"Go back one page" button - for some reason doesn't work
For some reason, multiple pages are showing up - duplicates of the page that I'm viewing, so when I click on the "go back one page" button nothing happens - I'm required to right click on the button and select the actual last page that I want to view, again.
Stated another way, why are multiple pages listed/included under the "go back one page" button - I'm thinking this is a new 'feature' that is not good, at all.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

This problem only started recently.
Opening another web page (URL) from my homepage always opens in the same tab and the "go back one page" button is gray and does not work. If I open a series of web pages in the same tab the green "back" button is green. Clicking on the "recent pages" down arrow will allow me to go back, but only to the page after the home page.
In other words, after browsing, I can get back to the opening page (my home page) only by clicking on the house icon but not by using the "recent pages" function.
Is there an option that changed after the last update?Do you see any tab history if you right click the Back or Forward button?

The "Go back one page" button on the Navigation toolbar doesn't seem to work on certain pages. On clicking this button, the focus stays on the same page and does not move to the previous page. The previous page does not appear even in the right-click context menu of the Back button. However, I am able to go back one page using Internet Explorer.

The current active entry in that list has a bullet in front of it.
If you hover an entry in that session history list then it shows the direction by adding an arrow at the left.
You can left click an item to open it in the current tab or middle-click or Ctrl left-click an entry in that list to open that link in new tab, just like you can with other links. -
I have changed my apple id on the manage my apple id page. For some reason, the id didn't change on my macbook air. My iCloud still registered my old email id and I can't get it to recognize my correct id. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you change your Apple ID you will need to sign in with the new information or password the next time you use an Apple service or feature that uses Apple ID. If you have multiple devices that use features and services that require an Apple ID, you will need to sign in again on each device.

I'm on pages and for some reason this time, on a blank page, I cannot get the curser to show up. Any ideas?
I'll guess that you've opened a page layout template which does not have a text layer, therefore no cursor. You'll need to add text boxes or shapes to type in. If you just want to write a letter or similar, close the current document & then choose a blank document from the word processing section of the template chooser.

I have used Firefox for over a year. For some reason it quit working and I can't seem to fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the download and it's still not working. When I click on the icon it says unable to connect.
Yes, if you repurchase it you may lose your progress. The exception would be a game that stored all your progress on a server under your ID
If you want to retain your progress you have two choices:
1. Don't apply the update.
2. Use your fathers account password to update the game. -
my iphone keeps blocking in a "boot" mode... blackscreen with apple logo... the restarting (home and power button for 10 sec) doesn't work. when i get it in DFU mode and try restoring with itunes it remains the same... provider already "fixed" this problem twice with a "software update" only to get the same problem again... it just "reboots" this time it happened @ night while charging... previous time in my jacket pocket... this is the 3th time it happens, and my provider (Mobistar belgium) doesn't wish to exchange or refund my iphone witch clearly has something wrong 3 times same problem in 3 months...

On both computers, I'm running FF 7.0.1, but the problem has been with me on my iMac ever since FF 5. Both computers have the same add-ons, and as far as I can tell all settings are the same as well. But something obviously is limiting the number of pages that are retained in the "go back one page" history. I've searched in vain repeatedly for some setting that might explain the problem. The 'go back one page' button does not work on all pages
The 'go back one page' and 'go froward one page' buttons do not work (they're light gray as opposed to dark gray) and neither does the 'back' button after right clicking. They worked fine in Firefox 3 but do not in version 4

Over the air iOS updates are only available from iOS 5. If you are below that, connect your iPad to iTunes on your computer and update from there.

TS3989 'Options' button for Photo Stream doesn't work?
When I go to Photo Stream, it says I'm not signed in. The resolution says to select Photo Stream and click Options, but nothing happens when I do so. Why won't the Options button work and what can I do?
I followed your advise, but it doesn't work. Photos made with iPad works now (after putting all photo stream on and off), but iPhone 4 is not photostreaming at all (also not after redoing what you advised), also iPad photo does not appear on iPhone 4.
Strange is that i see two icloud photostream albums in Photo application (both (staying) empty). I can imagine there is a conflict with the two icloud accounts (i first used apple id for buying in itunes (hoped to merge) and than rethought and activated icloud (mobileMe) account instead. Could that be the problem? And how to get rid of that (restarting iPhone didn't work, a reset I am not fond of, nore a restore.

I was on the site pamperedchef.com. While I was on the page the information went from a full size page to a page approx 3x4 inches. I don't know how this happened but every time I try to log onto this site it comes up in that very small size.

Load Time of Pages High For Some Reason

I have a win 2003 server running cf7 on iis 6.0
Once and awhile some pages are taking between 10 and 11
seconds to load, so fusion reactor will send me an email if they
are over 10 seconds.
The pages pull 2 very small database queries and that is it,
the rest of the page is just text and graphics. When I get the
email I always go to the page and it takes 15 ms , a little more, a
little less at times.
If a person that has dialup accesses the page could this be a
reason why it is taking so long for the page to execute? I didn't
think the speed of the connection to the page actually effected the
execution times.
I am on a high speed connection and I have never been able to
go to the pages in question and have it take time to load
Any thoughts / Comments?

RandyYou may have other pages that are causing this problem. If
you have
some other pages that take a little longer to process and
sometimes
these pile up and use up all the available threads. Then
another page
comes along and has to wait eight or nine seconds for a
thread before
running. It is these pages that trigger the error, but they
are not
necessarily the ones causing the problem.
So you will have to look at your entire system to see where
the actual
problem may be.
