I'm trying to downgrade my storage on my ipod but when I chose my new storage i'm not able to complete the choice because the 'done' button doesn't do anything. can someone please give me some advice?
Are you choosing a different plan before tapping Done?
To downgrade, you should be doing the following:
Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
Tap Change Storage Plan.
Tap Downgrade Options and enter your Apple ID password.
Choose a different plan to use when your current storage plan expires.
Tap Done. -

I have done a complete uninstall and re install of iTunes and all related apple programs from my laptop through control panel, add remove programs and also by going through program files and deleting all tracers of any left over folders remove programs may have missed.

Tried to reinstall my CS6 master collection onto my iMac. It will not install - In Design, Fireworks, Premiere Pro, Encore, After Effects, Flash Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator & Prelude. Could you give me some advice. I noticed problems when I was doing some 3D work and the computer kept crashing and thought I would just reinstall my software.
uninstall (using the uninstallers), clean Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then reinstall.

Please restore e-mail or at least give us some real information. Tech support is almost smug in their response for additional information. The iCloud status page has said the same thing since yesterday. A real dis-service. My business depends on this! Any one have any suggestions not being offerd by tech support or Apple? Lately I've been importing photos from my iPhone to iPhoto and when I attempt to edit them they seem to disappear. Some reappper as a photo stream pic (some as the edited version and some not). But they no longer appear as a recent import. Lots more happens and I'm wondering if it's because I have a 5-year old Mac book or iPhoto is having issues. I'm not happy with disappearing photos especially after I've deleted them from my iphone after importing them to my macbook.

- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.

Web services are emerging as a new approach to system construction and will make a major impact on the engineering of future business systems. They will allow a move from enterprise to inter-enterprise computing. However, with inter-enterprise computing, there are major problems with providing access to shared data, given that enterprises will not wish to share all data with partners.
This project aims to investigate this problem by developing a prototype of an access control service that will help decide whether or not data access should be permitted. In essence, companies will outsource their access control to this service and so will not need to maintain their own access control lists for a potentially rapidly changing set of users.
Suggested Platform: Windows or Linux
Suggested Languages & Tools: JavaWell, the approach I've come accross is a central server which is typically accessed indirectly from the web servers (e.g. through SOAP protocol or RMI).
The remote server sends a user id and a password (or more likely a digest of the password), and receives a session token, basically just a random string of characters which is checked with the central server each time a secure transaction is attempted. The token will be stored in a session object, or perhaps directly in a cookie or in the URLs.
Active session tokens are stored on the central server for comparison. This means the password doesn't have to be retained in the server.
It's possible for the session token to be transfered if the user switches from one site to another on the same authentication server.
Sun distributes one of these beasties, by the way, so you could take a look at their product specs. -

Still some 'Not Assigned' in query result
Hi,
In fact, I've built a query on a multiprovider ( 1 Cube + 1 ODS )
The ODS and the Cube are joined by the material (0material).
The Cube and the ODS are well filled. Queries on each Infoprovider correctly display the results.
When I launch my query on the Multiprovider, it seems the "joined" between the 2 infoproviders doesn't work as
I've still some '#' / 'Not Assigned' value in the query result, and it should give me a result.
In fact the data from the ODS aren't retrieved, they are replaced by '#'. And I don't why ?
Please help.

I made a mistake in my explanation.
But the problem is that the characteristics from the ODS aren't displayed though the characteristic from the cube are correctly displayed.
eg.
In the ODS I've :
