i attempt to write "navto://article name" and it gives a error 101 when i pre-view it on my testing ipad. because of this i cannot send my folio to apple. i have been on the phone with just about every tech in the call center, and nobody has been able to fix the problem. they tell me they have "escalated" my issue to a "senior tech" and they will "call me within 24 hours". this has benn going on for a month, and a senior rep has yet to call me. i am embarrassed with my client who has been waiting patiently.
who do i send my complaint to?
when will my issue be resolved?
why should i pay monthly subscription payments while i wait a month before a "senior tech" calls me back?
dude, adobe, you really need to step your tech support up! please because without a strong support team us designers/ developers would be unsuccessful!
this is where i start. each of these images is a button that goes to another article in the folio
when i create a simple button(goto url) and instruct it to go to an article in the folio (navto://***) it doesnt open within the folio. in fact, as you can see, the options "open in folio, open in device browser" are unselectable.
i then get an error on my testing ipad through content viewer that i have an "invalid url"

Having tried all the ways possible to get it working, contact your retailer again and politely tell them they did not yet satisfactorily resolve your trouble. Their Apple-Authorized Service Provider will be able to repair it.

While written for the iPhone, the troubleshooting below can help resolve issues with your iPad's camera, as well.
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

I'd start off your troubleshooting process by deleting and redownloading the songs:
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.

That was the problem. They were there, just not properly linked. I used the one I completed in CS6 trial version (after preflight). When I exported that one and opened it in CS5 all was good. I think I will make the upgrade as soon as I can afford it, but at least now I can make the system work for my needs. Thank you for your help!
