GL. ACCOUNT IN SERVICE P.R

Dear cons
I created a service pur requisition by giving account assignment 'V'( Cost center). Also I entered a GL account MANUALLY which is a wrong G/L account. Then I saved. When I came to know that GL account which I have entered is wrong. IN CHANGE MODE OF P.R THE SYSTEM IS NOT ALLOWING TO CHANGE THE GL ACCOUNT. REMBER THAT WE HAVE NO SERVICE NO. AT ALL. ONLY WE ENTER SERVICE DESCRIPTION. WHERE CAN WE MAKE SETTING SO THAT WE CAN CHANGE THE GL ACCONT IN CHANGE MODE.

dear
you cant change the GL acccount thourgh account assignment tab but in
ME22N
service tab select the line item and click the below mentioned tool account assignment just near to conditions. (indication of arrow of yellow colour) you can change the GL account from there
if not then delete the service line item and enter again with your desired GL cde

  • Where to configure account for service entry?

    Hi,
As we know that in material purchasing, we set GR/IR account in WRX of OBYC, then in material goods receipt, system will post to GR/IR account.
But we need to use another account for service entry of service purchasing. Where should we set the account in OBYC?
    Thanks in advance.
    Wesley

    Hi,
for account determination system treats Services same as materials, end of the day it is the reciept posted using mvt 101 only,
If you need to dsitinguish your G/L accounts for materials and service then assign a seperate valuation class to your service master and setup diff G/L accounts for your valuation class
WRX assignment for service  behaves bit differently ,Check Oss note 165692 and 64204 - it has detail explanation
    Hope this helps

  • "iTunes Accounts" System Service just used 1.1 GB of cellular data in 14 hours!

Ttitle sums it up. 14 hours ago I activated my new iPhone 6 on T-Mobile, porting my number from AT&T. In this time, even though my phone has been on WiFi for over half of it, the "iTunes Accounts" System Service (Settings>Cellular>System Services) has used 1.1 GB of data. As far as I can tell, after searching extensively, this appears to be a record. Something is broken here, no?
On my 5S (or 5, or 4S, or 4, or 3GS, etc... you get the idea) I averaged less than 1 GB of total cellular data usage per month.
Anyone have any clue what's going on here?

Following up... My carrier confirmed that this usage occurred within a 3 hour window, so it's even worse.
I spoke with a Senior Advisor at Apple. You could literally hear the guy shuffling papers and mashing his keyboard. He had no clue what the iTunes Accounts system service actually is. He guessed at about 5 different things that are iTunes related (like Match - which I haven't used since switching phones), but none of his guesses could explain why 1.1 GB of data would be used in 3 hours. 1.1 GB would be like playing music off of Match for around 19 hours straight (assuming 128 Kb/s).
I had to have been the victim of some sort of server side error on Apple's part. Something that probably only takes a few MBs to resolve, like my Match database (names of artists, albums, etc), probably got pushed a few hundred times. I can't think of any other explanation.
Still open to ideas and hoping this isn't a every day occurrence.

  • Account Web Service (Web Service Tool in 2007)

    Dear Experts,
I have created an Account Web Service using the Web Service Tool in CRM 2007.  I am able to create an Accound and query by BP Number.
I need to the ability to query by Name but I am not able to do so.  Has anyone done this?
    Thanks
    Nitin

    Hello,
In the webservicetool you need to add a "Query Object" to your webservice. Once you have added the query object (in step 1) you can then select one or multiple fields of this query object in step 3. All the fields you "include" (so not exclude) will be avaible as query fields for your webservice.
This query object is also a BOL object, you can look (and event test!) for appropriate query objects in sapgui transaction GENIL_BOL_BROWSER. Make sure you select the correct "component set", this is the same component set as you have to provide in the webservicetool in step1.
For accounts (business partners in general) there is, for example because there are many for business partners, the query object BuilHeaderSearch can be used which contains nearly all fields of a business partner.
    Hope this helps!
    Regards,
    Joost

Do you mean why there's an improvement after removing the journal files?
first of all, I hope that you know what systemd journal is, and what files you just deleted.
systemd journal stores all system logs in database files in /var/log/journal/
every time you boot up your system, journald will log the entire boot process and stores in its database (and continue logging of course).
over time the journal will get huge (unless you limit its size) and fragmented, which could slow down reading and writing from the it greatly.
so, if writing the log during the boot process slows down greatly, it will certainly have an detrimental effect on overall boot speed.
    I hope that makes sense
I think I saw this mentioned on some systemd TODO list, so developers should aware of this and possibly trying to figure out some workaround.
In the meantime limiting journal size is probably a good idea.
If you happened to be using btrfs, disabling COW for files in /var/log/journal and 'autodefrag' mount option may also help some.
also defragmenting the files in /var/log/journal if your file system supports it
First of all, thanks to your very clear explanation!
English is not my mother tongue, so I think I express me in a wrong way.Sorry for this!
What I exactly want to mean is that is it possible to make booting more faster?

  • Changing GR/IR clearing account in Service Entry Sheet process

    Hi,
We are using one Gr/ir clearing account for both Material and Service Entry sheet process.
Now for clear process we want to create new account for the Service entry sheet.
We have given blank valuation class for Service entry sheet and it has been assigned to the g/l account.
After analysing the scenario we had two options.1.  Whether we can change the valuation class
or 2. we can create new G/l account.
But i had a doubt will it impact anywhere if i change the valuation class.
    Can anybody advice me??
    Thanks n regards,
    Veena

    Dear Javeed and Sadhashivan,
Thanks for your answers. Yes we have sort key set on both the accounts and also we have tried to display all the PO relevent fields but unable get through.
Please note we need PO no line wise on the ledger of adjustment accounts NOT on the GR/IR account.
    1) Goods Delivered but not yet invoiced
    2) Goods Invoiced but not yet Delivered
Hope I have made my point clear.
    Thanks

  • SQL server agent job running as Agent Service Account whose service account does not have r/w access but is still able to write?

Hi. I am newer to SQL server security and am reviewing some of our SQL server's configuration to make sure the services are running under accounts with least privilege.  I have a SQL server 2012 instance whose Agent service is configured to run
under an AD user account named 'SQLServices'.  The jobs on this server are configured to run as 'SQL server agent service account', which means they should execute as user 'SQLServices'.  The jobs are set up to execute SSIS packages which read and
write to a database on the same server where the agent job is scheduled and SSIS package installed (all on same server).  The jobs are currently executing without error and are reading writing data correctly.  Upon close examination, it turns out the
SQLServices account is not assigned to the 'sysadmin' role and had no users mapped to any databases on this server.  How are these jobs working?  I verified in profiler that the login name indeed is 'SqlServices'.  I also verified
that SQLServices login has no database access by remote-ing onto the server and trying to log into the DB, and access was denied as expected.  According to the literature, the Agent service needs to be a member of 'sysadmin role' but I am reading
some cases where that is not necessarily the case.  So this is not so concerning.  What is concerning is that the login 'SQLServices' had no access to the databases on that server yet it is reading and writing to the databases as if it does.
The only thing I can think of is maybe jobs run as 'SQL server agent service account' on the same server as the databases it r/w to somehow has some kind of default access.  What am I missing here?  Any input would be helpful.

After 2 days on this forum I found the answer to my own question.  In retrospect, I should have posted this under 'SQL Server Security', but I didn't know it existed.
The 2 threads below explain that Sql agent actually runs using SID (service) NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT if you chose that when you installed.  This will automatically create an associated login NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT in SQL server with sqladmin
role.  This is the login that Agent uses to connect to the local instance of SQL server.  If you changed to domain account to run the service during install or after using config manager, basically NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT is still
used to connect to your local instance behind the scenes (even though you will still see your domain user as account), and the domain account is used to reach outside the server.

  • GL account in service entry sheet -FI-MM

    Hello,
We are using ECC6/EHP4 at our organisation. I have following issue.
We are arrivng/defaulting  account assignment for services from Material Group/Service group, for this we have maintained, service groups and valuation class at "Entry aids for items without material Master". Following is the issue:
User has created the purchase requisition with Material/Service group---"X"
SAP defaulted the GL account "1234", which user has changed to "6789"
The same GL account is appearing in the account assignment in purhcase order
But at the time of service entry sheet GL account "1234" is getting debited, where as I want "6789" to be debited.
DO I need to check any settings/change any settings, please advise.
    Regards
    SAJ

    Dear:
Check out in your setting in OBYC. Revert back in case of any confusion.

  • Populate G/L account into service entry from Purchase order

    Hi Guys,
I created a service PO, where the G/L account was populated based on the material group i changed the G/L account to a new one  and saved the PO.
Now i am trying to create a unplanned service based on the PO using ML81N. When i provide the short text quantity, Uom and gross price and click account assingment button the G/L account is deafulted from the material group assignment . It does not populate changed  G\L account from the PO line item.
Is there any configuartion or enhancement that we can apply to get this done.
    Thanks,
    Amit

    Hi,
In SproMMPurchasingMaterial masterentry aid for item w/o material master...maintain the valuation class for the Material group.
In OBYC maintaing the G/L account for this Valuation class in GBB--VBR.
Enter this materila group in the service order.System will automatically determine the G/L.
Even if you enter acct assignment U...while posting the service entrt sheet this GL will be fetched.

  • How to default G/L account into Service Entry Sheets

    Hello All,
I am trying to set up a Framework order with account assignment U for services. I use this for our contracted employees via infotype 0315. When I generate the service entry sheet in the background via tcode CATM, and try to release the service entrysheet, I get error, because the G/L account field is blank and the goods movement cannot be perfromed for it. How can I manage the framework PO so that the G/L can default into the service entry sheet automatically..

  • G/L Account external service

When we enter the G/L Account for external service the field gets locked.
The PR is created in the system.
I there any way I can change the G/L Account (Cost Element) ?
    regards
    Sabyasachi

    Hi,
Select controll key SM02, then it allow you to put cost element.
SM02 is for external with cost.
SM03 is for External with cost and service (In this you have to create service entry sheet or service speciefication and not allow to put cost element).

  • Multiple GL expense accounts AP service invoice

    hello,
If keying a service invoice how can the expense be allocated across multiple GL expense accounts?  The only method I can see is typing in a description row each GL expense account.  Obviously I want a faster means whereby I can have one description, but many GL expense accounts.

    Hi Jitin,
I only want to type my description for the AP service invoice one time, yet I want multiple GL expense accounts to be hit.  Is that possible?
For example Blue Cross sends a billing for monthly insurance coverage $1,000.  I have 10 departments of employees and thus want the $1,000 allocated to each department evenly.  So my description is "Blue Cross February billing".  And my expense hits e.g. 6000-01, 6000-02, 6000-03, 6000-04, 6000-05 etc..etc...  First segment being the natural account and segment two being the department.  Is there a way to type "Blue Cross February billing" one time, but still allocate the expense across the 10 gl accounts?
