Go To Next Edit (down) stopped working

Premiere Pro CC, Windows 7
I did a multicam edit of four cameras, 2hrs 16 mins, then I selected all and used the "nest" option to create a nest of the mulitcam. Here I added opening clips and audio then butted up the nest video.
I was using Go To Next Edit to insert my default transition and all was well until I found a point I want to insert a shot slightly out of sync. I copied the short clip from another timeline then cut the nested video and inserted the clip. Now Go To Next Edit will not work. Go To Last Edit takes me to the beginning of the whole sequence.
Any ideas?

I have been using ADE to read library ebooks, and the 2.0 version has never worked for me- I have always got the error message "Adobe digital editions has stopped working" as soon as I try to open it. I have been using the older version 1.7.2, but now it will no longer let me use this version and forces me to download an upgrade. I have tried 2.0 and 3.0 and both get the same error message. I have tried reinstalling and allowing through my firewall but I still keep getting the message. Does anyone know how I can fix this please??

When you open the ADE 2x/3x, It tries to load the books' details from the "My Digital Editions" folder (in "My documents") for the library view. If any of the book is corrupt, It fails to open correctly.
I am guessing this is the issue.
Can you try the following:
Backup the "My Digital Editions" folder and then remove this folder.
Now open the ADE. Hopefully, It will work.
If it does, you can open the books from the Backed up folder.

Sydneybling it does sound like your security software is interfering with the process of installing and utilizing your Adobe Creative applications. I would recommend that you try temporarily disabling your security software and utilizing the directions listed at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install InDesign CC.

Digital editions 3 has suddenly stopped working on my computer. It was fine yesterday but it was open when my computer froze and I had to turn it off. I tried downloading it again but i got the same error message. How can I get it working again?

ITunes next/previous song stopped working

Just upgraded to 7.4.2 earlier tonight to support my new Nano.
When I double-click a song to start it playing, it plays fine, but if I hit "next" or "previous", the song just stops.
When a song is not playing, the next and previous buttons are grayed out.
I used to be able to just hit play and hit next and previous to move around the songs in my library, but with the upgrade this seems to have stopped working. I've checked for new updates several times, rebooted, everything, and nothing seems to help.

Are the little checkboxes to the left of name ticked? If not iTunes will not advance to the next track as iTunes skips unchecked tracks.
To check all, press ctrl & click in one of the little boxes or uses select all, then right click in the selection and choose check all.

All image editing software stopped working in 10.5

While performing a file transfer from my camera the program I was using, PictureProject unexpectedly quit. Following that it quit immediately upon every re-launch, however all the files had been transferred. The next day I attempted to launch Picture Project again and it quit while unresponsive. After that I tried Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Fireworks, both bounced in the dock as if to launch, then would stop and on the control-click said "Application Not Responding." After that I tried PictureProject again, now it failed to launch without an error message and would not force quit. I restarted several times with "P" "R". Then I tried using the disk utility from the start-up disk, a "volume mounting(?)" damage was repaired. I also repaired permissions, then restarted. The problem was not fixed. Then I tried accessing the applications from a guest account rather than my user account, nothing worked, I also discoverd that iPhoto is unresponsive.
I am now downloading the 10.5.8 Combo Update to see if that fixes the problem.
This is my first time posting to the forums so I apologize if I posted in the wrong section.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with their raster-based image editors? Preview continues to function normally, as does Adobe Illustrator. Any tips on fixing this issue?

It sounds like your hard drive is dying. Make sure you have a good backup.

Multi Clip Editing Suddenly Stopped Working

I have a very strange situation and I wonder if anybody else has encountered this. I have a G5 running OS X 10.4.11. It's a 1.8GHz processor with 1.5 GB RAM. I have two 17" monitors connected to it: an older Apple Studio Display and a new Apple Cinema Display. I might add that this computer has been a completely reliable workhorse for me when it comes to Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. A recent upgrade to Final Cut Studio 2, however, left me unable to run Motion very effectively if at all. I was also unable to run any of the Noise Industry plugins that I really wanted to use. After seeking advice, I installed a Radeon X800XT graphics card. Visually I didn't notice any striking difference in the images on my screens, BUT I was able to run Motion in real time they way it's supposed to run AND the Noise Industry plugins that I downloaded to demo worked great.
At the same time I installed the graphics card I also decided to move a FC Pro project and all the related media off of an external LaCiie porsche drive (250GB) and onto my second internal drive (150GB). Prior to the move, I had been working on the project—a concert shot with four cameras—using multi clip editing without a single hitch.
All of a sudden, FC wouldn't even launch. Click on the icon — nothing. Neither would Soundtrack. All the other components of the Studio worked fine. So I removed ALL the Final Cut elements — and yes, I got them ALL. Re-installed the software and accompanying media. Same problem. So then I moved the previously mentioned FC project back on to the La Cie drive, did a clean install of the OS on my other internal drive, did all the appropriate upgrades, did a clean install of FC Studio on THAT drive and all the appropriate upgrades. This time FC (and Soundtrack) launch like they're supposed to — but when I go into my multi clip project and double click on the track in the timeline to "send" the 4-camera view to the the viewer, I consistently get the spinning beach ball of death.
I apologize for such a long preamble to my problem, but I wanted to convey as much information as possible. Has anyone ever encountered anything like this before? I know the next step is probably to swap my old graphics card back in, but before I do that I wanted to see if the esteemed forum had any suggestions,
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Moving multiclip projects from the desktop may have resulted in some sort of corruption dunno... Media manager might have done a better job of this, but I've never moved a project that had multiclips in it.
Only thing I can suggest is a rebuild of the timeline? Maybe just copy and paste it all to a new sequence and/or to a new project file?

Elements 12 "Edit" has stopped working - need a fix

I have elements 12 and the "Edit" function refuses to work and "Microsoft can't find solution" to "system problem"
I have backed up to an earlier "restore point" but that has not solved the problem. The "Organize" function still works and I even did the "Upgrade" from version 12.0 to 12.1 hoping that would be a "fresh" version and would fix the problem, but it did not. I am tempted to "UNINSTALL" and reinstall but cannot find original disk - can I download and use my existing "serial number"??

Problem has been solved.
I completely uninstalled the "corrupted" original program.
I then downloaded the "trial version" and did a FRESH NEW INSTALLATION then used the original Serial Number and now have a fully operational licensed copy of the original program.

Control-eject shortcut to shut down stops working?

The control-eject shortcut and the disc eject button don't work anymore on my keyboard. I recently took an upgrade to 10.4.9 and had a few issues with the 'make alias' command in my Applications folder but repair permissions fixed that.
Now I notice this but I'm not sure if it started right after the upgrade or a bit later. Anyway, any suggestions on how to apply a fix would be welcome.

They still work but you have to press the eject key for 1-2 seconds, not tap & release like you used to:

'Edit' feature stopped working!?

I have created a page and spent sometime populating it with tables, images and webparts.
Almost completing the page, I tried to perform one final Edit, only to find the function had become inoperable. (Clicking on the Edit button nothing happens! Expecation to have editorial access to the page content and ribbon).
Consequently the page is currently uneditable which is frustrating, mindful of the time I spent creating it.
I have full editorial permissions rights for the page.
Would anyone know why this has happened and how I can get editorial access to the page again?

Having investigated further this morning, there is clearly an issue with the page which was not evident when populating it yesterday.
Clicking on the Page tab within the ribbon presents a consistent
Loading... message?
The Edit tab is visible. Clicking on the tab does not present the edit ribbon as expected. Nothing happens when the tab is selected?
Essentially, I currently have a detailed page which I can view, but have no method of amending. (Full editorial rights are still effective).

Edit shape stopped working

Hi. I create a shape using the pen tool or draw a circle, and for some reason I cannot edit it in anyway - has anyone else experienced this? is it a bug?

Have you selected the shape-editing-tool? By clicking and holding on the arrow and changing it to the shape editing icon?

I have un-installed 2.0 and cleaned out anything that was hanging around.
Re-insalled V3.0.
Unplugged my reader and started up ADE.
It works!
Uploaded a book and, for a few minutes at least, it was stable.
Plugged in my reader, a Kobo touch, and within seconds I go the ADE 3.0 has stopped working message.

Attaching new EZ Reader causes ADE to stop working

I downloaded and installed ADE tonight so I can buy DRM books for my new Aztak EZ Reader, an ereader which is listed as compatible on this website. Itried to download some books from the sample library, but only EPUB format books worked - the PDF one just left a 1K file in my download folder: URLLink.acsm.
OK, so I gave up on that, and decided to plug in my new ebook reader. A popup window comes up to authorize my mobile device, but then Windows (Vista) puts up a popup which says:

Update: I have discovered that the sequence is key. if I connect the EZ Reader first, then open ADE, it does not crash. I first did this on the older XP PC, and was able to activate/authorize my reader. I then tried it on the newer Vista PC, where I had downloaded the sample books from the ADE sample library. ADE wanted to authorize the device on the Vista PC, but I cancelled that popup and was able to copy the ADE sample books to the reader and view them on it. I had trouble copying them using ADE, and did it through Windows Explorer, but it seems to work. However, ADE pops up an activation window every time I open it with the reader attached, so I am not sure everything is really working smoothly.
I have activated four devices so far - the 2 desktop PCs, a netbook, and the reader. I am unwilling to see what happens if I click OK on the activation popups that come up every time with ADE and my reader, for fear of using the six allowed up and then something breaking, or having to replace the reader or reload an operating system or something.
My next test will be to actually buy a DRM book, download it and move it to my reader. If that works OK, I will be pretty confidant about it all.
I hope this sequence can help someone else with similar issues.

My Photoshop has stopped working?

I recently upgraded my Macbook Pro with 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7 to the new OS Yosemite 10.10.
Next thing, Photoshop stops working. I have a Creative Suite CS5.1 with Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop.
Now InDesign and Illustrator still works fine... but photoshop keeps giving me this message:
I have tried to restart and nothing seems to help.
Photoshop gives me no further details or information.
When I download a new installer for photoshop through this link: Download CS5.5 products, and I run the installer, it keeps telling me that my "license is not working for this product" (Which by the way is the same license key I have been using all along and still am using for the two other still working programs!?)
So I've kinda run out of options.
Anybody who can help me work around this and make it work again would be greatly appreciated!

I wish I could. But all that happens is that the PSD logo jumps in the dock, the "photoshop-is-now-launching" sorta graphic appears... and then this error message pops up. That's all to it.
Are you able to tell me where I can locate a crash log if there is any?
