Mann
Dear:
Its very easy to use as per your requirement. Once you have executed the GL report for GLs you wan to see. 1st fetch the Account filed into your layout and and then apply subtotal function to it. Collapse it and save it as Default or user default variant (according to the requirement)from settings. Now every time you will run the report it will display every GLS consolidated balance in a single line for the date specified in input.

Is there a way we can open/close posting periods on a "per day" basis?
Hi SAP gurus,
Is there a way we can open/close posting periods on a per day basis?
It is not possible in OB52 since it only has control per period and not per day.
Will assign points for suggestions. =) Thanks!Hii
In standard SAP there is not such functionality where u can do these kind of configuration...it is at least for a month that is through OB52.
If u still wants this functionality it is through the validation.
u need to create the validation for that company code and thn u can use this functionality....
hope it helps u
reward points if helpful

HI,
Is there any transaction code where I can get the Statistics of Messages exchanged in XI on daily basis, for a month or more.
We have more than 50,000 messages being exchanged daily. Its hard to find the statistics in SXMB_MONI...So looking for a transaction...
Regards,
VasuHi,
of course you can do it:
open runtime workbench and go to
<b>performance monitor</b>
from there you can see everything:
messages per day, week etc
one interface per day, week etc
aggegated messages etc

Sales Analysis Tcode MCTE - drilldown per day within a period?
Hello,
Current settings in transaction MCTE allow a user to find the total sales figures per organization for the given period.
Within that period, is there a way to drilldown in order to see the total sales per day within the given period? If it's not possible in the MCTE transaction, is there another standard transaction that can be accessed to find this information? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Andy
There is no way to drill down with a period to days after you chose Period, say Month.
But there is a workaround to this.
Make the 'day' as the period unit, in other words, update on a daily basis. T code omo1
Hope this helps. -
Adobe Muse CC Crashing 5x per day
We have a team of 6 designers using Adobe Muse CC on a daily basis to build simple sites as well as complex prototypes.
We work off a corporate server, this is a requirement and cannot operate locally on our own hard drives.
Each of us are reporting multiple Muse crashes per day from various actions such as:
Switching between Design & Preview views.
Simply opening a page to edit it.
Attempting to Export...
Attempting to Place an object...
As well as other random actions.
We are all using v7.2, Build 232, CL 779928
AIR Runtime: 4.0.0.1390
Awaiting response from Adobe staff before supplying detailed information. But this is getting to a point where we are researching alternative tools - I'd rather have Adobe staff provide a chance to correct these issues for us since we have multiple subscriptions and a lengthy investment into the tool.
ThanksIf what you're encountering is the "DBCW/assertTheDataBaseFileIsUnchange- Database file has been modified externally." error, there is no workaround other than working on the files locally.
Code was added in Muse 7.0 that protects against simultaneous access of a Muse file from two separate computers, since that can result in a corrupt and unrepairable .muse file. The code that was added turned out to be incompatible with some file servers, leading to the error mentioned above, or variants thereof.
We spent a considerable amount of time attempting to come up with a way to make the current approach serve it's intended purpose while avoiding this incompatiblity, but ultimately had to give up on the original approach. We're currently in the process of implementing an entirely different approach to preventing simultaneous access to a .muse file on top of some significant architectural changes underway for Muse 8.
Until the release of Muse 8, you're only viable workaround is to copy the .muse file to a local drive prior to working on it in Muse.
All Muse subscribers who can accept the terms of the Non-disclosure Agreement are invited to join the Private Beta Program via the Help menu in Muse. At present the Beta program is dormant, but it will start back up again in a few weeks with the first alpha/beta release of Muse 8. It would be extremely helpful if you could test with a beta of Muse 8 on your specific file server configuration to confirm this bug is fully resolved when working with your configuration. -
How do I stop itunes from corrupting it's library on almost a daily basis?
How do I stop itunes from corrupting it's library on almost a daily basis? It's actually becoming infurating to use, and what's happening is I am losing my downloads since the last automated itunes backup (having to rename & replace the current corrupted library with the last backup which is usually a day or two old). What can cause this? Is there ANY alternative to using itunes for Apps (which is the sole use I have for it)? If not, APPLE PLEASE REMOVE THE NEED FOR THE DATABASE SO IT DOESN'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO CORRUPT ITSELF... :'(
Things you see in iTunes are stored in various sub folders in your main iTunes folder as in:
Image of folder structure and explanation of different iTunes versions (turingtest2 post) - https://discussions.apple.com/message/13025536 and https://discussions.apple.com/message/17457605
Start iTunes and immediately hold down the option key. Create a new library somewhere. Go to your old iTunes folder and drag items to the window for the new library. Maybe only grab a folder or part of one at a time. It will copy these items to the new library (so you need lots of extra room on your computer). -

We have a requirement to send birthday wishes to customers and employees automatically on daily basis using campaign automation.
We used campaign automation process to send the wishes. when we released the campaign it executed successfully and sent wishes on the same day only(on campaign released date). We used a standard infoset(CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE) to create the profile set.

Hello Experts,
In Sales Analysis Report, I want to see the Per Day Sales and the Quantity. I checked it through Item wise, but actually in this Tab (Item), in Quantity Column system only shows open Quantity.
If a DO has been invoiced that Quantity will become Zero.
How do I see the Total sales quantity WISE ?
Thanks & RegardsThere are two XL Reporter Reports called "Sales Register" and "Daily Stock Account".
These are under Indian Legal Reports and made specially for Indian Localization Format.
I think these reports can solve your requirement. -

Currency Conversion on Daily Basis
Hello
We have data in 4 different currencies in transactions level and I have a requirement in BW to convert the currency on Daily basis based on that day's exchange rate.
And Also I should be giving the user a selection option to pick a currency type, so that the report will display in that currency.
Can someone please tell be the best approach to do this?
Thanks
KumarHi,

Unable to connect to Airport Extreme on a daily basis without reseting the router
I have an Airport Extreme Router connected directly to my cable modem. My Airport Utilities are current and router is set to 7.5.2 firmware (latest). I have nine devices set to connect via wireless and three that are connected via cable. I am not using the 5ghz as there are some older devices that will not connect. On a daily basis all of the wireless systems will not connect. I get a password incorrect on low signal error. I have reset the password from over eight characters to eight to see if that was the issue. No dice. I have to manually unplug the router and the wait for it to reset then all the devices will connect. The three devices I have connected directly do not have this issue.
I have deleted the network configurations from the devices and tried to reconnect but I get the same error, password incorrect or signal not found even when it shows that I have five green bars. I have the router set to assign DHCP and changed the lease to 60 days. Since the router does not have UPnP, I have a few ports open to allow my XBox and PS3 clear connection. I have also reset the whole router and started it from scratch. Rebuilding the network with a different name, password and such.
I have seen on the board that others are having issues with this. Aside from disconnecting the power from the router I have not found a solution. This issue started a month or so ago. Does anyone have a solution? Is this a result of updating the firmware to 7.5.2 which came out in July? Or is there something that I am completely missing in troubleshooting? The router has been working for a bout a year or more. Would it suddenly go snafu and need to be replaced? Seems to me it would be having the issue from the start.

Mac Mini Restarting Multiple times per day
I have a Mac Mini from Sept 2010. Recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and now the restarts due to an issue several times per day. The computer is fine when i am using it, but the issue comes up when i return to wake the monitor by hitting a key or moving the mouse. Sleep is disabled, but the monitor is set to turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Sometimes it will be fine left for hours on its own and other times when i come back to the computer, I am met with a gray screen stating the computer had to restart.
Below is the log from the last crash:

Any help would be appreciated, as this happens multiple times a day. Thanks for the reply, den.thed.
I tried the first suggestion, resetting the SMC, but after this the problem continues.
I think the issue is related to the second, kernel panicking.
As for suggestions 3 and 4, i have my energy settings as you show in your post, with monitor sleep after 15 minutes, computer sleep never and none of the options checked. While the computer does not sleep, this is only an issue when i step away from the computer for a while and come back, not when i am actively using it.
The latest error message is as follows, and seems to indicate a kernel panic (or several).
