Giving authorization to my pc and still appearing saying I don't have
I wanted to have some apps in my itouch, so My father bought me a gift card in USA, and then he gave it to me in Panama. I created my account and I started to buy some apps. When I connected my itouch to itunes it appears that this computer had no authorization to take my apps to the itouch, so I went to Store>Give Authorization to this computer, and wrote my apple ID and my Password. But when I clicked on Give Authorization it appeared again that this computer had no authorization. I went to Mac Store to see if they could fix my problem, and they said that my itunes was not working well, and I have to uninstall itunes and install it again and I had the option to download the apps directly from the itouch. I did both. When I download the apps directly from the itouch and uninstalled and installed itunes, it worked perfectly, but when I connected to Itunes, A window appeared telling me that my computer no longer had authorization to use the applications installed on the ipod touch and asked if I wanted to give authorization to the computer. I clicked the option "Authorize" but still said that it was not authorized and that they would remove my applications. Please help me.

HT1657 Rented a movie from ITunes, and it's saying I don't have enough storage
I just recently got an iPad (4th generation) and I've recently rented two movies off of iTunes, and they loaded and worked perfectly fine. Ever since then I haven't downloaded any new apps, or made any changes to my iPad. Just tonight, I rented ONE movie, and it won't let me download it now cause I apparently don't have enough storage?? Like I said earlier, I rented TWO movies and was able to watch them, and haven't downloaded or made any chances to my iPad to make the usage of it change.
How much free space do you currently have on your iPad : Settings > General > About > Available ?
And how big is the film - it should be on it's description page in the store. Some films are over 5 gig.
And do the previous rentals show in Settings > General > Usage > Videos - if they do then try deleting them from there. -
Installed Lion and now Ical says I don't have permission to use it
Installed Lion and now my Ical says I dont have permission to use it so it automatically closes. I have made myself the owner in the get info folder and it still doesnt work. Any body got any ideas.

Bob.Have you tried to restart the system? Sometimes this is caused by a running application blocking the access.
If that does not help, look for a lock file in the iPhoto library package as described here by Terence Devlin:

some additional info about the clean install, I did not Migrate any data over from a Time Machine, I started fresh. Perhaps this could be my issue. Do I need to Migrate over the User account in order to have access to my old data?

I Updated itunes and it wiped out all of my music and apps. I had over 4500 songs and had to reload. Some from backup, some from cd's. Now when I try to sync my IPods and IPad, it says I don't have enough space to sync. I know I do because I have less now than when I would sync before all of the nice update.
LIl WDepending on how you recovered the library iTunes may see the restored files as "new" content and not match them properly with what is already on the device. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash for the way I would normally approach the issue. You may need to manually backup and then restore the device in order to fix things.

I can't backup my iPhone 5. It says I don't have enough storage. So I've deleted like 6-7 apps and its still says I don't have enough storage. And it also says the same thing when I want to buy new apps or music. Also my messages won't send; I have to turn my phone off and resend then just to they can send. Your phone needs more storage, buying storage on iCloud.com doesn't change that.

I was moving bookmarks in safari and 2 complete folders have emptied their contents. The folders are still there. I don't have a working time machine and icloud has caused the relevant folders to disappear from all my machines, iPhone, iPad and iMac as well as thge MacBook Air I was working on. HELP!!!

So, you moved some Bookmarks and now 2 folders are completely empty.
I think that they dropped in a other folder during dragging the Bookmarks.
Did you check ALL of you Bookmark folder if they are there?
If you didn't delete the they have to be still there.

I was trying to download the new Black Ops (Strike Team) app and when I try to download it, it says I don't have enough storage space. I made sure I had 1.31 GB of space (like it requires) but it still says I don't have enough space. I even tried to delete more 2.5 GB (I have the iPhone 4S) and the app specifically says that is is compatable with iPhone 4S. I even tried rebooting the phone a couple times before downloading, but it still says the same thing.
The app you are trying to download my be a zipped file and more space than 1.3GB. go to settings/general/usage and delete what you no longer want to make more space
