Going from PSE 9 to PSE 12

We are currently running PSE 9 and want to install and update to PSE 12. Are there any special install instructions? Do we need to I install PSE 9 before installing PSE 12? Will all our PSE 9 libraries be saved when we install PSE 12?

Deb&Roy there are no special instructions to install Photoshop Elements 12. If you purchase an upgrade you will be prompted to enter your serial number for your previous qualifying version, Photoshop Elements 9 in this case, during the installation process.

Cannot find picture when transferring from Aperture to PSE 11
I have an older version of PSE and when I transferred a picture from Aperture to PSE9 it would open PSE9 and show the picture.
I set the Preps in Aperture for PSE 11 and the PSE 11 opens but no picture in the box or photo bin or in the top left "open".
I changed the Aperture setting to the PSE Organizer and the same thing happened Organizer open BUT there was no picture to be found.
In Aperture it shows the file being transferred.
I looked in the PSE 11 preps and file but could not find anything.
The fact that it opens the PSE 11 app tells me it is being recognized but the picture (file) is going somewhere else.

Make sure you are linking to the application in Support Files and not to an alias.

Error: Validity of Certificate from list with PSE type > PSE < ends in 1 days, more notes on system log (SM21)
We check the transaction STRUST and STRUSTSSO2, the certificate between ERP and EP expires today. The ERP system is SAP R/3 Enterprise and EP release is 6.20
Please how can we create the certificate in that releases of SAP ERP and EP, we only found information about this procedure in the newest releases.

What I have found is that when I upgraded from PSE12 to 13, my Lightroom 5.6 still selected PSE12 in the list of external editors. I had to use the preferences menu to select the right PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe in the Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements 13 folder. I got a message stating that Photoshop Elements was already selected as external editor. In that message box, there is a button with the option to 'change anyway', which I did. Now LR correctly opens PSE13 when I choose Edit in Elements.

I can see if we can get your phone back on! I understand how important it is to have a phone. Have you tried this to see if we can get it back on? http://vz.to/1DZhteH . If it is still goes to a red Verizon screen and then to black we might need to do a master reset. While the phone is off try this:http://vz.to/1DZhXkU Be mindful this is the last resort because it will erase everything on the phone. Data not going from active data table to new data table -DSO activation iss

Data is going from DSO1 to DSO2. I see some of the records are getting missed in DSO 2 which are supposed to come.
There is start routine from DSO1 TO DSO2 and as per the start routine some records should come but they are getting missed.
Apart from that..to DSO 2 there are 4 other DSO sending data.

Please help me out as this is very irritating. This has been happening for the last 20-30 minutes. It had roughly half battery left.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

That is the highest you will be able to go with 3g. You need 3gs or 4 to go any higher (multi processors and more memory needed). Version 4.2.1 marks the end of your updates for that device.

Yes you can probably delete the 2 incomplete back ups they are unlikely to work.
However, I'd be inclined to back up to a computer as well and restore from there, if you are changing your phone.

You need to copy 2 files, key3.db and signons.sqlite, from the old [[profiles|profile folder]] to the profile folder on the new computer.

I just jazzed up my 2 Ghz iMac with 10.6.8, and 4 gigs of memory. I'm VERY happy with the results (fast!), but now I have a thin yellow line way over on the right side of the screen, which goes from top to bottom. This is really strange! Any input?

My apple tv keeps losing internet connection. I'm going from modem to airport and from airport to apple tv. I've replaced the modem and the apple tv and it still does it. Internet to my laptop via the airport wifi is fine and never drops out.

I keep having to restart it every time I want to use it. Sometimes I have to restart it multiple times. The cord goes from the cable modem to the airport and then from the airport to the apple tv. I've replaced the apple TV and I've replaced the modem and the problem persists. I assume it has to be the aiport? But the wifi from the airport works fine.
I tried bypassing the airport and going straight from the modem to the apple tv and it wouldn't work. That makes no sense to me.
I had a friend over to try and figure it out and he couldn't. Any idea what could be the problem??

The Ethernet cable from the modem should be connected to the AirPort's WAN (circle of dots) port and a second Ethernet cable should be connected between the AirPort's LAN (opposing arrows) port and the Ethernet port on the Apple TV. Is this the case?
If so, what is the make & model of the modem that the AirPort is connected to. Also what is the exact model of both the AirPort and the Apple TV?
