Gifted app problems

Hi,
I was gifted an app recently and tried to install it, however the Internet where I staying was poor and I had no 3G service, so the app failed to download.
I got home and tried to install it again but now my redeem code has been used and the app store is saying I need to pay for the app.
Can anyone help me get my gifted app back please?

It seems like the application redeemed itself while you tried to install it over your 3G network.When you tried to re-install it,the gifted app has already redeemed itself as I said earlier.Check and see if the application isn't still trying to download and if the problem presists,then you call apple for help regarding this issue.Also,see if you can get the application for free via iTunes since the app was gifted to you.

Gifted App Problem?

I was recently gifted a $4.99 app. It was specifically meant for iPad, but I didn't know that. I redeemed it through my iPhone, and when it tried downloading, there was an error (due to it being meant for an iPad). I clicked retry multiple times and it didn't work, so I hit 'cancel' and went over to my iPad. I opened up the email where I redeemed the app and it read that it was for iPad, so I figured that's why it didn't work. I tried to redeem it again, but it wouldn't let me. I looked through my purchased applications on both my iPhone and iPad, but it wasn't there. Is there any way to get this app back?

Gifted App problem - Recipient cant redeem

I gifted an app the other day. I used the wrong email address so obviously the recipent did not get it. I went into itunes>account>purchase history>i can see the purchase and am able to "resend" the app. I fill in the correct email address and they still have not recieved it. The app store sias that once purchased the recipient should recieve the app immediatly.

Contact iTunes - there should be some info on how to do that in your email.

Problem Gifting Apps and Music

I have around $50 in credit on my account from an itunes gift card I just redeemed. I was planning on gifting some apps and music to someone but it asks for a credit card. How can I use the credit on my account to gift apps?

Ok. I wouldn't have redeemed it if I knew that. I'm not sure why Apple doesn't allow it?

Can i refund a gift app

I recommend contacting iTunes Store Customer Support via http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/gotoiTunesSupport They might be able to arrange a refund for you, though I can't say for sure.
When you contact them you should provide the order number and title of your purchase. Order numbers start with the letter "M" or "W" and you can find them on your email receipts and in your Purchase History.

Can't gift apps in itunes store

Hello
recently I've experienced a problem with gifting an app to my friends , a message came that indicates that my payment method was declined, before there was no problem , now i can't!!!
although i cold buy for my self with no problem but i can't gift to any one any more
is there a limit for gifting apps? ?

This also happens with TV shows and music. I have money in my itunes account from a gift card, so it shouldn't need ANY credit card or paypal info from me to pay for the show I want to gift. But I have tried every credit card I have, AND my paypal acct (which has enough money to pay for the show) and nothing is working. Look at the money Apple is losing; but my main concern is why none of us seem to be able to get this to work.

Hey everyone,
I have a problem with a gift app I sent.
I am a member of the UK store and I sent a gift app to my girlfriend which is a member of the Italian store. I sent her an app that is available in both stores but she can't seem to downlload it because she isn't a member of the same store.
What can I do?

Gift Apps not being e-mailed after purchase

Anybody else having trouble with Gift e-mails being sent?
This is the second time I have sent a gift to someone and had the recipt delayed, or never show up. In this case, I purchased an app as a gift on the 7th of July and the e-mail was never sent to the recipient, or at least they never received it. The e-mail address has been confirmed known good and working. I re-sent the gift twice today (7/12), and neither e-mail showed upfor the recipient again.
What's going on here? Is anyone else having this problem?
The e-mail address is a GMAIL account, could that have something to do with it?
Or is gifting Apps and movies, etc. generally flawed? I've only just started sending iTunes gifts, so I don't know how reliable it is. But I must say, so far I'm not impressed.

When I send them they arrive in seconds.
Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Office Web Apps Server 2013 - Word Web App - Problem with Tab space

Hello We have Office Web Apps Server 2013 running with SharePoint 2013. Users Editing a Word document with Office Web Apps, can't use "Tabs", any Word document with Tabs; the tabs are replaced with a single space.
Has anyone noticed this? Is this a bug?

If you had money in your account when you purchased a paid app and Apple didn't claim on the payment to your bank until after the download it maybe that there was insufficient balancce in your account to complete the purchase and therefore you'll need to wait until you have the funds to make the payment, when you have billing issues it won't even let you download free apps.
If that isn't the case then give iTunes store a call or email them and they can tell you exactly what is wrong with the account

Currently the Mac App Store does not offer the ability to gift and app.
You can send someone who lives in the same country as you do and uses that country's Mac App Store an iTunes Gift Card* or an iTunes Electronic Gift Certificate* to cover the cost of the app you wish to give to them.
*If available in that country.

Is there a reason why i cannot use my iTunes account funds to pay for gifted apps and Apple Store items?

You can use your iTunes Store balance to purchase from the Mac App Store, but not from the Apple Online Store.
