Glowing spots on iPhone 4 please help!

I just bought my iPhone 4 one hour ago and now im home and im noticing glowing spots on the upper half of it (not yellow spots)! I tried re-booting it and they're still there! Will this go away on its own or do i need to go to the Apple Store and ask for help? I tried calling Apple but they're closed for the holiday. Thank you!

I believe AT&T will have you go to an Apple Store for tech support. But just in case, it doesn't hurt to call AT&T to make sure. I know that if it's a defect, Apple will help you out...no problem.
