It's an issue with hundreds of phones. Some claim it's software related, some hardware, some say it's a mixture of both.
Some people have had temporary success with quitting the Phone.app / restoring as a new phone / restoring from an iCloud backup / disabling Siri / toggling speakerphone on & off...
Unfortunately all of the above only been temporary, with the problem recurring again after a few calls, or a few days etc.
So far the only solution that seems permanent has been to replace the phone. But even so, it's the luck of the draw to recieve a functional phone, and not another faulty one.
I'm completely annoyed as there is no Apple Store near me...... and Apple haven't even acknowledged the issue, despite the above thread being 34 pages long, as of writing.

How, EXACTLY, did you get it "unlocked"? ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.
You can not get help here for a hacked phone.

Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time of holding both buttons. Click the Update or Restore button that iTunes offers.

Be prepared to lose everything on your iPhone but it should be backed up in iTunes so you can restore from your backup.

Does anyone else still have a problem using iVPN with OS X 10.8.3 and Airport Extreme?

I am looking for help setting up iVPN. I am using my iMac, an airport extreme, and had recently purchased iVPN. I believe I input everything correct and port forward my Airport Extreme to 1732, but when the counter starts I cant access anything including email and internet. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I just verified that I have no issue with photobucket. I use exactly the same setup as yours except my Java security is enabled at the default level.
Do you have the current version of the Java software installed: Java SE Runtime Environment 7 1.7.0_21. Just because you have the preference panel doesn't mean you have the runtime installed.

God, I'm so frustrated with ITunes, PayPal, and Ebay...why do they all make it so difficult to get live help? You call the customer service numbers and they tell you to go online. If I WANTED TO GO ONLINE, I'D BE ONLINE. I am CALLING YOU because I want to talk to a LIVE PERSON....Thanks for telling me how much my call means to you over and over, but it seems quite insincere. I may have fixed the issue myself after a couple of hours. Thank you for your help and responses. I can't believe these companies make it so difficult to contact them for assistance to use their sites. That's why I rarely use them anymore. I've had so many issues with all 3 of those companies that I should just give them all up for good...it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE....I'm frustrated that everyone wants you to listen to their longwinded voice messages and then go to their website.....Not everyone has access to your website dopes...You're supposed to make clearing up issues as easy as possible for your customers to keep them happy - this one is not happy at all. Does anyone have an issue when they edit a pic using the built in editor on the 4s; and when you upload the edited pic or send it, the original one is sent. i even double check my photo in my album and it shows the edited pic

i have even double checked the album and the album has the EDITED pic but for some reason when uploaded or sent the original is what goes thru... makes me very irritated! not sure if its a setting or some bug... any suggestions???

I think it depends on how you share it. Sometimes when I email it to myself it retains the edits, but I read that when people sync their phone it sometimes does not.

This response is a little late as I just read about your problem. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

WHen I am using my MacBook Air, writing down some notes, the screen shuts off after a few seconds. I have to re-enter my password again. This is happening every few seconds. It is driving me crazy! Help!

There is no such thing as a "sub-account." Also, you probably mean iTunes library, when you say "account." Your "account" in iTunes is your Apple ID, which is what you use to sign in to the iTunes Store to make purchases. iPods are associated with an iTunes library, not with an Apple ID (iTunes Store account). You'll need to clarify...
So, this is what I think you are saying. You previously shared an iTunes library on a computer with your friend. Your old iPod was synced to that iTunes library.
You got an iPhone, and at that time, you set up your own iTunes library. Is that on a different computer? How does the iPhone affect your question about the iPod?
You got a new iPod. What is your "old iTunes"? Is that the iTunes library you shared with your friend?

Try a reset: Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

Phone shutting off when not using and does not start back up by itself

I bought the LG Revolution phone 2 1/2 weeks ago and since then twice when I have not been using it, it shuts off by itself and does not power back up until I realize it is off and then I hold down the power key to restart it. It also turns off in the middle of using an app but then restarts itself. Is this a known glitch or is something wrong with this particular phone? Since I am after the 2 week mark, can I exchange it? Or am I out $200 for an issue that isn't my fault?

I researched this issue and found that some customers have reported this as an issue and we have also reported it to our device team. We will attempt to address the issue with any future updates for this phone. In the mean time, I recommend checking to see if a third party app is causing the issue.
Safe Mode temporarily disables all applications that have been installed via the Android Market. Performing this step is necessary to determine whether a 3rd party application is the cause of an Operating System / Application issue.
Enable Safe Mode
With the device powered down, press and hold the power button (upper-right corner).
When the LG Logo screen appears, press and hold the volume down key.
Release the volume down key when Safe mode is displayed at the lower-left.
This may take up to 30 seconds.
Disable Safe Mode
Press and hold the Power button (upper-right corner).
Select Restart.
Additionally , if the issue continues we can review your account and device for warranty replacement options. If the phone is within its one-year manufacturers warranty and have no physical or water damage, it can be replaced with the same model.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
