Going the other direction with internet access...

Question

    Can you access the internet on a PC using the Palm?  I have unlimited internet on my Palm, but I might be in a place without wifi for my pc.  Since it's easier to be online on the PC, is there a way to do this?  I connect the phone to the PC via USB connection.

With the Centro for ATT you can only use your device as a modem via bluetooth. Do note this does require a Laptop connect plan in order to work
If you have Xp here are the instructions
Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel.
Ensure the Control Panel view is set to Classic.
Double click Network Connections.
Click on Create a new connection.
The New Connection Wizard window appears, click the Next button.
Select Connect to the Internet.
Click the Next button.
Select Set up my connection manually.
Click the Next button.
Select the Connect using a dial-up modem.
Click the Next button.
Select USB Cable or Cable Modem for the modem that is being used for the GPRS Connection. Only one device may be selected.
NOTE: This screen will only be displayed if multiple modems have been installed on the computer.
Click the Next button.
Type the name "GPRS" for the connection name.
Click the Next button.
In the Phone number field enter *99#.
NOTE: If receiving error 678 or 619 the Phone number can also be entered as *99***1#, or *99***(CID Number)#
NOTE: By default 1 is the CID, but can change.
Click the Next button.
Enter Username: <leave blank>
Enter Password: <leave blank>
Enter Password again in the Confirm box: <leave blank>
Uncheck the following boxes; Use this account name and password when anyone connects to the Internet from this computer, Make this the default Internet connection, and Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection.
Click the Next button.
To access this connection quickly from the desktop, tick the box to Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop.
Click the Finish button.
Making the Connection
Double click on the desktop icon identifying the connection. If not desktop icon was added go to Start, Settings, Network and Dial-up Connections, GPRS.
Enter Username: <leave blank>
Enter Password: <leave blank>
Enter Password again in the Confirm box: <leave blank>
Verify that the number to dial is *99# and click dial.
NOTE: If receiving error 678 or 619 the Phone number can also be entered as *99***1#, or *99***(CID Number)#
NOTE: By default 1 is the CID, but can change.
The next window will show the progress of the communication with the network.
The user will now be connected to the AT&T GPRS service.
If you are using Vista here are the instructions
Create an extra initialization string.
NOTE: Because of their unique software design Motorola and Samsung phones may need alternate settings.
Click Start.
Select Connect To.
Select Set up a connection or network.
Select Set up a dial-up connection.
NOTE: If the option for a Dial-up networking connection does not exist, verify the Remote Access Connection Manager service is set to Manual.
Click Next.
Select the appropriate modem.
Enter the following: 
Dial-up phone number:

Tethered Handset: *99#
PC Card: *99***1#
Username: <leave blank>
Password: <leave blank>
Connection Name: AT&T
Click Connect.
NOTE: If an error occurs, identify it and troubleshoot accordingly.
Click Close.
Select the appropriate location.
Browse the internet.
Remove an Existing Dial-up Networking Connection
Click Start.
Click Control Panel.
Click Classic View.
Click Internet Options.
Select the Connections tab.
Highlight the connection to be deleted and click Remove.
Click Yes.
