GL account cleared but appears as open in FBL3N

Hello all,
I ran the FX reval for an Open Item managed GL account and then ran the Auto clear program for it. When I check the GL line item report, the clearing document has been created and the balance is infact 0 however, it is appearing as open items.
I checked the OB74 setting, the GL account has been set up as OI managed. The weird part is that there is a clearing document created and when I checked the header, it was created via the autoclear program SAPF124. The ony thng is that the clearing date has been posted as a future date (09.01.2011). Can anyone help me with this please?

What is the clearing date of the program SAPF124?
You might be activated Date from most recent documents, so the program will take the date from recent docuemnt.
In that way there is possiblity of your scenario.

This is standard behaviour...if line item which you are clearing have zero balance then system will not show any line items since open itemss are cleared....
when you have tolerance difference or the residual posting then only system will show the line item....

HT6065 I have unresolved issues with Mavericks mail. When receiving identical emails in different accounts if I open in one account it automatically appears as open in the other accounts.

I have 3 email accounts on my mac. Often more than one account will receive the same email. If I open the email on any one account it appears as opened on each account that received the identical email. This problem only began with the installation of Mavericks. I have contacted Apple phone support and removed each account and then added them again. The problem persists. I have talked with several other friends who have the same complaint. This is particularly annoying as these accounts have different users. Is there a fix? Thanks.

I downloaded Muse after logging into the CC account. But when I open the app and enter the password, it does not accept it :-(. I would assume SSO works!

I'm unable to access Muse. I downloaded the app via CC but my password is not accepted. Strange! I would assume signing into Creative Cloud would get me access to the apps as well!

Logging in with your Cloud account is supposed to give you access to your programs

Why does the background color in a saved pdf disappear when opened in Acrobat Pro 9.0 but appears when opened in Adobe Reader?

Items appearing open in FBL3N for Incoming bank account but cleared in FF67

Dear Experts:
My end user just showed me a strange case. Entries are being shown as posted and cleared in FF67 and FEBAN and but the same entries line item in FBL3N are standing open. The strange thing is system has generated their clearing documents in clearing document field. How this can be possible. Every thing is accurate but still entries are being shown opened in FBL3N for the GL. Please note we do not use F.13 for automatic clearing of Bank GLs .Please guide.

Just a thought... if this occurence isn't continually happening everytime, is it possible that the items in question were just "reset" in error causing them to currently show with an open status?

On Mac 10.6.8 running Firefox 11 one account works fine, while on the other FF appears to launch but will not open a window.

On an iMac using OS 10.6.8 and Firefox 11, one account runs FF just fine but another account on the same machine does not. FF appears to launch...the control bar appears at the top of the screen and a light comes on below the icon...but no window opens. Clicking on a link in an email brings same result.

OOOOPS! Standing in the shower this morning I realized what the problem was. A visiting nephew showed my wife & I a YouTube video and displayed it on the big screen TV by dragging the FF window to the TV while logged-in to my wife's account. When we finished watching the video we switched the TV input back to TV and never dragged the window back to the computer screen. Happy to report all is now working as it should.

Few customer invoices are appearing in open as well as cleared items.

when I am running FBL5N for a particular customer, few line items are coming as open as well as cleared items.
Please suggest how to overcome from this.

Once it cleared, then it will not appear in open item. This will happen only for partial payment even though we cleared. For that particular invoice, we done partially 2,3 times and cleared, in that payment doc any one doc containing future date. So that you should give the date which having future date in fbl5n.
For example: Invoice date 10.12.2011, payment done(posting date) 11.12.2011,12.12.2011,.....20.12.2011
But whenever checking in fbl5n, we always check with current date. Invoice is cleared. so that it will show cleared item, but according the current date its open only. So that it will show open item also. If you are changing into final date with reference of payment doc, then it will not appear in open item

Adding media directly to the media folder does not make it appear in the library. iTunes doesn't really 'look' at that folder except to go to specific files when you call upon them from a library. You have to drag new content to each user's library, that is assuming each user has their own library.

Music purchased from the iTunes Store is automatically available in iCloud. This is "iTunes in the Cloud" and does not require an iCloud account. The music is stored in the iTunes Store, not in a personal iCloud account.
If you don't have any Apple devices you will not be able to create an account. It wouldn't be any value to you anyway as it syncs data on you computer with your Apple devices. If you don't have any, there is nothing to sync.

You are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC by signing with your Apple ID. You can only sign into an existing account on a PC. You first have to create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. FI-FM: Partial clearing on account assignment (tcode fmfg_aapay)-No open items found

We have activated business function PSM_USFED_PPAP3, then :
- Federal Government Functionality - activated ;
- settings in Financial Accounting (new)---> Basic Settings --> Ledgers --> Partial clearing on account assignment:
               - Activate partial clearing by acc.assignment:   Check
               - Maintain relevant ledger for Split view : no entries maintained (there is only one ledger "FM", which is the leading ledger, no special purpose ledgers)
               - Set supported document types: KR
               - Set payment block: B
Other settings:
     - FM activated, update profile 000101, document splitting (method 00...012), splitting characteristics: vobelnr, knbelnr, fipos, geber, gsber, fkber;
document type KR : business transaction 0300 (vendor invoice).
When we use tcode FMFG_AAPAY no open items are found (message FMFG_AAPAY009), even though there is a vendor invoice posted (tcode FB60, document type KR). The invoice is displayed in FBL1N as an open item and it is split according to the splitting characteristics (e.g. table fagl_splinfo is showing the split vendor items).
Can you, please, explain why there are no open items found in FMFG_AAPAY?

I am closing this issue since I got the solution apart from the mentioned above.
There is no need to change the Document Type since that will only change the Document type for e.g. from KZ to ZR, nothing will happen in the accounting entry.
Solution was there in the "Posting rule" which i defined for making Cheque Payment.
There are options of "Posting Type" - 1 which is for "Post to G/L Account" - In this case, system will Post the following entry Dr. Outgoing Bank Account & Cr. Main Bank Account without looking for any "Open Item".
Posting Type" - 4 is for "Clear Debit G/L Account", menans that if you are having "Open Items" and you want to clear those then only use this posting key.
While testing I had not posted any payment to vendor in Bank Outgoing Account hence no question of having "Open Items" in Bank Outgoing Account. And I had made the selection of "Posting Type" - 4, which require "Open Items" for direct clearing, hence was getting the subject error.
This is for everybodies information.

How to clear line items in accounts not managed on an open item basis

We are getting ready to archive FI accounting documents from years 1993-2002. We encountered a great deal of documents that did not archive during testing because the documents have open items. We were given bad advice in the beginning on how to set up accounts. Several accounts were not set up on an open item basis and these accounts will not get archived until the line items are cleared. We have set up new accounts to replace these accounts that are now being managed on an open item basis. Our FI users are unable to clear the documents using F-03. Does anyone have a way of clearing these type of documents (not managed on an open item basis)? Thank you in advance.

One of our users has proven that the line items on GL accounts not managed on an open item basis are not holding up the archiving. The reason for many documents not archiving is that the item posted to the vendor is still open.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are trying to log into with your Apple ID, or what exactly you are seeing (alert message, directions, etc) when you try to do so.
