I need help in going from one day to the other without using the wheel. Anyone out there that can help?

I don't believe it's possible without using the wheel. Any keypress you make assumes you want to create a new entry on the day/time slot you currently have selected.

I have an Intel XServe with OSX Server 10.4.10.
From one day do another server admin don't connect to the server locally and remotely. The workgroup admin shows not the sharing button. The other services works correct. (FileService, NetBoot, ping etc ...). In the CrashReporter I've only find a crash from dashboardadvisoryd. I don't want restart the server.
I there an other solution?

From one day to another, my MB starts EXTREMELY SLOW

everything seems to work fine, but from one day to the next one my macbook takes a long time to start, is there anything i can do to fix that? i have 2 gigs of ram so i dont think this should happen at least it didnt like 3 days ago, ive used the onyx program to restart everything i could (meaning cache memory vram and that stuff) any other suggestions?

N95 going from one screen to another

My N95 has started flicking from one screen to another. Is this a programming fault? If I take it to a Nokia shop will it cost me a fortune?

It sounds like a button is stuck and is making your phone scroll through the menus, and i would think if it is starting with the menu then thats the problem key.
If the button works, as in when you click it you feel it depress beneath your finger, then there is a possibility that the handset may have got wet and the keypad(underneath the one you see) is corroded and is shorting making the phone think its always being pressed.
Take it to a Nokia Care Point and get it looked at.

Slow while going from one screen to another screen

Hi,
I have installed SAP 4.7 version. The hardware of system is 3GHz processor and 1 GB RAM. It is taking more time while going one screen to another. So after entering XD01 or any tcode , I have to wait for seconds some times 10 second to a get a screen and getting a screen form another screen.
Can any one tell me reason for this and how can be this issue resolved.

When using system for the first time, a lot of compiling still has to be done which takes time, but also the fact that your system 'only' has 1 GB RAM, could cause these problems as well. According to requirements, 1GB should be enough, but I would recommend at least 2GB.

Outlook 2010 not responding, hangs, freezes or stopped working when going from one email to another

Hi all,
I have an issue with one of my clients running Office Pro Plus 2010 32bit on windows 7 pro with exchange 2010 service pack 3 where they have voicemails coming in as .wav files and have a rule set up to automatically going into a sub-folder call
"voicemails". I have deleted all the voicemails except for 5 for testing purposes (as there was over 800 messages and thought this could of been the culprit). When opening these voicemail emails, outlook doesn't respond for about 1-2 minutes and
then opens the email eventually, then I can open the .wav file. The .wav files are approximately 50kb to 200kb in size. All other attachments seem to open quickly with the rading pane on or off.
Troubleshooting Steps I have done;
- Install the latest updates
- Check to make sure Outlook is not in use by another process
- Investigate possible issues with add-ins
- Check to see if your mailbox is oversized
- Repair your Office programs
- Repair your Outlook Data files
- Check to see if your antivirus software is up-to-date or conflicting with Outlook
- Create a new user profile in Outlook
- Created a new .OST
- Perform a Selective Startup to determine if another program is conflicting with Outlook (for advanced user)
- Create a new Windows user profile (for advanced user)
- Started in outlook /safe mode
- Turned off chached mode
- Checked error logs and receive a Outlook Hang error ID: 10001
Since doing all the above troubleshooting, I have found out the same problems occur within a Terminal Server Session (Server 2009 R2 with Service 1) running Outlook 2010 Professional Plus.
One thing I notice is that when I click on one of the email messages, where is usually says "connected to MS exchange", it is saying "requesting data from exchange".
The above is happening with another user so this is not user specific.

If you have installed the improper drivers for any devices or hardwares, this kind of issue may occur. Actually some devices which seem to have nothing to do with the issue may also be the culprit, like a printer or some audio devices in this case.
Try restore the system to an earlier date if you have backup.
If you have got the logs, you may post the complete logs here, it may help to determine the cause of the issue.

It looks like there was a server that was decommissioned around 6 months ago and just a test thought I would start this up to see if our voicemail server had any relationship with it - once I started this server up, voicemails
were opening quickly will all users. I am not sure if our voicemail software (Cisco Unity) is pointing to our old server or if has anything to do with DNS entries but will need to dive into this further as we cannot have the old server online for too
much longer.
If anyone would have an inclining as to what this could be, please let me know.

How is it possible that my events in calender are not synced correctly on my devices from one day to another?

Yesterday evening I was changing events in my calender of my ipad3, since then the syncing between ipad, iphone and Macs went weird! The changed items of yesterday are only on my ipad but not on the other devices anymore! What did I wrong? I did not change the calenders, just one repeat-event! Please help :-)

There is no way i can answer that, there area a million ways one person can spy on another in this day and age.
However if you were to wipe the phone and set it up as new plus change all your associated Apple passwords to ones your ex can;t guess, then I can say he couldnt 't tracking you through the phone. Wiping and reinitializing it would be the same as getting a new one so I don;t think you need to go through that expense.
However assuming this post is real and you are experiencing the situation you describe you need to contact the authorities. There is no way anyone here can know the true seriousness of the situation and to be giving advice on this issue is wrong. We could be causing you to fell a false sense of safety. Premiere Pro CC 2014 Stops Responding When Going From One Project To Another

I'm running Pr CC 2014.2 - 8.2.0 (65) build - on Windows 8.1 (don't get me started.) I can work in a single project all day with no problems whatsoever. But if I have to switch to another project, Premiere stops responding. It won't let me End Task and re-open Premiere, I have to reboot. This happens each time I have to switch projects. I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere to no avail. I've tolerated it for a couple of months now but it's getting to the point where I can't anymore.
Help, anyone?

Moving appointments from one day to another in a later month?

I have a bunch of events on my calendar for May that I want to drag-and-drop to days in June. The problem is that while I am in May, I can not also show any of June. The only solution I found is to cut-and-paste, or to double click the event and change the date there. Is there a way to enable me to see both May and June so I can drag-and-drop?

Since June 1st is Sunday, if you have iCal set to display Monday as the first day of the week, you can do a two-step drag:
- in May view, drag the event to June 1st
- in June view, drag the event from June 1st to the proper date

Going from one flv to another page.

On my web page, I have a presentation video in a flv file. I
want, when the file finishes playing to go directly into another
page. does any one knows how to do it. I've tried placing the flv
file into a movie clip, calling the movie clip on frame one and on
frame 2 using "getUrl" script to call the other page. It doesn't
work. I've tried several other ways but it doesn't work.
Can any one helpme?

Use the FLV playback component to play the video. The
component has an onComplete property. Write a listener to handle
the onComplete with a getURL command inside it to load your new web
page.

Going from one Mac to another, with a 2 month gap.

So i'm trying to gather suggestions on how to best to this: I am moving from my PowerMac G5 to a new iMac. HOWEVER, there will be a two month gap in between. I've purchased an external drive to back up all my files in the meanwhile, but i dont want to copy the whole drive. What should i copy ?

P.s. I was thinking about just keeping the hard drive from the mac, but i cant. I've set up a RAID 0 set up and cant take out both drives.

Mouse stopped working from one day to another

hi,
I got following problem:
The mouse cursor isn't moving anymore, although I move the mouse.
Also, Some key-combinations doesn't work anymore (including [ctrl]-[alt]-[backspace] and the sysrq-calls).
Yesterday it worked perfectly, and I didn't change anything!
No changes in the 10-x11-input.fdi, no hal-, dbus- or xorg-server updates.
Sometimes I cannot even switch to the tty's, I have to press [ctrl]-[alt]- [F1] multiple times before it switches.
So, here's my xorg.conf:

BTW: The mouse is not broken, it works on knoppix and gentoo....
So I think this is an hal/xorg error....

Do you have your mouse and keyboard plugged into a USB hub in your screen? If you do this, when you turn off the screen (or it goes into powersave), your mouse and keyboard will be disconnected, and reconnected when it turns back on. This should work fine anyway with hotplugging, but you can never be too sure...

Is there really no way to have a footnote going from one page to another ?

If you did mean footnotes, try this.
Inspector > Document Tab > Document Button > Footnotes and Endnotes
Choose from the Pop-up menu:
Those options place the footnote at the bottom of the page, or the bottom of a section, or the end of the document.
