GL Account in changable mode.

Dear ALL Expert,
I have one issue.
I am craetting one PO with Account Assignment K with 1 quantity.
Here, I am maintaining only material cost.
But after GRN, I come to know my GL- Account is wrong one. So I reverse the GRN & Now, My GL account field is in editable
mode so I can change the GL-Account.
Now, I creating another PO with same cost center K but Now I maintaining material with freight cost.
Again i want to change the GL Account so i reverse the GRN.
But system is allowing me to change the GL Account since it is in display mode.
So Kindly help me how to change the GL account.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

HI,
SAP Note 374554 confirms, that your current behaviour is correct. It means,
that after posting goods receipt with delivery costs system should not
allow to change account assignment data.
This change was implemented to prevent possible update terminations,
which can happen, when you using freight conditions in purchase orders
with account assignment.

Fixed Value Date at line item level is not in changable mode when copied

Dear SDN Team,
Hi i have a problem in the Fixed Value date at the line item level in the Return sales order.
The Problem is When creating the return order with reference to the scheduling agreement (10.03.2010). In the Return sales Order at the line item level the fixed value date is coping from scheduling agreement item (fixed value date eg: 31.12.2009)
But i would like to have the fixed value date in the return order as 10.03.2010 but the field is greyed out.
But normally when the sales document is created with reference to the preceding document the same will be copied. But field is greyed out and it is not in changable mode.
Can any one help how to solve this.
I have checked also SAP Note where i did not find any messages.
In normal scenario - when the order is created without any reference the fixed value date is in changable mode until the document is in open.
Pleas help me to resolve this.

I am sharing the resolution which was done to this requirement.
We have a specific condition type with statisticaly used and with routine to have KWERT with zero value,
Based on the different key combination. We have a specific key combination for the SA and SDoc and for this we need to maintain a condition record for the condition type with fixed value date and which will be linked to only the specific document. Once this is done.
We need to do update pricing in the sales order for the particular line item. by doing this the Fixed value date will be changed in the particular line item.

I am a beginner. I want to setup my local account in debug mode. My code is on the remote server. After setting up my local account in debug mode i want to use that code from a remote server . How should i do that? I am using eclipse. Running on Apache tomcat.Please advise.

Huh!? "Local account in debug mode?" What does that mean? And "my code is on a remote server". What do you mean by that? Its in a Subversion repository or something?

Can't use guest account in safe mode

i have a late 2008 unibody macbook 2.4.
my wife has a late 2007 imac.
when i apply update i boot into safe mode and update from there.
on my wife's computer i can select the guest account and update from there.
on my macbook however, when i try to enter the guest account the display 'shakes and quakes' and doesn't allow me to use the guest accounts.
we are currently 'up-to-date' with updates (10.5.7 etc).
we have zero problems in general.
the settings appear to be the same on both computers (as regards accounts).
anyone have a clue, why i can use guest on the imac, but not on the macbook.

there are 3 accounts guest, me, admin.
the guest is 'factory stock', the admin is 'factory stock' w/pass, and mine is mine.
as i stated i can use guest in safe mode on my wife's imac, which is configured identically.
there are zero passwords on our guest accounts.
additonally, all permissions on both computers 'check-out' ok per disk utility.
ps....i update only in safe mode so that nothing will interfer/hinder a proper update. we always download and install directly rather than using the 'automatic' update via software update.

I am not clear what your question is. From the title I gather that you are looking for a way to have accounting records for commands entered in config mode. The answer to the question is to enable accounting for level 15 commands which include the config commands. All of which is included in your message. So what is the question?
If the question is how to get just the config commands without all the other level 15 commands I am not aware of any way to get just the config commands.

Why can't I login to Firefox Accounts to set up Sync? FF30+ keeps telling me to Please enable cookies; cookies ARE enabled, already tried Safe Mode.

Why can't I log-in to Firefox Accounts to set up Sync from my laptop PC? FF30+ keeps telling me to Please enable cookies; cookies ARE enabled, and I already tried Safe Mode. This has been happening ever since the new Sync was implemented, so I'm guessing around FF 30. I am now up to FF version 34 and it still isn't working. I have not been able to sync since the "update."
Problem #1: Going to about:accounts and clicking on the blue Get Started button opens a blank screen. There isn't even a prompt about cookies. It's just blank. Screen shot attached.
This is before add-ons are disabled. If they're disabled in Safe Mode, we go to Problem #2.
Problem #2: I skimmed a thread (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1017) and tried logging in to Sync through accounts.mozilla.com instead, but though the screen doesn't turn blank while add-ons are still enabled, the "Enable cookies" warning is as far as I can get. Going to about:accounts in Safe Mode has the same result. I have cleared all my cookies and my cache, restarted FF multiple times with and without add-ons enabled, and still nothing. I have browsed this support forum for similar questions, and while other people are having the same issue, none of the other threads have been resolved yet. Several FF versions later, this is way too long for this issue to still be unresolved.... Screen shot attached.
I know where Firefox's cookie manager is located, and I have toggled all the settings. I even allowed third-party cookies (though I really shouldn't since they're pointless). No difference. Screen shot attached.

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I already did all of these things. As you can see from the below screenshot, the language is already set. Also, this screenshot was taken in Safe Mode, so NoScript is not enabled. About:accounts still says I need to enable cookies for some reason. So, this solution didn't work....

How to capture the mode(Creation/Edit)of an Account in UI?

I have a requriement wherein I'm required to disable REGION field of Account in edit mode, if LIFECYCLE STAGE's value is PROSPECT.
I've achieved this.
But the issue now is, if I create a new Account, and select PROSPECT for LIFECYCLE STAGE, the REGION gets disabled here also. How do I restrict it to happen only for an Account opened in Edit mode?

There is no way to do that if you are creating thru BEx Analyzer.
Instead use the BEx Analyzer, try to create using directly BEx Query Designer.
In that way, the query will not be executed, until you want to...

Is it possible to have multiple exchange accounts with cached mode individually set off for group mailboxes?

From the description, you want to set Exchange account with cached Exchange mode for some users in a user group and the rest of users set to online Exchange mode, correct?
If this is the case, I think you may consider using Security Filtering. Using security filtering, you can specify that only certain security principals within a container where the GPO is linked apply the GPO. Security group filtering determines whether
the GPO as a whole applies to groups, users, or computers; it cannot be used selectively on different settings within a GPO. See:

RECON ACCOUNT IS GREY IN XD02 but in Change mode in FD02 Why????

dear experts,
I have an issue..when I am trying to put recon account in XD02 mode it is coming greyed out but when I am in FD02 mode it is in Change mode..why???

Go to OB20, select "Change Customer (Accounting)", double click on "Company Code data" so that you can see Recon account would have been selected for Req.Entry.
Similarly, you have to do for "Change Customer Centrally" also.

How can I get my IMAP account into a push mode?

I can't seem to get my IMAP account to the Push mode. After I set the account up the only option was to FETCH. IS there a way I can put the account in Push mode?

Iam facing an error while creating a PO with account assignment category "K". I have assigned cost center to the G/L Account.
"Error: G/L Account XXXXXXX cannot be used"

Hi,
It is happening due to mismatch of fields in account assignment category and G/L account.
I think cost center field in G/L account is suppress mode.
Goto FS00, enter g/l account number. In create/bank/interest tab take the Field status group (E.g 0001).
Goto OBC4. Select the field status variant, double click on field status group.
Choose the field status group and click on details.
In addition account assignment tab, make cost center field as optional entry.
This will solve your issue.

Desktop stuck at black screen with cursor in normal mode but boots fine in safe mode after updates.

After running some updates the other night my laptop stopped loading the desktop and just gets stuck at a black screen with a cursor after I log in to the user account. The only thing I can do from there is do ctrl+alt+delete, then log off or restart.
I can't open up task manager. I tried creating another account in safe mode thinking there was an issue with the account but I still have the same issue. In event viewer I have two warnings one is
event 6000 winlogon, The winlogon notification subscriber <GP Client> was unable to handle the notification event
and event 4006, winlogon The windows logon process has failed to spawn a user application. Application name. Command line parameters: C:\Windows\system32\userinint.exe.
As well as error event id 1003, CertificateServicesClient Certificate Services Client failed to invoke the Providers in response to event 512. Error code 2147956401
and error 1001, certificate services client. certificate services client failed to load provider pautoenr.dll. error code 14001. I checked the registry and the path points to the right directory for userinit. I have tried running
System Repair but no errors were found, and I ran sfc /scannow and no errors were found either. The computer did not have System Restore enabled and I do not want to restore to factory settings. I also ran registry mechanic and it found no errors. Any suggestions

I have tested on my local environment and can reproduce the issue, as
Vaishu00547 mentioned that the issue can be caused by the Execution Account you have configured in the Reporting Services Configuration Manager is not correct, Please update the Username and Password and restart the reporting services.
Please also find more details information about when to use the execution account, if possible,please also not specify this account:
This account is used under special circumstances when other sources of credentials are not available:
When the report server connects to a data source that does not require credentials. Examples of data sources that might not require credentials include XML documents and some client-side database applications.
When the report server connects to another server to retrieve external image files or other resources that are referenced in a report.

Outlook Hangs - Loading Profile / Add Account Stage - Office 365 on Windows 8.1

I have been using outlook via the Office 365 offering for a year. Then 2 days back suddenly my outlook stopped downloading mails from my mail server. It did however send mails.
I went online to check the various causes and after following lots of advice I did all of the below actions:
1. Making sure the OS and Outlook 2013 are installed with the latest updates.
2. Performing a clean boot and trying to open outlook and add account in that mode
(it stops responding)
3. Deleting OST file
4. Deleting profile
5. Running outlook in safe mode (pressing Ctrl while starting up outlook) and trying to add account
(it stops responding)
6. Completely uninstalled office 365 with the fixit tool and then reinstalled
I ended up with Outlook not loading at all. None of the above steps have worked.
If I directly start outlook, it hangs on loading profile.
I have opened control panel, searched for "mail", opened that and deleted profile, then created new profile. After that when I try adding account, it hangs (stops responding) at that adding account stage as well.
This has started suddenly, till 3 days back everything was absolutely fine.
In another forum post, opening Outlook in safe mode was marked as answer. As stated above it has not worked for me.

Definitely this seems to be an issue when loading the profile, I've seen many people resolved this problem by disabling hardware acceleration in Office.
Since it's a global setting, you can disable it in Word, Excel, then it will also apply to Outlook.
For example in Word, go to FILE -> Options -> Advanced -> Display -> Check "Disable hardware graphics acceleration" -> OK.
