i have tried F_SKA1_BES, and it didn't work....

Generally more then one G/L accounts allowed for single cost center & can be controlled by doing setting in OME9 for acct. assg. cat. K. But in your case ( if requires but i m not sure about your business process) a single G/L account should be allowed to take two cost centers A and B ,then try assigning G/L account for cost centers A and B with your company code in OKB9 t.code & save.But check with your FICO team & Finance Dept. regarding account posting after transactions.

I have tried this and can see that FaceTime is ALLOWED in RESTRICTIONS

ACS error - External DB account Restriction ..

Hi, we have problem with our VPN users. When they log using cisco vpn, they get error and when we checked at the ACS - we are getting this message in the Report and Activity menu under Failed Attempts - External DB account Restriction ...
Can you help us why is this so?

This is due to permission issue. Make sure that the account running acs service or remote agent service (incase you have appliance)have domain admin permissions.

EAP Authentication Failing (External DB account restriction)

Hi,
I am using ACS 3.0 as my Access Server configured for LEAP authentication,Everything was working fine till 2 days back, All my wireless clients ver getting authenticated,
But suddenly they have stopped doing so, On checking the logs it says "External DB account restriction"
I am using Windows Group Mapping, Dont know why suddenly it has started behaving like this, Have made no changes on the user profiles/permissions from either ACS or windows servers.
Any clue...suggestions..

I'm having the same problem and it is quite frustrating... It should not be this difficult.
I've tried both IAS and ACS and I can not get either one of them to work. I'm sure it has something to do with certificates... I just don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm going to beat the stuffing out my server if I see "External DB account Restriction" one more time!
currently i'm trying to get ACS 3.2.1(trial) on Win2k SP3 to work and time and time again no matter how I try to install the certificate I create (following instructions in chapter 10 of the User Guide) I keep getting that infernal error. If someone out there could post SPECIFIC instructions about how they got their installation to work it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Can't download mozilla. says user account restriction.

The scroll bar was not working properly so I uninstalled mozilla and am trying to reinstall the program, but it won't allow me. I get logon failure notice and it states user account restriction.

What phone or tablet is it as while it has 2.3+ it may have some performance issues.

I am receiving "External DB account Restriction" Error message for ADS users after upgrading from 2000 to Windows 2003.
I dont see any error for local ACS users and local windows database users.

External DB account restriction : The Windows User Account is restricted : The windows administrator must reset this option.

When you try to authenticate via ACS and see failed authentication on the ACS,could you please take a look on the group you are dropped in.
This can occur either due to permission issues or if your user is being mapped to DISABLED or NO-ACCESS group on the ACS.
Once you have the group which the failed user belongs to, go to that group and click on edit group. It shouldn't ne disabled or noaccess group (Group 0 is what we called noaccess group).
If you're getting mapped to correct map then this is surely windows permission issue. You have to ensure that ACS software running on windows machine should have domain admin rights.
There are some permissions those need to be granted on the windows machine it is installed.You may check from below listed link
1.Acs is installed on the member server or DC and permissions are configured as per the following doc:

If you're running ACS on member server do make sure that you have completed post installation task for local security policy.

Well if you were born and raised here in the US or Moved to US and got citizenship you should have a Social Security Card many businesses Like Verizon, or Credit Cards companies require having a S.S.C and require giving at least the Last 4 of the Card to Verify who you are + they'll probably ask a few other security credentials..
I'd say for now getting what you had is not going to be easy at least until you get and established S.S.C. and or if you can prove any other Information Verizon may ask you for..

As per the standard design of GL account determination, the system will
first try to find the customing setting based on the category_guid,
category_id, acc_cat from the table bbp_det_account. If there is no
entry found, the system would then try to find the GL account based on
category_id and acc_cat alone.
Setting up default G/L determination
See table V_BBP_DET_ACCT which can be accessed at
SPRO -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server ->
Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Account Assignment ->
Define G/L Account for Product Category and Account Assignment Category
This can be debugged in FM BBP_DETERMINE_ACCOUNT
If you mean "match code" by using F4 then no there is usually no restriction for F4 as it pulls all the information from the backend.
You could have code in the DOC_CHECK BADI to ensure wrong G/L accout could not be saved with a SC.

After chatted with agents twice and filled out the support form 4 times, finally my account's restriction is lifted. Skype could do a better job at the beginning rather simply dismiss my request. At the end, they come through. Thanks.

OkIt has now been a month since trying to communicate with microsoft about my restricted skype account. Of course there is NO PHONE NUMBER to speak with another human , and when I try to get to an online chat through those means, it never allows me access. This is INSANE! What is wrong with Microsoft in their aquisition of Skype? It seems as though they could care less about the potential consumers they will loose due to the impossible customer service,I want my account unlock. I received a message asking me to use my account to keep my credit valid.
When I attempted to make any call, it ends up with errors. Can't call anyone to mobile or landlines.
I logged in to my profile here and noticed the following message:
You are currently restricted from purchasing services or redeeming vouchers. Please contact Customer Support to review your account status.
I just resetted my Skype password and need this account re-activated as soon as possible. The customer support page is not working with some weird ASP errors.

Skype account restricted with NO reason

I was using my Skype this morning as usual when i suddenly it logged me out. When i tried to log back in, it said "Skype could not recognize your details". I spoke with an agent on live chat and he said it seems like there were restrictions imposed on my Skype account but no reason was given.
I tried to use the recovery system but it kept saying "could not recognize details...".
So what's up with that? Just locking my account with clearly no reason as the live chat rep stated.
Can someone look into this?

I was wondering if u have ever gotten things worked out as I'm having the same problem. I've filled out the form multiple times and every time they tell me they cannot varify my account, fill the form out again. I talked to someone on live chat and they said the person should be able to do something and just reply back to their email. I did and know response. Is there a way to contact management?

Email account restriction appearing suddenly...after 1month with several email accounts!

since I dropped and broke my i****e device beg of September, I restarted by old school BBerry 8900. And to be honest, found a lot of conveniency with it until this morning! For some reason I don't understand, I activated 2 email accounts on my 8900 without any issue. But this morning I did received a BB message stating that I was only allowed to one account!! I did called my mobile provider (VIRGIN - france) and they assure me that there is no restriction on their side. WHO can explain me why I could run 2 email accounts for a months and suddenly without modifying anything on the 8900 I am limited to 1(one) email account.
I really hope there is a small issue here, with an easy fix. Because I was considering moving to Bold 9900 or Q10 and not having my Iphone glass be repared. But IF this has to do with restriction and more to pay with mobile provider, the solution is going to be EASY : back to iphone or wiko (android). Indeed I have already tested this morning on both devise (iphone and wiko from my kids) that with my SIM card, I have access to all my email accounts. And to be honest I made the test with the 2 regular one email account but also tried to add 3 additional ones... works really fine and noone is asking for restriction.
Thanks for your help... if not, at least an honest feedback about the fact that RIM is restricting access to make more money...or not? just asking

Can't add debit card to PAYG account - restricted?!

I have been trying for months to add my debit card to my EE account so that I don't have to keep putting the details in every time I top up. In the past the website has always thrown a generic error message but today it said "Cannot add cards on a restricted account" or words to that effect.
Does anyone know why my account would be restricted in this way?
I am the only user, well over 18, only ever had one sim and one account and all my details on my account are correct and match my details held by my card issuer. This is really frustrating and a right PITA having to enter the details over and over again.
