Going from fluid to fixed is it possible?

I am not a professional or experienced Dreamweaver user.
I created a website that my board is relatively happy with,
but they had problems with the alignment. I realized that it was
caused by the tables being fluid and not fixed. Because everything
lining up is important to them I have to go to a fixed design on my
website and need advice do I:
1. Tear the whole thing up and start again?
2. Experiment with changing percentages to pixels? Does
anyone have a formula for this?
3. Try to fit the entire current code into one big table (I
have been trying to do this, but the table just pushes everything
down).
Please help - desperate in Washington, DC.

I can see if we can get your phone back on! I understand how important it is to have a phone. Have you tried this to see if we can get it back on? http://vz.to/1DZhteH . If it is still goes to a red Verizon screen and then to black we might need to do a master reset. In the US I have not seen a state that allows an individual to claim tax exemption...that is reserved for authorized institutions like public school systems. Only certain states do not have no-sales tax laws. When I lived in France, to be free from VAT one had to be a non-citizen and would be reimbursed for goods that were shipped out of the country upon exiting the country...not while still residing there. That was pretty typical of other European countries at the time, Pre-EU days, that is.

change the scope of lock EndpointPushNotifier.pushNeeded to be minimal (retrieving the messages from the message buffer), that way, we can avoid the connection write failure to occupy the lock forever.

My computer screen goes from grey to black on startup and stays there. Can any one help me?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what is going on with my Mac Pro. The screen is blank or black. When I reboot, it goes from the grey startup screen to black and nothing after that. HELP.

You don't say which year it is, but if it's a 13" you're not having a common GPU that some 2010 and 2011 15" models are having.
Since reinstalling the OS didn't help, I'm afraid that the only real choice you have is to take the machine to your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them run diagnostics on the machine. It's likely a screen problem, rather than a logic board problem (although that's always a possibility).
The testing is free as if the estimate for repair. There's really nothing else you can do yourself at this point.

I don't believe it's possible without using the wheel. Any keypress you make assumes you want to create a new entry on the day/time slot you currently have selected.

Five ways to eject a stuck CD or DVD from the optical drive
Ejecting the stuck disc can usually be done in one of the following ways:
1. Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the
      left mouse button until the disc ejects.
2. Press the Eject button on your keyboard.
3. Click on the Eject button in the menubar.
4. Press COMMAND-E.
5. If none of the above work try this: Open the Terminal application in
      your Utilities folder. At the prompt enter or paste the following:
        /usr/bin/drutil eject
If this fails then try this:
Boot the computer into Single-user Mode. At the prompt enter the same command as used above. To restart the computer enter "reboot" at the prompt without quotes.

Going from ATI onboard to Nvidia dedicated vid card.. is it this easy?

i have onboard video hd2400 ati pciE but it's vga. I just got a new 23" AOC 60,000:1 FULLHD lcd.. but i cant take advantage of it all, unless i have a DVI connection on the video card.. i found a nice cheap 512 ddr2 nvidia for 39.99 w/ dvi (since I dont play games, I think the ddr2 older video card will be more then enough for watching videos, doing graphics)
so I'm asking how do i go about going from ati to nvidia.. is there more to it then I asked above? or is there a sequence of steps i should take so that i can actually get my computer running w/o screwing up being able to see what I'm doing..

im not sure.. i know back in the day with onboard agp and you added a dedicated agp you had to go into bios and disable onboard agp..
same with onboard sound.. when adding a pci sound card..
dont know if its the case with newer computers, its possible after putting in the pcie card, itll disable the onboard anyway..
ill know more when i actually get the card.. for 40bucks and having true DVI to DVI is worth the price..

To troubleshoot this issue where you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store please follow the steps below.
Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.

Okay i have a 3rd generation ipod touch and it keeps going from low battery charge page to a apple logo what do i do here?

Try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod
You may have a hardware problem like a dead battery.

I've followed what I can of that error, and from what I'm reading, your hard disk is doomed. Some people report that they've been able to reinstall OSX on the same disk and use it for as long as a few months, but eventually the error returns.
Here's what I suggest:
Step 1: Backup everything you want to keep immediately!
Step 2: Buy new disk.
Step 3: Install new disk.
Step 4: Reinstall everything & restore.
I highly suggest backing up as soon as possible. -- On the first day of this error my MBP would no longer boot. Thankfully, I was able to save most of my stuff using the terminal window available in the installer.
Searching for that error code here & on google returns a fair number of hits so you can read what others have done as well. Some seem to be able to get a new drive from apple if it's still under warranty.

Data not going from active data table to new data table -DSO activation iss

Data is going from DSO1 to DSO2. I see some of the records are getting missed in DSO 2 which are supposed to come.
There is start routine from DSO1 TO DSO2 and as per the start routine some records should come but they are getting missed.
Apart from that..to DSO 2 there are 4 other DSO sending data.
