Why does not Apple make a repository with applications for ios 4.2.1? or else do not work in an update to ios 4.3 on iphone 3g?

This has nothing to do with Apple, as Apple does not make the apps.
This is the decision of the app maker.
Contact those app makers and ask them why they do this.

Yes, able to make a call to Apple Support but in the end still keep on going to try the Apple ID and Password.

Check the Ethernet connection to the AirPort Express. Make sure that the Ethernet connection from the Comcast modem is connected to the WAN port on the back of the AirPort Express. The WAN port is the one with the circle of dots shown over the port.

Image Capture says iPhone has 0 items to import, but there are 4 movies

I took four movies last night, and when I came home and plugged in my iPhone, iPhoto said there are 0 items. When I disconnected the iPhone, I noticed iPhoto did not notice -- it still said there are 0 items in my iPhone. I expected the iPhone icon to go away when I unplugged the phone. So I right clicked on the icon in iphoto and ejected it. Then plugged the phone back in. Now it does not show up at all. So I went to Image Capture. Image Capture sees the phone, but still thinks there are 0 movies.
I think I solved this by restarting the computer last time, but I want to stop having to do that. Is there a file or something somewhere I can delete that is corrupt? I tried deleting the iPhoto cache.
I also notice that although I told ImageCapture to open iPhoto when camera is inserted, it does not. ***? I guess I'll restart my computer, but what a PITA.

Sure enough, after reboot, there are my movies in iPhoto ready to import. But of course, having to reboot to see my photos is very tedious. What is going on, Apple? It's not iPhoto prefs, it's not iPhoto cache, it's not ImageCapture prefs. ***?

Do you know why the metadata template in Bridge fails for DNGs?

I am writing in IPTC (IIM, Legacy) and IPTC Core metadata into dng files in Bridge (CS4) using the Metadata Templates, and the template I set up works fine for jpgs but when I try to use it for dngs the captions/keywords get written over using the file info from the first image in the folder.
If I select all images in the folder (in Bridge) then right click to File Info and use the Metadata Template I set up with "Keep original metadata, but replace matching properties from template" selected it over-writes the captions/keywords. When all the images are selected and you look at the file info it should say (Multiple Values) in the Caption/Keyword panels but it doesn't, it fills in with the first image in the folder. But if I select all the images and use the drop down from the metadata tab and click Replace Metadata and selected the template I set up it works just fine and the captions/keywords remain in tact.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

What you are seeing is not a "Build Tag". Sure, the Span indicates a tag and it's there when you build, but a "Build Tag" is a special tag inside RoboHelp that you apply to specific content that you wish to omit from the build using a counterpart known as a "Build Expression".
A Build Tag in RoboHelp looks like this:
<?rh-cbt_start condition="InProgress" ?>New model coming<?rh-cbt_end ?>
What you are reporting is an inline styling element.
Is this a project that began life in RoboHelp 9? Or was it created in an earlier version and was upgraded along the way? Does the same thing occur with a totally new topic you create?

Do you know why the span style="color: Transparent;" build tag is set in topics as if by magic?

We are using Robohelp 9 - 9.0.1.232
It happens that some topics contain the <span style="color: Transparent;"> build tag.
It seems that RH9 sets this tag by its own. We do not manage such tags.
We come upon this while viewing one of our compiled CHM files. There was a big empty space inside a paragraph.
We opened and found that the text was present. Using the HTML view, we discovered that the empty space in the CHM file corresponded to a paragraph included in the <span style="color: Transparent;"> build tag.
For example, this morning, looking at a topic of another CHM file, we found When the tool runs,. The rest of the sentence was included in a <span style="color: Transparent;"> build tag.
This is extremely annoying, as we do not know that this tag is set, until we discover it. We ar elikely to deliver doc with missing information without knowing it, until a customer complains.
Has anyone encountered this or has an idea about this? How can we prevent RH9 from setting this tag?

In my case, this rare event occurs when a problem with an application (3rd party) force to iPhone to restart or when occurs a problem during the sync with iTunes. After this event, my iPhone never load (your OS) and the only way is the restore.

Amazing how much trouble when can get into by taking shortcuts before we understand something... isn't it....
Read the API and find out for yourself what events are triggered by a JButton......
Remember thsi advices:
1) Before using shorthand event handling, make absolutely sure that you understand the process back to front...
2) Write your own event, listener and implementer in order to get a clearer picture...
3) Until this is clear to you, always implement the appropriate listener and override the necessary methods....
