a £70 voucher for the app/itunes store with it. However, it did not arrive with my order and I was wondering whether I have missed something, or what should I do now?
