When I now try to update the software via my phone it is saying I need 2.5GB of storage to download software but the additional storage is showing on iCloud.

Hi Roger, Thank you for your reply unfortunately I am a clutz. What has happened is my PC gave up on me, so I bought a Mac Mini.
I can no longer access my original email that I used. Now to compond it all I clicked on the link that you kindly supplied me with which was great but I cant remember [email protected] email so I entered the email address that is used on the icloud account and clicked forgot password but because I can no longer access my email I asked to be asked my security question. So..... when it asked my my birthdate I entered it and low an behold it didnt recognise it. So Im going to go sit in a corner and sulk for a while.

I've always been puzzled why we're paying for BT's Friends & Family Mobile at £1.50 per month, but don't appear to be getting the discounted call rates to mobiles - any ideas?
Before BT changed their calling plans, we had BT Friends & Family plus option (or whatever it was back then), but when they changed their calling plans we opted for BT's Unlimited Anytime plan with BT Total Broadband Option 1.
I can't work out why we're being charged £1.50 per month which is supposed to offer you calls to UK mobiles at a reduced price of 7p per minute, but looking at our bills for the last year or so, we've been charged anything between 10p and 18p per minute.
Any ideas or suggestions?
